Two, almost three hours for an oil change?? Pleasant conversation with the salesman while we waited, but damn. Even on the busiest of days a person shouldn't expect to wait three hours for such a simple task. Not to mention, we had to pay for the oil change just because we purchased our vehicle from ORR of Fort Smith. Definitely need to update that policy.

Tyler was very helpful and not pushy, a good salesman. I didn't expect to get a new car, just a late model. However Orr made me a good deal and I was able to get in a brand new 2023 Nissan Rogue SV at a great price and trade. Tyler and the team at Orr made the whole transaction very smooth and pleasant.

We were treated with respectand we felt like they genuinely cared about us and getting the best service possible for us. The salesman was very respectful and accommodating to our needs and made sure we were not pressured into buying the SUV. It was the second vehicle we had bought within a week s time. We highly recommended this dealership and this salesman.

My sales guy was supper friendly went out of his way to make me feel comfortable with the process he educated me on things I felt he was honest about everything even if you could see on his face, it could make or break the deal which I appreciated. I did not get the car of my dreams but when your rebuilding credit you're at the mercy of the lenders. I did not however think I would be allowed to drive off in a brand-new car, but I did.

If I could leave ZERO stars then I would! We brought our vehicle in with crankshaft sensor issues. We weren t allowed to use our power train warranty bcz it wasn t located inside the transmission. We had already replaced the sensor the day before. They wanted to replace it again before testing further for any other issues. Never once mentioned the need for it to be reprogrammed. Charged us $163 for a diagnostic and would have been another $400+ had we allowed them to change out the sensor again and test further. We bought this car from them 3 yrs ago with electrical issues that weren t disclosed in the sale. We ve dealt with them personally. They have continuously screwed us from the beginning including forcing us into a service contract that we didn t want. The service contract wasn t worth the extra money tacked into the payment either. We always ended up paying out of pocket for things it should have covered. The vehicle had also been in an accident that we were lied to about too during the sale. So NO. We are completely dissatisfied with the business tactics of Orr and we will avoid them like the plague and warn others to do the same.

I was able to take my Pathfinder in for an oil chance and tire rotation the afternoon I called. My vehicle was taken right back on arrival and the work was completed in a timely manner. The lounge area was a nice place to wait and the gentlemen working were very friendly and helpful. I appreciate Orr Nissan!!!

I am grateful to your Orr Nissan, as I was traveling cross country to Nevada when I experienced a major mechanical failure as I approached Russellville on Interstate 40. I checked on line and saw Orr Nissan was literally a quarter mile down the road. So I drove my Frontier dire fly to you dealership. I was immediately greeted and taken care of by your Service Advisor "Tim". Not only Was Tim courteous and sympathetic to my situation, he quickly got my vehicle in for diagnosis and repair. To make a long story short - this situation could've ended up being a disaster - costing me a helluva lot of lost time. Instead, Tim and your excellent mechanics got out in one day - bravo! I cannot say enough. If I lived in Russellville I would use your service department for all of my Frontier maintenance. Needless to say I live in NJ. But it doesn't stop me from highly commending Tim, your mechanics and your dealership overall. Thank you for helping me out immensely in a stressful situation. I am very appreciative!

The salesman (Cary) was very nice and easy to talk to. He explained everything in perfect detail and answered every question I had honestly and truthfully. He was very easy to talk to. I was very comfortable with him and would trust him with anything. :) :)

I did not buy a vehicle, but I did go along for the ride with my friends. I can not say enough about the way salesman Dillon Barnhose went out of his way to accommodate them and myself. They were having trouble getting to Russellville to make there purchase Dillon drove to pick them up fininalize everything, & simply made everyone feel at home and like family! I originally started Cody, a sales rep with a passion for fast cars, to introduce me a Hyundai HEV and finished with Brett Boatwright, another phenomenal employee of this dealership. I was provided with amazing customer service from beginning to end. Bobby, the finance man, and Brett worked diligently in providing me with a great deal and finished off with Leroy, the finance manager.The stigma of not trying your local dealer first needs to go it s at home where you ll find a deal of a lifetime. I'm from another state, and while in Russellville Arkansas, my transmission started giving me troubles. I was able to make it to the dealership, hoping for a quick resolution. The service department identified the the issue very quickly, but had to order the part. No fault to the service department, the part took over 2 weeks to arrive. Once the part arrived, my truck was repaired in 1 day and back on the road. Issues is now resolved and the truck is running great.

Had a little trouble with my Nissan Titan, an issue with the transmission... I'm here from out of town working, and I took my truck in to have them correct the problem. Unfortunately the part had to be ordered and that took a couple of weeks, but when the part arrived, my truck was taken in and repaired in one day!!! Great job guys, I really appreciate you taking care of me and my truck.

Terrible customer service, was told to bring a vehicle in with a recall for inspection of damage by nissan consumer affairs and the dept service manager Darryl. Vehicle was undriveable and was towed to them. After being in their Nissan service dept for 2 weeks and was told by Randall that this is not Nissan we are ORR. They then had my car impounded and towed after saying you can take it to any other Nissan store but here because we are washing our hands of it. My vehicle s hood latch failed while being driven on interstate luckily didn t wreck.

Love this place so much. The people are awesome and super helpful. They don't try TOO hard to convince me to soend more than I want to. I'm here today buying my 3rd vehicle from them.Best part is the free Lifetime Power train warranty.
