I was visiting from out of town when the front brakes went on my Kia. Jeff got me in immediately and fixed the brakes in just a few hours, and at a very reasonable price, knowing I needed to get home. Blessings on him and his crew!

Very personable. Returned my call promptly when my son, who is a student at Tech, had issues with his GMC truck. Got it in and fixed within 48 hours. After calling around to several auto repair shops in the Russellville/Dardanelle area that were top rated (at least 4.5 out of 5), I chose Davis Car Care to do the replacement lower control arms on my 24 year old car. Why? Because Robert at Davis Car Care was ONLY one of two shops that properly understood the lower control arms MUST be preloaded (the weight of the car must be on the arms) before they are torqued down to the correct foot pound specification. If this is not done, the control arms will not be "seated" properly and not function as designed within the specified range of motion. To Mr. Eugene Swain's compliments, he ALSO knew this vital information, however, he was backlogged meaning he's also quite popular, however, I opted for a repair that could be done sooner, rather than later. I am confident, Mr. Swain would have done an equally excellent job. Jeff Davis worked on my car off and on for almost 8 hours. He had the integrity to save the bolts off the existing control arms instead of cutting them off (destroying them) to avoid additional expense to me and the hassle of getting those bolts from the dealer on special order that would have required rescheduling and coming in for a second appointment. I watched Mr. Davis perform the entire job. It was one hell of the job as the sleeves on the bolts were seized and required extremely diligent removal with a portable grinder. It was nasty, dirty, and exhausting work and Mr. Davis persevered such that I was able to get my car fixed in one appointment without additional expense for replacement bolts. Mr. Davis, I can't thank you enough for your excellent workmanship and determination to do the job right. My young daughters were alerted by the flashing check engine light as they traveled across country on their first solo road trip. They called me (300 miles away) and I told them to stop at the next exit while I tried to find help. I found Davis Car repair near them with good reviews and called. Though it was nearly closing time, as I explained the situation, Jeff Davis agreed to take a look. He had them on the road in less than an hour at a very reasonable cost and declined on my offer of a tip, saying it was more important that they keep the extra money with them til they arrived safely in Florida. Jeff is honest and trustworthy, and a really nice guy! I had a quote to fix my AC for over $3000. Jeff said no way it was that much - and he brought the job in under $1000. I hit a deer and brought it by to have it looked at. He didn t do that type of work, but he looked it over and called it precisely - everything the body shop subsequently found. He got my 18-year-old vehicle road-ready for a long road trip. I was broken down while travelling from SC to NM. Jeff fit me into a booked schedule, found a fan clutch for an older model BMW in town and had it there within a half hour. He was professional, courteous, honest and affordable. An absolute angel on my cross-country journey to visit my mother. HIGHLY recommend. GOOD PEOPLE. God Bless!

They're prices are reasonable. They do good work. I was suspecting the rear main seal needed to be replaced but, as it turned out, it was an oil switch. They were honest. That's a rarity.

Great service and staff! This place has been here for years. Had my truck break down with no codes being provided, which makes it difficult to determine issue. After looking over it, he found out that a small piece of paper from the filter covered the air intake sensor. This caused the truck s computer to adjust fuel and air flow which is why it wasn t wanting to stay running. A repair that seemed like it would cost hundreds, ended up being $60. This is a good and honest business.

Amazing family owned auto shop repair. They were closing in less than an hour and Jeff was able to get me back on the road out to SC from Vegas in under that hour. Awesome, great, friendly shop, with fair prices.

Wonderful, honest mechanic.He wouldn't do fake work or just change things that doesn't need changing.I haven't ever seen a mechanic who is that honest unless he is a close friend or something.I would highly recommend Mr. Davis and his son Jeff.

Pulling a 5th wheel camper when brakes messed up. 500 miles from home at the beginning of a 2 month trip. Davis got me in fast found the problem and had me out in 2 hours. Problem fixed....and very reasonable. Good folks.

I was down here on a trip and a piece had rusted off my car so I went and asked here. With just the piece he told me exactly what was wrong and what I needed. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a mechanic.

Jeff and the staff are awesome....his ball park quotes are usually on the money but if he sees a problem he will give you a call to see if you want to go down that avenue.... I will be taking my trucks to him.
