I was in Russellville visiting family and the morning I was to drive back home I noticed a concern with my 2023 Jeep Cherokee. Rather upsetting as I had a 7 1/2 hour drive ahead of me. I called Orr Jeep Dodge and spoke with Robert in service and he said to bring my vehicle in and they would go over it as soon as I got there. Fortunately, all checked out with my vehicle so was able to make the trip home. Robert was super nice and understood my concern and went the extra mile to make sure my concern was put to rest. I really appreciate how quickly Robert was able to take care of my concern and also the mechanic who was able to look over my vehicle on such short notice. Whenever I am in Russellville I will not hesitate to call upon Orr Jeep Dodge for anything I might need.

Went here for my first time buying a car and talked to Mike Stringer, he explained everything perfectly and made the process so easy, made sure to get me in a nice car, helped me make my payments lower and even helped me with tips on how to build my credit. Not to mention being courteous and friendly. Whenever it s time for a new car I will definitely be going back to him.

Mike Stringer is one that helped me. I will say he worked extremely hard to find me what I wanted. Took few days of him calling other companies, and continued trying until he found it. Mike made it look super easy and never gave up. Great salesman, if Orr don't have it on the lot, I'd guarantee Mike will find. Very appreciative of his help.

I went in not knowing if I could qualify or not. As a back up I could trade my other vehicle but preferred to keep it. The team worked together to get me the vehicle I loved and I didn t need a down payment or a trade in. They diligently worked until they made it happen but they were never pushy or persuasive. My salesman was Daniel and I highly recommend him. While I was there several other team members came in and conversed with us. The entire experience was pleasing.

Jason worked with me over a 3-4 week span of getting all my ducks in a row to leave with the vehicle I was set on and Marsha was their to answer any questions I might ve had. They were both very patient and understanding with me, as I was the one that was very nervous through this big purchase. They helped make this experience much smoother than I had anticipated. My Jeep Wrangler broke down on my way through Russellville. I really appreciate the efforts of Fonzo to help us as quickly as possible and maintain constant contact, however, the part was back ordered with no definite ETA. At the end of the day we decided to trade in the vehicle and get a new one.This is when the adventure got really fantastic. The sales team at Orr was extremely fair with me despite the fact that I was in a bad position. Mike is extremely knowledgeable about their vehicles and was able to quickly meet my needs. His deal was definitely fair, I got a good trade in value for my Wrangler without any pressure because it was not currently running. (The sales manager not only checked my rebates here but also checked in my home state and was able to double them, he didn't have to do that, it was above and beyond.) The price for my new vehicle was definitely not inflated and the sales process was quite quick compared to other dealers I've been at. Most importantly I really felt like these guys cared about my situation, and made sure that I got a fair deal. Mike actually tried to sell me a less expensive car just to ensure I could get home, but I talked him into the upgrade. They gave me a free loaner, a beautiful truck while they work on modifications I asked for as part of the deal, free of charge. (While I know they also got a fair price for the sale I think it is important that both parties benefit as it promotes going the extra mile which they did.) Fonzo is putting the slight modifications on my new vehicle first on the list to get done today so I can get home in time to start my new job.There is no doubt that I would return to this dealership and talk to Mike if I was to purchase a new vehicle in Arkansas. And I am extremely grateful to Fonzo, my service manager, for taking as good a care of us as he possibly could and for his suggestions.The entire team (sales, finance, service) was great and the entire experience relieving considering I was stranded. These guys were fair and friendly. Much appreciated, team!

We worked with both Scott & Cody, and I can honestly say they were two of the nicest guys. I'd been looking for vehicles for about 2 weeks and have met several "salesman", a few nice ones, but some others that were like vultures. Scott & Cody made me feel very comfortable, they were both funny, very personable. We did decide on a different vehicle, more bang for our buck and what worked for us...but I would go back to them in a heart beat and give them another chance.

We went to Orr strictly to drive a Pathfinder to see how much we liked them. Several hours later, we drove a new one home!!!! We had the pleasure of working with Scott Ross. Jason and the team at Orr made the car buying process easy.No high pressure sales pitch and they worked to find me a car that fit my needs. I don t like the market adjustment thatis tacked on to the sales price but every dealership is doingthat now. All in all, an excellent car buying experience withfriendly service.

Orr Auto-Mall in Russellville is second to none when it comes to understanding your needs and putting you in a vehicle that best meets those needs. They will work extremely hard to put you in a vehicle that you want or need! I have purchased 9 vehicles from them and will continue to purchase from them. It's the only place I go to. Their service department is top notch! Orr is truly the best place to get the best experience possible in purchasing a vehicle.

May 13 2023Went and bought another vehicle from ORR of Russellville!Bobby helped us out once again!! I always say this is the last one but they already know, that means i wil be back probably within a year we are trading again. We have always been treated like family from day 1.Everyone says you need to shop around and look for better pricing and look for deals when buying a car and I would agree with that and I did do that Pryor to doing business with Orr of Russellville in 2016.We always felt like a NUMBER at other local dealerships.What sets ORR apart from others is when we had financial issue instead of getting a repo we went to Orr and said hey this is going on and this is what we need to do they made it happen. We got into a better financial situation and then we took in our grandchild and went back and said hey we need to do this and they made it happen. They have always been good to us and our needs.They never treated us like a number or a sale. They have been good to us over the years and they will always be my go to for car buying!!! This a family oriented dealership and they know what family is about and they will not treat you any less then just that Family!!!!!

I was in need of new car and thankfully found the best dealership I ve personally dealt with. The facility was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and the purchasing process was a pleasant experience. My salesman was Jason Fezz Amaya and if I could carbon copy this man and put him in every dealership there would not be unhappy customers. Lee Roy was my finance specialist. He made the stressful process of purchasing a new vehicle pleasant, answered all of my questions, and addressed every concern. If someone asks me where I bought my new car I would proudly tell them Orr Motors of Russellville. Thank you all!

I just bought a new Nissan Rogue at ORR from Lonnie Newton. I wasn t sure about getting a new car payment or if I wanted a new car but Lonnie spent the time with me working through everything and showed me all the awesome safety features of this vehicle. Lonnie made my car buying experience easy and quick once I got into the store to view the vehicle in person. I highly recommend going to ORR and talking to Lonnie Newton.
