Very pleased. They stand behind their products and services. As far as I'm concerned, they went all out to take care of my needs. I highly recommend them and theyave me as a customer for life. The only reason I rated them 5 stars is because 7 stars wasn't available.

It's great to be able to go to RnR for rent to own tires. Makes it more affordable for people to get tires. However, pay VERY close attention to the paperwork and EXACTLY what you have to pay for the 6 month, same as cash.

The people that work there are so wonderful, and they make you feel no stress, no pressure, and very honest and trys to gives you the best deal and they also think about your safety and your family if I could from 1 to all the way to a 100 I would say 100 percent. So if your looking for just stop here 1st and you will see the tires are solid and you will meet these people Russellville arkansas great place for tires.

Experience with them was wonder. They let my husband look at the ABS when they had the car up and tires off. They even were kind when we were in there for a few hours with our 2 toddlers. Best place so far we went to get tires.

I m so thankful for the things Mr.Mark tought me doing my process I was stuck on the side of the road I came here they didn t have my tire size well the Lord stepped in help me meet Mr.Mark he took me to a local tire shop to get a tire and I m so thankful for him I love RnR Tire Express everyone was welling to help me here I loved the clean environment that was provided Stop By RnR Tire Express & get better tires

Very nice crew working when I went to get my second set of tires. Took a little longer than I anticipated but they were all very apologetic for the wait, as they were a little short handed. Definitely worth it though!! I don't see myself purchasing tires anywhere else in the future!!

Edit for an update...These guys are DIRTY and they will do whatever they want despite what you have in the contract. They overcharged us EVERY MONTH. And then with the last and final payment they took almost $100 more than what was left on our payment.My husband has called multiple times now and "waiting for a GM" is the only response given. Yet they close at 5 on a Saturday and I can almost guarantee they won't be calling back before they close. There is a contract for a reason, they expect their customers to abide by this contract yet they can do whatever they want and take however much they want but when it's time to make things right and give back the money they have stolen, they will put it off cause they got caught. Yall have TAKEN almost $200 from us and when it's time to make it right you wanna play around and not do the right thing. Talk about a scam.We recently got tires for our pick up. The people working there are great. Everyone from the front desk to the guys who do the heavy work. However, with that being said, we were there for 3 hours. We got there got the paperwork done and were told our vehicle would be the next in and it wouldn't take long. 3 hours is a long time for tires especially when we were told "we will get it right in and get started." That was not the case. Other than that everything was fine

I needed new tires they made it easy and painless I also had to have my valve stem sensors replaced and programmed I know it can be stressful but it was a stress free there I'm also getting an alignment done next Saturday I highly recommend them

Got a tire patched today and it was life changing. This is the most fun I've ever had at a tire shop. Friendly staff, fast service, and I'm pretty sure I got taller and slightly more handsome while waiting.

Terrible experience. Won t be coming here to get tires here again. I was going to do the 6 month same as cash and they wanted 4 references and they called all of them multiple time asking lots of questions just to get tires. Not a good way to do business in my opinion not worth the effort lots of other places with better prices.

First off the great. Lily and Mark are exceptionally nice and helpful. I can see where they want to really take care of you and do what they can to make sure you re very satisfied with their services. Great atmosphere and good amount of places to sit. Regarding the negative, I don t know if I just came at a bad time, but I m used to waiting less than an hour at most tire to have services rendered. I was informed that the wait here would be more than an hour easily so I asked if I could just make an appointment and I was told to be there at 9 o clock in the morning the next day and I would be the first person they waited on. I rolled into the parking lot at 8:57 and they were already open had two cars in the bay and had three people in front of me in line. I proceeded to wait an hour and 15 minutes and 50 minutes of that time my car sat out in the parking lot. I don t feel like. I was lied to, because the staff is very professional and very helpful and I think their intentions are very good, but if you re going to tell somebody they will be the first person to be waited on the next morning. You really need to honor that particularly if that person is there ahead of the time you told them to be there. overall a great business, who has a very good future in Russellville with very professional employees. Easily four stars would ve been five if promises had been kept.

I have to call down here almost every week because for some reason they can't seem to get our payments correct. We tell them 328 Bi weekly and just last week they tried to take our 328 per week. I called and asked why they did that and all the lady in accounting could say is "idk why that happened do you want a refund" like they didn't just hold half our mortgage payment for fun. Now we have to pay our mortgage late since this company just likes taking payments when they want and how often they want. This is ridiculous. That payment was NOT authorized

Best tire shop I've ever been to. Lily and Mark are killing it! Had an issue with my tire and stopped in. I think it was only Mark and Lily working their front counter and they were slammed, parking lot full, and several customers but they still got right to me though. Way better than other tire shops where you have to wait 15 minutes just for someone to come to the front. Mark was super friendly and helped get me started. Lily did up my work order and got me a quote for some tires when I need new ones. Both super professional and really knowledgeable. I really thought I was going to at least have to get one tire, but Lily explained that it was still in great shape and didn't want me to pay for something unnecessarily. They fixed it for FREE! You don't find honest shops like that these days. The quote for a new set of tires was really good plus they come with warranty and they give you 6 months to pay for them!Like I said they were slammed, but I was in and out. Didn't get to meet the shop guys but shout out to them too! Lily and Mark are awesome! Go check them out!

Lilly and staff are the best around!!!!! I pulled in to get some wheels and tires on my Tahoe and had a flat and bad tire on my other car as I pulled in and the got new tires on that also. Matched my tires to my area such is dirt roads and ruts with ten ply and a deal on those. She found me better tire then I ever had and still at a deal. Plenty of time to talk and ask questions and you literally have a staff helping you that is in there perfeshion and knowledge and what separates them from the rest is your sales people have as much knowledge as installing tech. And not just on 16,&17s they will guide you threw 20s out to Praubley 28s on rubber and or knobbys or regular car tires , you get alignment and service on road side and tire related issues also . I will say I did all this and left with same amount of money o showed up with and over 3500 worth of tires and rims due to a discount code, we can t afford 4 ,000 set up but can on there payment plan, they ain t just trying to get you what you need to keep driving they want you to get what you want!!!! Just look at there websight and tell me there isn t a set up you want and then tell me you don t spend more then that weekly at gas station on stuff u could maybey do with out look on there face book page about there reviews and customer rides!!! Then ask your self what your other/old tire guy has done for you and there will s no comparison!!!! And to top it off you can tell your friends and family and don t have to call in a favor because Lilly will do the same for them!!!!! This girl is gonna take over russeville wheel and rim seen i promise. You don t have to be rich to roll tuff no more! And you won t go in there worried or stressed about money they got you . l It s gaurenteed !!! Please call Lilly or message her @ RNR tire or face book and just ask anything you want and if you have job, and car your good , then tell all your family and friends so they can bless them also cause they are like no other, them old days are gone and they the new and better!!!! Ok I hope you get it and understand while I m writing this book of a review cause I know if your reading then you want what I wanted for ten years . Please just walk in and ask and don t let your relationship with your other tire guys stop you because it will happen just open the door to RNR and ask for Lilly!!!!!!
