Excellent service! They patched the tire in less than 30 minutes and we were back on the road. The workers were very friendly and did a great job fixing our tire. Would highly recommend taking your car to Fleet Tire.

Got me in and out and taken care of quickly. Had my alignment done in an hour. Didn't charge and arm and leg for it and didn't try to talk me into 5 other things. Did what I asked for and got me back on the road. Super friendly and got me taken care of.

Very good experience they reset my tire gauge and reset the computer for the next Oil Change employee is very nice

They got me some hard to find tires on the same day. i was a little concerned about where they jacked my car up as these newer cars dont have good jack points but it didnt cause any damage so they were right and it was fine. really fast service and they did a good job. I was happy with the results

They use Acima program for people with questionable credit so you can get the repairs you need! I have had them rebuild front end that other Shade Tree mechanic shop has repaired... They do all my work and Sell me all my Tires and alignments! I will not go to another Mechanic Shop. They do not do Auto AC Diagnostics. Jesse provides Great Customer service! The whole Fleet Tire Family are awesome with their strive to get and keep you driving down the road safely!

Waited 3+ hours and counting, took forever for them to finally get to my car and just change the brake pads. Also had to wait a week for them to get the right tools to actually do the job. If I have to wait a week for you to get the tools, I at least expect you to try to finish my car as fast as possible and not take hours to just do a simple brake change. Nice people and good store but the service just takes forever.

I had a valve stem only installed in my tractor tire.. no dismount of tire. It took 2 whacks of the tire tool and the bead was broken. Now I took the tire too them. I removed it from my tractor. Well the story is 87.75 for the valve stem. I told Joe I would not be back.

Amazing customer service and very friendly. Pricing on tire jobs is extremely fair. Mount and balance alone are half the price as everywhere else in town. Highly Recommend all tire purchases and tire work.

I got an alignment Monday 6/12/17, when your a single woman a lot of places you go to like this treat you like you don't know what your talking about or don't listen. The employees listened to me had me explain the problems I was having & did an awesome job on my alignment. I would recommend this place to all women & will definitely be going back for alignment & tire needs. Also from what I can tell their prices are better on tires than Walmart.

Customer Service is subpar at best they told me they could do it anytime so I arrive at 8 in the morning all the way from Hot Springs only for them to tell me they won t get to it until 1. If it weren t for the warranty they tacked on with out my permission to my tires I bought here I would not be dealing with them right now. Not to mention the entire reason I am here is due to a faulty tire they gave me. Tell me why I brand new tire would blow out after just 6 months

Great work at an amazingly reasonable price. They helped take some of the stress out of a difficult situation and got me back on the road two weeks before anywhere else in town said they could. Definitely my go to place now for more serious automotive needs.

They patched my tire in about 15 minutes. They even put my spare back under my car & put my jack away! I received excellent service & will most definitely continue to go here for any of tire needs.

My tire was almost flat leaving work - stopped by to see if they had time to fix it. They went above and beyond to repair my tire and didn t charge a thing. I will be buying tires here from now on. Amazing people! Thank you!

Needed a front end alignment asap long hauling from oklahoma to Florida and the guys at fleet tire got my car in there right away and had me back on the road in less than 30 min. The cost of the alignment was only like 50.00 bucks round abouts. Which is the cheapest I've seen anywhere. I recommend this place to anyone.

Fast and friendly. Needed to get a tire patched while I was in Russellville. I stopped by another tire place first and they wanted me to set an appointment for 2 days later but then I found fleet tire and they got me in and out in 15 minutes.

My mother was recently stuck on the road, im in conway so she gets word to me that she needs help but has nothing to help her fix a flat, i gather necessities and trek from conway to russelville, i get there and break a lug nut, i call fleet tire, someone comes just as we gave up hope, gets the lugnut off and tells my mother, with a prosthetic leg, that she owes nothing, she cried when he left from his act of kindness, i will sing the praises of this company to the mountain tops. Great great great!

I took my Fiat here for a patch on a tire that was leaking and also asked them to take one tire off my car that had a bad rim and mount it on the rim of my spare. They did good work as far as that goes but when I picked up my car they had not remounted the other tire back on my spare rim which I'd asked them to do. Just threw the tire and rim back in the car. So that if I have a flat...I have a full size spare but it's off the rim. When I arrived I was put off for service while they unloaded a truck before I could even tell them what I wanted done. One gentleman came over to look at my car and when I attempted to tell him what I needed he said it'll be just a min I gotta unloaded this truck. So I went inside and after several mins was able to get someone to listen to what I needed. They did good work on the patch and all but I was not impressed with the customer service in the least. I'll find another tire shop to remount my spare and for future service.

Honest people: I'm not auto savvy at all but they insisted what was necessary for me to drive safely and what wasn't. I've been there twice to check on my truck and haven't been charged a penny.

Took my car in for a radiator fix...and BOOM! Not only fixed it that day, but had it tested and didn't charge me the outrageous amounts other shops gave me! They know their stuff!

Broke down on the highway and these folks replaced my alternator and got me right in within an hour and 15 mins I was on the road. Very reasonable on labor! Great job!!!
