Went with my brother to trade his old Rav4 for a new one, not a lot to choose from, but we ended up buying a 2024 Rav4 XSE really nice. Sales (Adair Jean-Bautista) was super fun to deal with. Gave us keys to multiple cars to try. If you go on a Saturday, be patient, only one finance guy there, but they get you in and out pretty quick. Nice to shop local and support the River Valley.

I took the rental that I had for service (tire popped) and when i received the vehicle back one of my cell phones was missing (i was taking two cell phones to Verizon to get credit for a trade-in and placed them in the car the day before. Had a wheel pop so i couldn t. 100% knew the phones were in the car). I called the manager the next day, said he would check on it and give me a call. He never called me back. I went in there the next day and informed the manager about the situation, he got upset, and kicked me out. Basically called me a liar. The manager told me that many people had also stood in front of him and complained about similar situations but nothing was ever done because apparently his employees would not take anything . He said there wasn t any cameras in the parking lot and there was nothing he could do (which i don't think is true since its a dealership). All I could do is make a police report since it s my word against his (vice-versa). If you take your vehicle for service at this location, I would recommend you don t leave any valuables in the vehicle. You may not realize it at the time but when you come back to look for something it might be gone.

Called at 4:50 asking for a battery change whilst on a cross country roadtrip. As our car was failing to start after turning off. The technician manager at this location personally made sure one of the technicians would stay passed closing to help us out. We arrived right at 5pm and were back on the road by 5:25. ! Complete angels thank you so much. Amazing customer service

They helped me get a last-minute appointment for an oil change. First time there, and I was treated right. Bit pricey on a valve stem change, and my first oil change should have been free. I would recommend them for quality service.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received here! Son is a student at Tech and his car started acting up. We're 3.5 hours away, and I had it towed to them. They easily diagnosed the issue, worked with us, and fixed the car! The price of fixing the car was EXTREMELY reasonable. Saved me a trip to Russellville, and the car is back on the road. Thanks Ashlynn and Dustin! I will use again if needed! Again, THANK YOU!

It is awful how they treat their customers! So many people with issues after bringing vehicles in for service! Not to mention what is happening with the DeResa Family! You rather be greedy than just fix the issues with the mans truck. Absolutely ridiculous! The owner couldn't care less and it shows big time.

i called in for a truck they had online for sale and told them id like to see it if its still available ..they confirmed it was & we set a time to meet up here. so i drove 2hrs to see it and when i was there they said the manager took the truck (i was coming to see) home and he is out for the day..they tried to call him to see if he could bring it back to see it which there he said to give them 1hr and he will call me to see if he decides to bring it in..never received a call back (and they closed) yet i wasn't going to go back after this happened plus out of all his 80 trucks he takes this one tht day okey

I called the parts department for a quote 15 mins before google says they close. Phone rings someone picks up the phone then immediately hangs up. Call back it rings till voicemail. Call a third time it rings three times then ends. Must not want business that bad Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

Buyer beware, search Youtube to see how bad they treat customers. 5 employees ganged up and surrounded an unhappy customer on PUBLIC property. IDK the details of the sale, but their behavior is horrible!

I took my vehicle in for a recall and when I picked up my vehicle there was a place on my dash that wasn't there when I dropped it off. And I was told they didn't know what it was and wasn't responsible, so they asked me to take it elsewhere and see if someone could fix it and then turn the quote in and they might be able to reimburse me for my expense. This is something that was done at PHIL WRIGHT service department not by me. I will never go back to the service department for anything going forward and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to go back either if you care about your vehicle. Really sad that car dealerships don't care about other peoples vehicles that they work hard for.

Bought a car from them which had a recall due to oil issues. Serviced through a local garage. Car broke down in November and I called them. They gave me a verbal estimate and never mentioned a recall. Was out of town so another garage fixed it. Broke down again and the warranty expired two weeks ago. Now they want to charge me $3,000 to fix what they knew about when they sold the vehicle to me in the first place and when I called about it in November!!! Their manager told me they would not actively spend their service dollars trying to take care of someone who did not regularly spend their money with them!!! Apparently buying a car from them once is not enough to ensure good/ethical customer service!!!

A week ago I took my Sonic to Phil Wright Chevrolet because it had trouble starting. After a phone call from the service department I agreed to have the tires replaced with four Firestone all-season tires. I was told the starting issue was electrical. During the time the car was at the dealership it was supposed to have a full-service inspection. We spent almost $900 on the "services".Leaving the dealership on June 12 I stopped at the Pilot gas station 0.5 miles from the dealership. After filling the tank the engine would not start, the same problem I described to the technician Dewayne. When it did start after waiting about thirty minutes, I was only able to keep it running by revving the engine. The car had trouble accelerating beyond 20mph.This is the second time in as two years that I have had issues like this with Phil Wright Chevrolet Service Department. We were able to take the car to Superior Chevrolet in Conway, AR, on June 14, where the service department successfully identified the engine problem: a part of the gas intake, where gas fumes were being trapped and kept the car from starting. After their repair the engine was fixed.Yesterday my tire pressure light came on. I checked the tires, having not driven the car very much since the service in Conway. I found the rear passenger tire was low on pressure, and after airing it up and waiting a few hours, I noticed the pressure had gone down again.Because the dealerships were closed I took it to Walmart, where the technician informed me that the new tire had a hole in it and that it did not appear to have been made by a nail or sharp object.I purchased tires from Phil Wright Chevrolet that were obviously defective, and I cannot see how the technicians at Phil Wright Chevrolet did not notice the problem with the engine that led to the issue with starting the car while performing a full-service inspection. Today they refused to replace the defective tire.A zero rating would be better!
