My family has bought cars from Cogswell for years. Richard is fantastic! He has always taken good care of us. I usually hate the finance portion, but Derek made that easy and dare I say fun! Highly recommend

We bought a used car from Cogswell motors this week and were incredibly happy with the service, the honesty, the above and beyond attitude and so much more!They worked with me on financing and also did extra cleanup on the interior of our used car. We got a free oil change and they filled the tank up with fuel before we signed papers.Steve was our salesman, he s fantastic and Derek was our finance guy and he was super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this car dealership!

Treated very well from the first phone call with Lexi. Dakota did a very good job answering my questions and I had a lot if them! Very good customer service from the start to the finish. Felt like I was needed as a customer

Our salesman (Jacob Reddell) did an amazing job. Other people in the building just stare at you. You can smile and nod your head or say hello, they still will only just stare at you. I actually had to walk into an office (everyone just stared at me) and had to imitate the conversation that I needed a sales person to help me. Luckily I got the right one because Jacob was super informative and attentive and made the experience worth buying a car from them. I d go buy a car from him again, but not from anyone else in the building.

I can't say enough great things about how great Dalton Adams was in helping me find the perfect new SUV...my new 2022 Limited Edition Explorer. He listened to what I was looking for and made an appointment for me to come in and look at a few vehicles and test drive. The very first one he showed me was everything I was looking for which showed me he listened to everything I told him I was looking for...the perfect new vehicle for me. He explained everything to me and said call if I had any questions. Chad Cain was my finance manager and did a great job on getting me in and signing papers as he was aware of my time schedule.The only downside to my visit to the dealership through the entire process was the fact that I felt like Derek Medlock was very unprofessional. While I'm sure he is a valued employee and polite....He was located in the office next to where myself and my daughter were sitting and he was very loud and unprofessional in speaking about a fellow employee and a deal he was supposed to be closing during the same time Mr. Cain was closing my deal. I should not have been able to hear any of his loud, negative and rude remarks. He needs to be mindful when he chooses to act in an unprofessional manner and who is within a listening ear.Everyone else from Dalton, to Doug Via, to other salesmen I was introduced to were very polite. Great Job Cogswell Team! Especially Dalton Adams!

Customer service is not dead . At least not at Cogswell motors, I purchased a used vehicle from them that had a few issues after the purchase, things that they couldn t have predicted. I called them and spoke with my sales person Jacob and they arranged everything, when they were not obligated to do anything. I live an hour and a half from this dealer and they arranged pickup and repair no questions asked. They now have a customer for life. I will make the drive to Russellville for any all all of my ford purchases both vehicles and parts. Plus they offer tires 10 bucks above cost. Thank you for being an honest up front dealer.

My car was totaled because a kid jumped a ditch and slammed my car into a building. Thanks to Dena and all the staff they made a bad situation go smoothly and I know how a very nice new car! Thank you!!!

We were looking for the impossible, an older truck with lower mileage. We found one we were interested in at Cogswell Ford. However, we would have to drive 3 hours and take time off from work just to go look at it. Then we were connected to Jacob Reddell, one of the experienced sales associates there at Cogswell. What a blessing he was!! He was completely honest about the Truck they had there so there would not be any surprises when we got there. Along with being honest, he was very supportive and super friendly. He even called us later to make it sure the truck ran well and we made it home safely. We would recommend Cogswell Ford to everyone but especially Jacob.

Hell of a lot better than Clarksville Ford! Their sales guys are great & the mechanics Even Better. In a time when most vehicles are on back order & the used are more than the new cars because of rebates. They have no problem ordering just for you or keeping you up to date w in coming details & dates.

My truck was dropped from their lift. Body damage was satisfactorily repaired, but was charged more than $500 to repair new mechanical problem that cropped up.

Best place for sales and service they are in it for the long haul not just for sales the service is best ever and fords warranty has been better than all others I ve owned, my last 8 vehicles have been ford and Lincoln

Perfect! About sums it up. Way above anyplace I have ever dealt with. And I was a fleet manager for 36 years. Also Travis is probably the best service writer I have ever met. This is an honest review and I do have a lot of experience with many dealerships.Thanks Again!Mike Dill

They kept me informed with text on a regular basis on how the work was going on fixing our car. Great people and even better service work. Thank You all.

Went down there to look at a used SUV we saw online. Very pleasant people to deal with. The price was very reasonable for the vehicle. Just a long drive from Mountain Home. Nice to have the manager come and introduce himself. Makes you feel that you're not just another shopper.

By far my best experience at a ford dealership. I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation and they said I needed a new air filter, and I thought maybe they were just trying to get me to buy one. However, they offered to show me it and it was indeed dirty. I ve never had an oil or tire place actually bring me to see the issue and HAVE had them just charge without showing me, which nobody likes.Their price was Also reasonable and the receptionist in the auto service part was super cool. Overall 10/10 visit.

I tried to add gas through a siphon hose, bad idea couldn't remove the hose. Lisa at the the Ford Service Dept was busy but quickly helped me remove the hose with no lecture and no charge.

Had an appointment with Jason from express lub to change my oil and rotation of tires and to check cabin filter at 11 am today. Everything went well and Jason was outstanding and professional like always.While I was waiting I was speaking to my service advisor Lisa who is always so friendly and professional. These 2 employees make it so pleasant for the customers all the time. They both need to know this.Thank youMike SGod Bless

Amazing experience. They got my car in quickly and provided affordable rental car services. Also kept in contact with me via text during the process and estimated time of completion. Everytime. I have dealt with them on multiple occasions within the last 15 years, and my experience was always a great one. Keith Criswell at Cogswell motors, went above and beyond to help me get into the truck I needed to best fit my needs. None of the staff was ever pushy and they were beyond accommodating. Every staff I encountered during the process of purchasing my truck was extremely friendly and helpful and made me feel like I was important. I would highly recommend to another person as well as purchase another vehicle from them in the future.

Great group of people! I don't know if there is actually someone named Cogswell involved in this business. Deanna was my sales representative and she did an outstanding job!! Everyone one there was so friendly and helpful. I knew exactly what I was looking for and no one tried to push me into anything which I love, because I hate dealerships that are so pushy. I love this place and I love my car!! What an amazing experience at Cogswell Motors! We had "thought" about getting a new truck but decided to look around while we were in town visiting from Virginia. We stopped by and Mike Smith talked with us to make sure he focused our experience on things we were looking for - he was invaluable in the process!After picking out a vehicle late on Tuesday, we came back early Wednesday morning and Mike had the vehicle all prepped and ready for delivery! What a fantastic experience! We've bought many vehicles over the years but never have I had such an easy transaction!Great job!
