12/4/23 The blower motor I picked up for the furnace in my 1996 Holiday Rambler fit perfect and operates in silence. I have owned this rig 2 years and the hear never worked this well. Competitive price, in-stock, a person can't ask for more than that.

Sales rep is rude, acted like he was in a hurry to rush me, I ve tried to do business with them before and go the same result. I ll take my business to nice camper instead. Now the lady there was very sweet and respectful. Pity on how a single person and spoil a potential sale.

Best repair service We ve ever seen from a dealership. I walked into the office, told them I had a water heater leak. The tech, Paul was as at the campsite before we were.He checked it out, went back to the shop for parts, returned and had the problem taken care of in short order. He was very friendly, helpful, and knew what he was doing.Kudos to Happy Days RV for a job well done.

I don't know if the woman was trying to be funny but she didn't offer me the help I was seeking on a part I needed. I found her not helpful and she seemed annoyed that I was unsure of what I needed. The religious sign in the window did not reflect the customer service that was extended to me...being nice goes a long way.

This place was awesome and the people are so friendly. We really needed our 5th wheel repaired while moving from CA to SC on military orders. The seal and caulking had been coming apart underneath our 5th wheel by the receiver and was completely detaching from the rig. I called that morning and told them what we needed and (I can t remember her name) the woman got us in that afternoon. Their service guys fixed it and even though it s temporary; the fix is holding up better than the manufacturers work. If anyone is passing through Russellville and needs service, I highly recommend Happy Days.

Super fast friendly service. I have purchased items in past which they were very helpful. This time I had a WDH that needed repair, the manufacturer sent the parts 2nd day and Happy Days replaced the defective parts while I waited. This is not the norm with most dealerships these days.

Bought a slide out awning through them ...great price and had it in the next day! The ladies running that place are great , very helpful . The service guy even give me a few tips on installation since I was doing it myself .. definitely will use them again for anything Rv...

Horrible. Kept my camper for 3 weeks without even looking at it or providing a quote. Lied about parts being ordered and kept us on a string. Horrible customer service, didn t even apologize. We asked for a quote and update every few days and was given the run around. Finally after discovering the lies we went to go pick it up and took it else where. Very unhappy. They weren t even remotely friendly.

Great find when our toilet had a leak and we needed to get a new one! Helpful staff, had about anything you may need when traveling rv for repairs

These people are great ... they try to accommodate travelers they pulled me right in when 30 other places between Nevada and here refuse to get me in ... the quickest person stated it would be 3 days before they could look at it .. but first call to this place they told me to come right in. And 2 guys jumped right on the issues ... grease packing the bearings , water heater warranty work , and check all trailer brakes and controller ...
