I purchased a car from Car Mart today in Russellville, AR. I m not gonna lie. I was very nervous going there because it s a nerve-racking experience purchasing a used vehicle, especially for me because I am new to the area having just moved back home from New York. That being said, I can say that this is the second car from a member in my family that has been purchased from this place. Our salesman DAWSON Was utterly amazing!!! I cannot say enough good things about our entire experience, or I should say my entire experience. From start to finish, he was So extremely. He was patient, and he helped me with the whole process of figuring out which car worked best. I told him what price range I wanted to stay in, And Him as well as the team actually got my price Lower than what I asked for. Everyone was so nice, and I didn t feel rushed with my decision. Actually, my brother is the one who referred me here, And they treated us like I felt they would treat their family. I would definitely recommend them, and I would purchase from DAWSON again. He s an absolute asset to them! I plan on going in every payday and bugging them Just so I can check in and say hello to everybody! Amazing car buying experience. Thank you.

SO happy with my purchase. Dawson and Brent hooked me up REAL GOOD. Marlena (if I spelled that right) was super sweet and patient with our payment requests too! We were a little nontraditional.All of them were so patient and nice and they laughed at all my jokes, so that s a plus! They listened to my requests and got me into the car I wanted - no problem.11/10 recommend Car-Mart Russellville. Especially for people struggling with credit issues. They were a true blessing for me. Cannot thank them enough.

I have gotten 7 vehicles from this location and I have never been let down. The staff is AAA1 and have always done whatever it takes to make sure I am happy. As a father of 6 there is no doubt there will be more vehicle purchases in my future and you can guarantee that Car-Mart of Russellville will be my first and last stop. Thanks again to ALL of my Car-Mart friends!!!

My car was totaled and they did everything to get me into a new one as fast as possible. They ve been the best help into finding a good car. Dawson has been a great salesman! Everybody here is super kind, and VERY helpful!

Excellent service and Preston was so very nice. He helped me find the perfect car for my family. Let's not forget Dustin he made sure everything went smoothly. I definitely recommend going by and asking for one of these guys.

The sales manager (Chelsey I think, blond, tall, fake personality) lied to me during the sale. She tried to convince me the Fair Credit Reporting act prevented he from negotiating price. Verifiably untrue and when I told her she tried to defend her position until I pulled up the actual government document and asked her to show me exactly where it said that. She backtracked immediately and sent someone else to talk to me. No apology. Just excuses.The vehicle I purchased had blown speakers, and she also promised to order them immediately and it was included in the contract. I called 7-10 days later for a check in on the speakers, and she said she would check with the parts guy (Jason), and get back to me with a expected delivery date for the speakers. That never happened. I purchased the vehicle on 12-14-23 and today 1-5-23. I spoke to Jason today and he said it s the first he is hearing of it and had to check the original contract to verify that was included; it was. He said he would order the speakers today. This car mart has absolutely terrible service, and the representatives of car mart in Russellville will lie to you and hope you don t have the guts to call them on it. 100% would not recommend this business to a friend or family member.Do better CAR-MART, and do better Chelsey. Stop lying to your customers.

They are so very rude! I ve been hollered at by a previous manager! Which is no longer there thank goodness!!! The manager there Brian is great he will work with you and the office staff is great but, everyone in finance is so rude to say theLeast! They will harass you and call you 3 times a day and then call you on your job after you ask him not to. I will never do business with them again! I can t stand rude people! Dean doesn t have any business working with customers. He has no customer service skills at all! He s rude, hateful and hollers at you. And then he will talk over you and not even listen to what you re having to say I can t stand Cart-Mart.

My experience with car mart was truly unbelievable. They took care of me and I would definitely buy another car from them. Believe me , I m hard to please . But they did a fantastic job. I want to give a special thank you Chelsea. She went above and beyond to help me with everything

I went to trade my car in but ended up getting a truck. The ladies and gentlemen that work there are just the best group around. They will help you if you have questions. I will be going there when and if I need another vehicle.

They were polite, encouraging and overall, willing to listen to what I was wanting! From the first time I stepped on the lot and explained what I was looking for, they were ready to help. You want good deals, nice people who go out of there way to help you any way they can, you looking for your next new ride, go and see Zane, Brent, or Dustin, they will treat you right and not steer you wrong . This car-mart is the only one that we will purchase a car from, as of right now my fianc� and I have 2 cars and 2 trucks from them

The guys and ladies of Carmart we're a huge help yesterday. They were able to get me in the truck that I wanted for the price range that I was needing to fit my budget. To be honest the first car I got from them alone wasn't that great. But I stuck it out and paid on it till I was able to get something better. They did awesome Dawson was super great. For someone only around 20 or so had great salesmanship and really friendly. Chelsea was super understanding when I came in so close to closing and everyone waiting till I was finished. Insurance took so long on the phone. I really do injoy my 2015 Chevy travers. Thank you all who stayed late so I could get this car.
