Over all they do a great job, minus one tech there everyone else is very friendly, listens to you when explaining things and helps you through your stressful time. I have taken 2 vehicles here for repairs, first time was great...fast forward years later and my second time was still good, minus the fact that my chief complaint with my vehicle was not even looked at nor addressed. After speaking to someone with cogswell about my experience I was honest with my review and also made a point to alert her of my issue that wasn't addressed. I was assured the manager from there would contact me and here it is almost a week later with no response. All in all I would give 5 stars but seeing that I'm still having an issue with suspension and the plastic grill piece on my bumper that was caused during my accident were not repaired I'm giving a 4 star review. Word of advice make sure to white glove inspect upon leaving and don't wait for someone to reach out to you because it may not happen

I have nothing but good things to say about Cogswell Collision. After my accident they completed my repairs so fast and were so friendly every time I called to check on the status of my vehicle (which was often). Shane was so professional and kind, I highly recommend them. Hopefully I won t have any fender benders or accidents any time soon but if I do, I will be calling Cogswell first! My damage to my Jeep Cherokee did not look that bad, but after they repaired, replaced, and the service they provided was awesome. I would recommend them again and again. My Jeep looks like it has never hit a sign on the side of the road.. Thank you for your awesome service and job well done.

My daughter's bumper was scratched and dented when her car was backed into a piece of equipment. Alicia at the collision center immediately got her car in and had the bumper repaired overnight. Since my daughter had just purchased the car, she was not happy about being without her car. When we picked up the car the next day I could not tell where the damage had occurred. I can't say enough good things about the work performed. My daughter was very impressed upon the return and says it looked better than when she bought it.

So my daughter was in an accident a few weeks ago, and also was side swiped at ATU library, Not to mention the hail damage she received in Texas on March 26, 2017. Not only did Joe, at Cogswell proceed with the repairs through email, and phone calls. He was most reassurring. My wife, and I live in Frisco Texas( 5 hours away). He had to deal with 3 different claims, on the same car. One for accident at fault at other, one for Hit and Run, at Library. And one for hail damage. the car was there for two weeks, and they provided a free "loaner" car to my daughter. My daughter picked up car today. It looks Brand New!! I don't write reviews very often. But Cogswell is a terrific repair shop, and I would HIGHLY recommend them. Bret Bennett, Frisco, Texas

Took care of 2 of our vehicles just a couple of weeks apart and got them in and done as fast as they could. Definitely recommend using them for your collision needs.

Good about estimate. Adjuster found a broken bracket the body shop missed on original estimate. I gave them a copy of the adjusters estimate pointing out the bracket. Dropped truck off on Wednesday, work to be completed Friday. Called me Friday and told me they missed the bracket for fog lamp. Human error. Good work though. Super nice people.

A company that was working on a vehicle of mine had an accident with it and it ended up at the Cogswell Collision Center where is spent the next couple of weeks being repaired and I believe they did a really good job it's quality work competitive pricing and they seemed genuinely concerned there about you know whether you're you're satisfied with their work or not they want to know you know if your happy and and I think it's a pretty good place I don't have anything negative to say about him at all so you know I guess if you have a vehicle that's damaged give him a shot I think they do a really good job thank you
