Not happy with the customer service at all. I waited all day long for the wrong part to come in andbthen they were unable/unwilling to help me eiter way I won't be going back. You people need customer service classes or something. Because for the start the lady helping me In the beginning was very rushed and left me at the counter before I was done talking to her about what I wanted. I should've taken that as a hint that they weren't interested in helping me, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited for the part and the guy acted like he wanted to help but really didn't told me that we wouldn't order the part I needed. Bam wow really how do they stay o. Business!?!?!?

Some of the most helpful and knowledgeable clerks at any auto parts house anywhere, the best in Russellville, will go to any effort to help a customer and get them what they need or looking for in the Auto markets. Outstanding manager with a mountain of experience, Randy is willing to help anyone at any time, with a happy attitude all day long. An older gentleman clerk that can come off the bench and hit a home run for a customer on about anything when called upon. Spend your money with local folks and someone that cares! Enjoyable just to drop in! Thanks for being an asset to Russellville!

Couldn't have had a better experience here. My new Job had me working with the staff here almost daily. They answered all of my questions and were able to get me all of the tools, supplies and materials for the shop.

This review has to do with the machine shop that is connected to this NAPA. I brought in some rotors that needed to be turned. When i walked through the front door towards the counter there was one of the two gentleman that I recognized, from previous business there, talking to a customer on the phone. I had two rotors that I had wiped down very well before bringing them in, and i gently sat them on the counter to rest my hands. I still had my hands on them as they were only barely resting on the edge on the counter while I sat at on the bar stool. When the machinist turned around, and while still listening to the phone, he rudely motioned me to get them off the counter top. I immediately took them off the counter and rested them in my lap. About 10 seconds after that, his phone call ends and he tells me to set my "stuff over there" with out pointing or even looking at where he wants me to set it. He walks over to a rack that's sitting by the front door. This rack is covered in shop rags and is covered in, what looks to be, other customers nice shiny engine components. He pats his hand very hard and loud on the top of the rack and says, not once, but twice to put the rotors up hear. After all that, I still cant believe I didn't walk out right then. I then proceeded to ask him if he thinks a small groove can be taken out of one of the rotors. I pretty much assumed before coming in that its was too bad and would need replacing. After I asked the question he immediately responded, in a rude tone once again, that he would have to measure it first before he could tell me. I was completely fine with that and figured that was probably what he would have to do anyways. After that rude response I grabbed my rotors and left. The time before this I needed them to do some work for me, pressing a axle bearing on the shaft, I had dealt with another gentlemen who was very polite and never talked down to me like I was ignorant about everything. I'm old enough to know that i don't know everything but you don't need to talk to me like I'm a child. I hope the gentleman i dealt with was having a bad day and doesn't treat every customer this way. That is a terrific was to loose a lot of business. I myself will most likely never go back there again for anymore work. EXTREMELY unprofessional to act that way towards a customer!
