I felt I was going to be in good hands after scheduling a service to put front shocks on my International truck from Lisa. I also ordered a vent cap for my rear end from parts. I forgot to ask them to put it on and arrived before they closed to take a long drive home and found they had installed this part and topped off my fluids without asking them to do so. Everyone from parts and service was professional.

They charged 1k for wheel seal replacement . Most I ever paid so far for that kind of job was $500. Also thet Wheel seal broked down 300 miles after we left a shop

Rush Truck Center I have nothing but good to say about them. Although I have not met all of their crew just a few that I have had the pleasure of working with are Josh Smith, Joe in parts, Lisa in the service department, and one of their head mechanics Rowdy Stovall they are all friendly and very professional and they will get the job done right and as far as I'm concerned there's not too many people more knowledgeable than Mr Rowdy Stovall about school buses I would recommend them for any of your school bus needs.

AM POSTING THIS TO LET ANYONE WHO NEEDS SCHOOL BUS WORK DONE...RUSH PARTS MAN JOE LANE HAS ALWAYS COME THRU, JOSH SMITH IS A GREAT YOUNG MAN ON THEIR TEAM ALONG WITH ROWDY STOVALL AND JOHN MIMMS. I HAVE USED THEM FOR YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS HAD A GOOD WORKING REALTIONSHIP WITH THE FOLKS THERE.WOULD ALSO MENTION LISA REEVES AT THE SERVICE DESK...GOOD PEOPLE ALL AROUND

I was sent by my company to get my fifth wheel checked out... I must say that I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The employees are very professional and was polite in assisting me.

Great hospitality at this place from all the employees . I dealt mainly with Lisa and she is a very nice and professional lady. Dealer is located is a great spot. Pilot is right behind them and Flying J is right across the highway. Chick fil a and other fast food restaurants around. Shopping mall is also across the street.

Check all work done here!!!I had a simple battery replacement done here. After leaving I discovered my truck didnt want to crank and my charge wouldn't last more than a hour or two. Not having tools I couldn't open up the compartment and check the work or batteries myself. Took it to a shop and 5 of the terminal connections were hand loose and 2 that are fitted connections were reinstalled backwards. $50 more to finish their job.

My freightliner cascadia 2019 was towed Rush Truck Centers with oil leaks and can t build air. Today Saturday and they open from 7 am. From stating mechanic work on my truck like this truck he is own truck. From stating I RESPECT. In United States such a professional experience respectful and kind mechanic. From know on my all truck services will planning bring to Rush Truck Center.

Camping in the area and had a check engine light come on in the motor home. Called and they got me right in and found the problem. Had to send someone to little rock for the exhaust sensor. Told to be back next day (Saturday morning). Arrived at opening and they started right away. Had me road ready within two and a half hours. First class operation from top to bottom. Every thing was clearly explained even though it was under factory warranty. Very happy.

Failed to fix my truck but still charged 170 dollars for nothing. Told me take to freightleiner to fix taillights took to freightleiner it was a basic wiring problem caused by corrosion these guys are incompetent on basic repairs

John Williams was the tech that got me out of a jam. Fast, knowledgeable and friendly service. It was much appreciated. If the wheels aren't turning I ain't earning.

Was great. Wonderful staff. I knew what yo expected. They found the parts had me up in running about 6hr down. A/C compressor clutch disappeared. Thanks Summits

Its Noon the next day. I been checked in since yesterday at Open( 0800). They are extremely slow and unprofessional. Lies all day bout dling work and hasn't even started on your truck. I just need my radiator replaced. I wouldn't recommend at all.

My 2004 dodge diesel broke down at the gas station next door. I had it hauled the 300 feet to their shop by AAA. They diagnosed the problem very quickly, ordered the part and had it repaired the next day. This diesel shop is primarily for 18 wheelers, but they fixed my diesel pickup truck. I thought it was a little pricey for the time they spent on it, however they were very professional and took care of the problem.

I believe I was the victim of "highway robbery'' at this establishment. We needed to get our "new to us" 10 cylinder gas driven RV an oil change. Imagine my shock when I was given the bill for $254.48! Labor was $140! I paid it to get my keys back and get out of there permanently. The rest of Russellville seemed like a decent place that I will visit again, but I won't be darkening Summit Truck Group's doors. By the way, we are home from our yearly trip south and got another oil change a few days ago. It was only $96.31 (with a premium filter and a high quality synthetic oil). The labor was $20.00. You lot are thieves! I give you one star because there are no minus stars.

Rv broke down and the wife and i were worried what to do being away from home and all. Summit stepped in and has been a ray of sunshine on what started as such a gloomy day. I would recommend them anyday

They were able to get right on it as soon as they got opened up. Very nice group of people that worked with us. Got our lights short problem resolved and got us back on the road.

Been getting parts there for years lots of knowledgeable people behind the parts counter. It is something when u can t say anything but good things about a place anymore with all the negativity that everyone puts out. I rate the place a 5 they treat u with the highest respect

Water pump replacement. In and out. About three hours. Of which some was waiting for parts to arrive. Not an international truck. Great customer support. Thank you all.

Good atmosphere,professional group the guys here are knowledgeable take time to inform you and educate you on any questions asked my repairs have always been a quick in and out repair.This is my go to shop when I'm in Little Rock or passing thru if company yard cant work me in.
