I had a rock chip my windshield on my way to work. I requested a quote in the morning and they had me fixed up the same afternoon. Great price for great work and really friendly!

9/1/2023 Update - I'll meet them in the middle at 3 stars because I can at least happily report that they do monitor reviews here. If something comes up, do yourself a favor and address the problem IMMEDIATELY.A few days after posting this review, I got a call from Chris to discuss the damage again. However, nothing had changed from their original statement, and it was my own fault for not requesting to view the security footage myself when I had the chance. By now, the recording had rolled off of storage and it was no longer possible for anyone to review.Chris was polite, but adamant that there was no evidence that could possibly implicate them in the damage we found. At the end of the conversation, we simply had to agree to disagree.My statement still stands regardless of where you have work done. Take "before" and "after" pictures or video. It's difficult to know "what" to document, since I never would have anticipated something like this happening in the first place, but there was simply never any other opportunity for something so extremely coincidental to happen to our brand new car.We went over every inch of the vehicle with the "Tesla Prep" app, and specifically went over the paint inch-by-inch when we picked it up on March 31st. At that time, we found three even more-inconspicuous <1mm paint defects (blue on blue) that we had the dealership fix before we would accept delivery.Two weeks later, we brought the car in for a tint job and found these scratches in the corner of the windows that we had tinted. I made the reasonable assumption that maybe a tool had scuffed the paint as they were trying to trim the tint or get behind the rubber weather stripping.In any case, taking clear photos or a video of the perimeter of the window would have served to prove their innocence just as well as to show definitively the appearance prior to service. I really do appreciate the follow up, and all I can do is take them on their word, but at the end of the day we just aren't convinced. I wish them well, and will take this as a lesson learned.---Original Review: We brought our brand new Tesla Model Y in for a tint job at the beginning of the summer in April. To their credit, they had to re-tint both windows because one side had a big bubble, and the other had some trash between the tint and the glass that they didn't notice after they finished the first time. What upset us was that they scratched the black trim right above the front corner of the glass on both sides of the vehicle. I brought it to the attention of the manager, who told me they couldn't have caused the damage because their tint is cut on a plotter. The car was so new we hadn't even gotten it tagged yet, and the damage is identical on both sides of the car. He said he would review the security footage to see if he could tell how the damage was done, but of course we never heard anything back. I didn't want to be a jerk about it, so I didn't press the issue beyond initially reporting it to the manager, but I can't say I would recommend their work. I would definitely take "before and after" pictures to protect yourself from anything like this happening to you. Happy to discuss this review if they reach out to me.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I recently had my windshield replaced by River Valley Tinting and Glass. I could not be more pleased with the service and result. A couple of weeks after receiving my initial quote I contacted them to schedule. At this point they informed me the price had actually decreased around $30. They provided that information without any prompt. They could have easily scheduled me and charged me the original quote and I would have been non the wiser. I definitely appreciate the honesty and transparency!The work itself was done promptly and correctly. I received the your car is ready around 2 hours after my appointment time and have no complaints or issues with the work.

I have used River Valley Tinting for glass and tint on 4+ vehicles. They are the priciest in town but always took care of my vehicles. The job was done well, and the vehicle was as clean as I dropped it off.Unfortunately, something has changed. This time around, I dropped off a freshly detailed vehicle. Upon returning, the car was filthy. Dirt on the seats, floor matts full of dirt, and the door sills covered in dirty footprints and scuffed plastic now. Finger prints all over the outside windows around the entire vehicle.In addition, the door mounted tweeter speaker was broken from its mounting bracket!I brought it to the owners attention. I was told he would review the video.That was weeks ago.It's disappointing and unfortunate UPDATE: 1NOV23The owner reached out to me, after some schedule conflicts, I was able to drop off the vehicle. The door mounted tweeter was repaired to its original condition. The dirtyness was discussed, and I left feeling better about the service. The tint was done well, and there are no issues.

Buyer BEWAREI had my windshield replaced the end of Sept. 2022. A few weeks later I noticed my windshield washer fluid appeared empty (was not spraying on windshield). I had not used the washer fluid since having my windshield replaced. Upon opening the hood to refill fluid, I noticed pieces of my windshield panel were missing. The fluid was not empty. I then discovered both hoses were no longer connected under my hood to spray fluid, they were broken off at connection.I brought these issues up to the man working the front counter, he took photos of damages and said he had to clear it with the owner before they could fix it and would contact me. I called and spoke with the same man the following week because I had not heard from them and he said he spoke with the owner and as soon as they could track down the parts they would call me, that they had my number and would let me know as soon as they came in.Over 2 MONTHS LATER I call to find out the status because there has been no follow up and was told by the owner (Chris) that they ordered one part for my car and it came in just before Christmas (But they did not contact me). I mentioned that there was more to fix than just the one part, as I had mentioned to the front desk person. Chris said to bring it in and he would look at it.Today he installed the parts that were missing after windshield was replaced. He told me there was no way they could have broke the windshield washer part (even though the hose runs through a groove in the panel they had to remove) and they would not be fixing the damage. His reasoning was "sometimes these things break on their own". BOTH PARTS at the SAME TIME?? I think not.I explained again that it worked when I brought it to them and it did not work when I went to use it the next time. Chris's business is the only people who were under the hood of my car in the mean time.BEWARE They will damage your property and not take responsibility.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Can't say enough good things about this company. I was traveling from Florida when the tint on one of my front windows failed. I showed up at 4pm on a Friday for a tint repair and they didn't hesitate to pull it into a bay and start working on it. They matched the existing tint almost exactly and had me out of there in 30 mins. Even though I live out of state and likely won't ever use them again they treated me as if I was a regular. Very nice and honest! I had chips that were repaired but I wasn't aware because I got the car used. They were honest by letting me know instead of charging me and faking a repair. I will use them in the future if needed!

Either I have bad luck or bad timing. After two weeks after getting the windows tinted, all my windows have either air pockets or lent in them. Still waiting on them to get back to me with a replacement piece for a cover for my door panel that was melted from a heat gun so I can bring the vehicle back to get that replaced and the tint fixed.Update:Vehicle finally got tint redone. The extra price for the pinnacle tint does not feel any different from the standard tint. Inside of vehicle feels the same. Hot as h***. Stick with the standard tint and save the extra $200. Does not block as much heat as it claims.

I've used River Valley for side view mirror on my 08 F250, and factory OEM super duty windshield on my 16 F250 Platinum. We also had film put inside the windshield and performance CTX tint on the front windows back in July. The heat that enters the truck is greatly reduced and was a huge help over the summer as the film blocks UV rays.
