We were stuck due to holes in our tarp and couldn't get our truck loaded. Glenn and an employee went out of their way to help us get our tarp patched. We were able to get our truck loaded on time and get on our way. Thank you so much!

Honesty is a rare thing to find this days specially in people that work as road service Mecanichs . This is my story short: We are from Dallas and took my truck Freightliner 2020 out of the shop and first trip to Arkansas. The Mechanic in Dallas did not pish a antifreeze hose properly after changing a def pump. Hose came lose and start leaking antifreeze I call Glen who he was there at the spot within 10 minutes @ Pilot in Russellville, AR he found the problem and in 5 minutes he fix it. I asked him that I want to pay per the road service as agree he did not want to charge anything since it was just a hose that need it to be conected properly. He could have tell me a 100 things that was wrong with the truck but he chose to explain what happened and be honest at the same time. He left with a smile my driver said.Im keeping his number in my contacts since this is a regular lane for us. No question I will call him again not because he refused to charge me but most importantly because his honesty.Ruben A.

Great service!! Broke down under a time critical load 6/3/19. Called Glen, described problem and he had a guy out for parts and to my truck in short order. I was rolling in less than his estimated time and saved me from having a load re-powered and lost revenue. Will definitely use when in the area!

Glenn came through for me during a very crucial period...I couldn't complain about a thing even if I wanted too... just hoping that he's not actually closing down the business... greatest help I've had since moving to the Natural State...

I had the campaign on my fuel pump ran on my cummins isx , at the same time had the front cover leak repaired by my local Peterbilt ( Redding ca), had continued problems with power and cel, they charged an arm and a leg diagnosing and never fixed the problem, I was headed east and stopped in at Glenn s auto and truck in Atkins Arkansas and he diagnosed the problems, they ( Peterbilt) had not set the adjustment on the front timing gear properly and the motor was running out of time and when he pulled the fuel pump the parts that Peterbilt rebuilt were wasted and ruined the pump itself, if I ever have a problem and can get to Glenn s auto and truck , he s very knowledgeable and thinks outside the box. Thanks again
