Bailey is the greatest. She has been extremely helpful expediting the repairs of my Lincoln MKX. Ronnie is super helpful as well, providing me with transportation until my service was complete. If one of the sales person is as helpful I'll be in a newer MKX by Christmas

Outstanding service. Was traveling from south Louisiana headed to Branson with a two night visit in Russellville to visit some co workers when a check engine light came on in my 2021 F250 with the 6.7. Dropped it off Monday morning, they identified the issue and ordered the part by that afternoon. Had the trucked repaired and on the road by 1200 Tuesday. Myself or my family can thank Travis this team enough for saving our thanksgiving trip.
