We spent close to $800 to get our intake manifold replaced, after getting it back and starting the car we noticed a new sound. We went back in and told them about it, so they come back out. We show them the noise cause it was more prominent when hitting around 1.5-2 RPMs. Expressed our concern and they acknowledged that it didn t sound like that before they replaced the intake manifold. We also then expressed our concern of it being a slight misfire or an exhaust leak. They took it back in the shop, came out said that the spark plugs look okay but not the best and sent us on our way saying if it s still making that sound by Monday come back in . Took it to another shop (Vernon s) and within seconds of starting it they asked how long we ve had that exhaust leak, explained to us exactly what the problem was, where Oscars screwed up, and fixed it for us. So ended up paying for Oscars $300 mistake of messing up my car by bending and breaking the EGR Hose in my car. Unprofessional and clearly not fit to be doing their job if they couldn t identify the problem when reviewing what they did . Go to Vernon s, they are very nice, know what they re doing, and get the job done perfectly.

The guys at Oscar's were amazing! My Buick broke down and they came and towed me in the rain. They where fast, affordable, and answered all of my questions. This is an amazing place to have work done on your vehicles. They always work quickly to resolve any auto issues I have to get me back on the road. Priced fairly and amazing customer service.

Overcharged me, upwards of 700 dollars for something super simple, "forgot" to plug something back in that affected my transmission, making the car almost un-driveable, was told they would make my vehicle "road trip ready" but didn't even change the oil, even though I asked them to, asked me to bring it in for something else and when I showed up, they said they didn't have time to work on it but promised me they would call me when they had availability. I never received another call. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Orr sent my car here to repaint and they COMPLETELY ruined my car. it looks like they painted outside and every panel is a different color.

Very impressed with the work,brought my car back to perfect shape, the most honest and reasonable price,would recommend to anyone over every other body shop in the area,they care about the customer,I needed my car back asap and they did the work quick,would definitely use this place again
