Ive been here a few times.If you need 19.5 in tires for an rv, they are prompt to get them for you that day or the next! The prices are great, they'll change the stems and they're quick! I highly recommend this place. Customer service is perfect!

This is the only place I will take my car. All of the employees are super friendly and helpful. They take the time to explain everything your car may need and won't try to overcharge you. Their prices are extremely fair. I definitely recommend Hindsman and Son.

A bungee cord hook pierced my passenger rear tire while traveling through Russellville on the interstate. Responded in a matter of minutes and rescued me off the side of the interstate. Hindsman is the best tire shop around. Friendly, reliable, and honest Sam has always treated me fairly. I ve been visiting Sam and his dad since I was a teenager and you won t find better prices or people. They also have something in every budget.

They were precise in keeping appointments. Mine was at 4pm, and my vehicle was rolled in the shop right at 4pm. Very professional and friendly shop staff! And great service! I will come here again for any other work I need on my vehicle!

We had a water pump go out on our Dodge Ram and I called on a Monday and they got us in the next day on a Tuesday. I knew to drop off the truck and not wait there in the shop because any kind of truck/car work can take longer than expected. Sam and Kellie are were so friendly and will be having our vehicles worked on here in the future. (Pics of our truck Little Ann running like a champ)

Scheduled an alignment, then two new tires mounted. They didn't do the alignment, and lied about the front end needing $700 of work done to it. We had it confirmed by our mechanic that the front end is good. Liars and cheaters at hindsman and son.

My only complaint is that I wish they could do EVERYTHING my car could possibly need, because I wouldn't want to go anywhere else! I love this shop. They offer such a wide variety of services beyond brakes and tires, I call any time I need something just to see if it s something I can give them business for. Everyone there from the owners to their employees is a delight to interact with- both in person and over the phone. They are astoundingly helpful, funny, polite, and friendly. Sam is so kind and I know that anything I need is taken care of when I walk through those doors. They ve been so incredibly honest and trustworthy in the many times I ve gone to them and I recommend them to everyone I can. They have saved me countless hundreds of dollars in repairs and diagnostics by being honest and thorough, but most importantly I feel safe and comfortable going into their shop. I don t feel like I m going to be taken advantage of or upsold on unnecessary products, services, and add-ons. As a young woman, I (along with so many others) shutter to think about going in anywhere for service on my vehicle but Hindsman & Son is the place to go and for as long as I m driving and they re around, they ll be my first choice every time. I had a tire blow out right outside of Russellville (about 1.5 hours from where I live) and the tow driver recommended Hindsman to me as a good local business to help me get a new tire. While they didn t have one in stock, they ordered one for me and got it taken care of the next day. They were very kind and professional the couple of times I spoke with them and were very understanding when my ride fell through and I wasn t able to make it back to pick up my car until the next day. I really appreciated their kindness and understanding in a stressful situation and would highly recommend this business to others.Service: Tires

I went through walgreens parking lot when there was a ton of rain. I guess it's washing out but the plastic came off underneath my car. Called them in and got me in to fix it super fast and didn't charge me much to fix it. Very nice people.

I live in Conway, but work in Russellville. My tire blew out at exit 88. Roadside assistance did not have anyone to come and repair my tires. I called a tire company in Russellville, but she did not have the man power to put the spare on and repair. She told me to call Hindsman & Son. They came in about an hour. I assume this was the owner. He offered to take me to work and pick me up. They were extremely busy. He gave me an excellent deal and even repaired my bumper. I am so thankful for this company and plan to get my oil changed from them. They were friendly from the beginning to the end. I will be back for general maintenance such as oil change and etc.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

Not only were they the cheapest in the area for the job, but they were SO nice and very honest with their work! I felt completely comfortable with them and very happy with the job they did on my car. I really appreciate how easy it was to get in and out, the price, and the customer service. I ll be back if I need anything for my car! Love these guys!Service: Brakes

I was traveling I40 heading west and needed some emergency work done on my Dodge Ram 2500 5.9L diesel. The front wheel bearings were making quite the racket and I pulled off onto the shoulder of the interstate and Googled for a repair shop and they showed up as highly recommended so I went there with my front wheels literally ready to fall off. They got me right in and as I was hungry they recommended a restaurant across the street which was fabulous. By the time I finished eating they had not only replaced my front wheel bearings which were as flat as a nickel, but also my front brakes. An hour tops. They were like a NASCAR pit crew. The price was also very reasonable. I live about 75 miles from them and have since driven all the way there to do other work on my truck and am still very impressed with their service and price. I would highly recommend them to anyone.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Passing through Arkansas on our road trip and had issues w the car. Brought it to them after 2 other garages were too full to see us today. When we got there they gave us a time table to look at the car that worked for us. We went to lunch and came back to needing 2 tires. They got them in and on in the same day! As busy as they were they were able to squeeze us in as we were not able to leave it for a day.Highly recommend! So nice and easy to talk to! All had a smile and didn't treat us like they couldn't be bothered! When I pass through again, if I need anything, they will be the ones I go to!!!Service: Tires

I do not do this lightly, and if I had any intention of going back, I would be open to having my mind changed. Do NOT plan anything else for your afternoon. I understand being busy and if I am a walk-in customer, I know I have no room to complain. But I made an appointment. I was on time for my 1:00pm appointment. When I made the appointment, I told the girl on the phone that I needed to leave town by 3:00pm. She assured me it would take no more than 45 minutes at the most to change 2 tires.Well, at 2:20pm, someone finally grabbed my keys and went to find my truck. I have to leave town in 10 minutes, and I have no idea when they'll be done. If a customer has an appointment for a certain time, you focus on having an open bay around that time. End of story. If that customer is 5 minutes late (maybe 10, if you're feeling generous), move everything else up line. It's a small risk and price to make a long term, loyal customer. I'm sure the work will be done well, but the lack of professionalism in time management has been expensive for me.I would prefer to pay more up front to have my appointment kept than to get a good deal on tires with an unknown price tag on the rest of my day.

During our trip, we got a nail in our tire and these guys replaced our tire and got us back on the road in an hour. I highly recommend them.

Tire patch installed. Car was taken in upon arrival without an appointment. Good job, Tire still holding air. A little spendy but pleased with outcome.

Terrible experience! Took a friend's truck to the 1 o'clock appointment he had made for an oil change. There were no other rigs in the parking lot and only 2 others in the bays. They said they'd get right on it. So I left it there. It took FOUR hours for them to change the oil!! Then they parked the truck on the side of the building, left the window down, and the truck running for an HOUR after they called! They were also supposed to do a complete tire rotation. They rotated the back tires according to the paperwork. That means they literally moved the tires from one side to the other. I never take anything to them anyways and this is just more reason not to. They're an incredibly rude bunch of people, and THE hightest place in around! I'm not even sure how they get the business they do.

Junior was a great help when my mom got stranded with her tire. Fast friendly helpful and he was a man of his word. She got home safe and sound. Definitely recommend this shop and it's hard working employees.
