Adair was so kind and patient with me when I was in a bind! He was attentive to my grandma while I was looking at cars and was consistently making sure we knew we were taking care of! I'd recommend him to anyone that needed a new {or used} car.

Wow! What a great experience. I live out of state and found a Toyota Tacoma at Phil Wright Toyota in Little Rock, Arkansas. I live in Idaho. I decided to go for it and I am so glad I did. My purchase started with Eric the General Manager. He was incredible to work with and from the beginning he made me feel like he was there to make sure the experience and purchase were excellent. While purchasing the truck I worked with Brooklyn. She was always quick to answer my calls and reply to my texts. I arranged to fly in and since I had 30 hours of driving to get home I wanted everything ready. I arrived at the dealership on Saturday morning and my truck was sitting up front ready for me to begin my drive. Yeng greeted me as I arrived with the keys in her hand and asked me if I wanted to take it for a drive. I let her know that I had 30 hours of driving to do so I was ok to skip the test drive. She replied by letting me know that all of my paperwork was ready and that I was next in line to see the finance department. Patrick was my finance manager and he was a pleasure to work with. Overall the experience was incredible. I would highly recommend this dealer. Everyone I dealt with was warm, friendly and very service oriented. After I arrived home, I got a text from Eric asking me how my journey went. Great customer service is not a thing of the past with this dealer. Awesome experience!

Where to even begin?I have been a regular service customer for going on a year at Phil Wright for my 4Runner. I have been trying to give grace, but after several poor experiences this is the result.My first bad experience with them was being charged around $60 to tighten a bolt. I took my vehicle for an oil change and asked if they could look at my back windshield wiper not working and see if it was covered under a potential warranty claim. They never called to authorize repairs that were not covered under warranty and the only thing causing the malfunction was a bolt that needed tightening. I could have easily tightened it for free, but was charged $60 for them to tighten it back up. I let that one slide because mistakes happen.Then fast forward to my next oil change. I book for an oil change and tire rotation. I didn t receive the tire rotation and I had a coupon for a free rotation and they originally didn t want to honor it because it didn t occur on the same day since they didn t book enough time, even though it was requested. They made this one right, but it was a huge inconvenience to get my vehicle to the dealership twice.And lastly, I book for JUST an oil change. They were gracious enough to fit me in their schedule which I am very thankful for. But they rotated my tires and charged my fianc� $73 for an oil change and non requested service. I had recently had my tires rotated due to needing a patch on a tire and did not need this service, but again instead of calling to confirm services, they just do the service and charge you.Not to mention at some point in the past year, they managed to forget to put my valve stem caps back on my tires so those are missing as well and will be yet another cost I have incurred from them that is unnecessary.I will be traveling for oil changes from now on to another dealership. If you use them, make sure to discuss pricing and be very thorough with what services you do want.

This has been the best dealership I've worked with. They are not pushy like others. I bought a 2022 Highlander today. My salesman Rosendo is very helpful and really pleases you without feeling pushed. Eric the general manager is also helpful. I'm very pleased. I highly recommend buying a car here. They also kept me informed when my car was coming in.

We dealt with Aaron as our salesman.He was such a polite young man. Very nice, and he spent so much of his time making sure we understood everything about the truck we were purchasing. He has been the first salesman in my 53 years that actually got into our new vehicle, and went over each button, control switch and how to use it. Not just throw a book at us and expect us to learn how to do it. He, and ALL the sales staff made us feel so welcome and made us feel as we were wanted there. I have been at different places and they just look over you if you don't meet the certain criteria, or look. Not at Phil Wright Toyota, they made us feel special, and I will definitely tell all my friends and everyone I know how they treat their customers. It was if we had known all of them our whole life. They made us feel like family. Thank you Aaron, and ALL of your coworkers for all your help, and leading us in the right direction to getting the perfect vehicle for us. I'll walk before I ever take anything back here.My first visit consisted of them finding a leak in my ac system. I got the vehicle back and my foam engine cover had chunks missing out of it. I know it wasn't like that before I went because I just changed my oil 2 days prior and it was fine. I replaced my ac condenser and brought it back to have the system charged. Lo and behold they overcharged my system and blew the plastic clip apart (that is designed to fail to prevent damage to other ac components if overcharged) They denied everything that has happened and still charged me for their own mal-practice. They came back with a quote for a new plastic clip and to, quite literally, push the pipe back into the hole for $615 dollars. Idk if they have a 10 year old mechanic in the back but I'll never go back there and Ide suggest nobody else go there either. I went originally because I thought, quality brand, quality service. I know that is no longer true...

I was a regular customer until today went in for oil change 1 hour and 20 minutes later and 75 dollars for an oil change wow prices went up. Not going to visit here again or even purchase a vehicle had an excuse for very thing not sure why because it was an oil change and a car inspection aren't inspections the same regardless of the vehicle

Yesterday morning I decided I was finally ready to go car shopping. I had been in my previous car for almost 5 years and with the amount of traveling we do... it was time. I knew I had to find a car that I absolutely loved before I even considered trading mine in and I knew I wouldn't buy from anyone who didn't take me seriously as a woman (even though my husband was with me) or that rushed me around through the process. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted and welcomed to the lot. They took their time getting to know what exactly I was looking for, why I was looking for the particular model I was interested in, and they wanted to know what was a must for my new ride. They never pressured me into looking at the most expensive vehicle on the lot and they respected my opinions. We were there for FOUR hours looking, test driving, and just taking our time through the process and the guys we worked with (Adair- so fun and knowledgeable-helped me set everything up too , Antonio w/finance, and Eric-the GM who was exceptional!) were sooo very patient and kind. It was honestly like car shopping with my husband and 3 buddies. Once we finally picked out a car we moved on to the finance side and Antonio was super and took the time explaining every single thing we were signing and again, never rushed us. We had our children with us during this part and they were offered drinks, snacks, and the dealership had a fun kids area that the kiddos could go sit in while we finished up. Overall, it was the best car shopping experience I have had and this will be my 3rd new vehicle I've purchased. I hope to be part of the Toyota family for many many years to come!

Never have we had a better experience buying a vehicle. Friendly. Interested in us and our needs. No pushiness. Knowledgeable. Patient. Flexible. Hospitable. We were dreading the process of haggling, but needn t have. They came up with better deals than we asked for, even giving a good amount on our trade-in car. Then they made all the paperwork part quick and simple. The friendliness cannot be overstated; not forced or exaggerated, just plain, simple, southern hospitality and manners. Rather than pushing us toward what they wanted to sell, they guided us toward what we were looking for. We felt completely at ease through the whole process and thoroughly enjoyed the ride home in our new vehicle.

Brody takes care of us! This was our second buy from him! When we need another we will go see him! Listens to what we want and need. He put us in the perfect vehicle the first time BOTH times! Matt also was very helpful for us one evening! Antonio worked very hard to get us the best interest rate! Great staff! Now when we go in for oil changes they all stop and chat for a bit even though they are super busy! The service department is wonderful too!

A great place to buy a Toyota, I live about 2 hours away and they have delivered my last 5 vehicles. Easiest paperwork I have ever filled out, paperwork is all ready to go when the car is delivered and it takes about two seconds to fill out. Highly recommend buying from them. The manager Eric is great and always takes care of anything I need.

Our experience with Phil Wright Toyota was amazing. From the first time we stepped into the dealership to when we signed the paperwork, everyone was very helpful and friendly. Phil Wright Toyota is by far the Best dealership I have ever worked with. Linda in service is competent and patient. Eric is the kindest and most honest sales manager I have ever met. And Adair is your man if you want a hard working, honest sales rep. The whole team seems to bend over backwards for customers and we have built some lasting relationships in this dealership. Wright Toyota knows Customer Service! They treat you like you want be treated. The whole Staff is friendly,nice courteous. I trust them if my wife needs to go there by herself for any reason. There's no pressure buy,they tell you what have in inventorye, if they don't have it, they will get what you want at no extra charge! Others will charge you. They don't put any extras on the vehicle that you don't want. Honest, down home business.

Matt Grice and Terry Cunningham worked with my family and they were extremely helpful, patient, and kind. Phil Wright Toyota has such a professional, yet laid back atmosphere! Every time I am there to purchase a vehicle or have one serviced they have never failed to go over and above, taking care of my needs. They never pressure me but explain everything to help me make the best decision for me. They provide an excellent product and service I am so glad I chose their dealership!
