I had a very pleasant experience today with Discount Tire shop. I was greeted before coming in. My service was done very fast in a professional way. As I got there they got to working on my truck fast and they even took care of replacing my wiper blades. Thank you guys keep up the good work

Awesome experience. At 7am Walmart quoted me 2+ hours and they would have sold me a new tire. Went to Discount Tire at 8am and they repaired the tire, FOR FREE, in 21 minutes.All he charged me was a high five .Service was friendly, fast and free.Can t beat that!

I was thoroughly impressed with this place from start to finish. On the initial phone call to set up my appointment it just felt right. They were professional and very quick. I also knew up front what I was going to be paying. I needed someone to do a road force balance on my 35s. I was in and out in about 30-45 minutes and they drive like they should. I had bought tires from this company a few years ago and actually had one bad tire and the customer service process was the smoothest and easiest process to get my new tire so that was what lead me to try this place out since it was relatively new to Russellville. I wasn t disappointed. There aren t many places around either that have a road force balancer.

I had a flat tire on I-40 Westbound (10-25-23) and three work industry colleagues arrived to help put on the spare tire. A state trooper stopped to see us through the flat tire event and he advised on a new Discount Tire in Russellville. I called them from the site and spoke with a gentleman named Terry and he got right on it. I gave him the tire size from the interstate and he texted me the address to get to their store. Upon arrival, one of his team members greeted us with a smile and 5 bottled waters since we had been out on the interstate for over an hour. Their team jumped right on my repair. They showed me other issues going on with my tires and I ended up needing a new set. They were quick to respond, courteous, professional, and accommodating. I highly recommend this team and location! A big shout-out to Terry, Ryan, Willie, and the rest of the team. Thank you so much for your prompt service and professionalism. I am very grateful that you got me back on the road so quickly. Had to have tire repaired few weeks ago. Slow leak because a screw broke off in it. They were so courteous to me and my son. My son owns his own business so they talked tires. I definitely will go back..

Prior to a road trip, I took my car in to have the tires checked.the people were polite and respectful, they repaired one tire checked the other three,made sure they were properly inflated and charged me nothing for their service. Needless to say, I recommend them to everyone

Everyone was friendly and the wait was basically like a pit stop. Took a whole 45 minutes. Building was nice and clean and had plenty of seats to wait. Gave me a couple of options on tires and even offered new windshield whippers which are a good price. I will be back and I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good tire service! There is also an online deal you can schedule an appointment and have an even shorter wait time. Thank you guys, great job!

Walked in about 40 minutes before closing time , needed 2 tires they got me in quickly got my tires put on while I was there I mentioned to them that my TPMs light had been on since I went to RnR and they checked them and found one that was bad and replaced it, no more light!! Great guys , fast service!

This tire shop is the fastest, most reliable, respectful, and overall very honest with you as a customer. They do great job! Would recommend to anyone with tire issues or wiper blades!

I had a great experience overall! There was only one guy at the register so I had to stand in line awhile before I was helped but other than that everything was good. Rylan was my salesman and he was wonderful! He was very helpful and got everything taken care of for me. The building was very clean and comfortable with plenty of seating. I highly recommend Discount Tire in Russellville.

Another great visit with Discount Tire. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Mr. Brant and management were on the ball, they got me taken care of and out in great shape and did so quickly. Loving this new store. Lol no more driving for an hour to get great service!! Thank you so much!!!
