Awesome job with the repair of our vehicle. After hitting a large buck deer, there are no signs that there was ever any Damage.Vehicle was repaired before estimated date and when we picked it up, not only was the damage repaired, but my wife was SO HAPPY when she got in her vehicle and saw the interior had been detailed as well.They text me almost Daily keeping me up to date with the progress as well. Although I don t like the circumstances that led me to Advanced Collision, they were incredible to work with. They communicated updates exceptionally well. They were speedy yet thorough with the repairs. I couldn t be happier with my experience. Kind people and extraordinary service. Highly recommend!

Five stars isn't enough for this great business! Dwayne and his team are very professional and stand behind all their work and services. Hundreds of miles away from home I had a bad wreck and during the moment of my worst experience they went above and beyond in making it my best experience by taking the reins and making the entire process easy and very hassle free. The customer service is phenomenal in keeping you updated on the status of your vehicle and was very forthcoming in any delays I could experience in parts or other services needed. They were true to their word and delivered my truck back to me the day I was told before, and it looked and ran just as if I left the showroom floor. Took our truck to 2 different shops before this one and it sat for over a month not getting fixed. A week after Advanced Collision received it, it was ready to be picked up! They did a great job- it looks brand new! They even cleaned the inside and gave us a gift certificate for a FREE detail and wax. Great shop!

Took too long and there was still so many things I fixed personally because I didn t want to go leave it for another month, also the bumper was not bought straight from ford like I got told, I found a sticker for a off brand website in the inside of the bumper which would explain why it doesn t fit properly and with sharp cuts everywhere.Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim

This company is my go to for automobile accident repair. The customer service is as expected plus they go out of their way.I have USAA and they completely satisfied my needs, however another friend I personnaly know had AllState and they refuse to pay the local repair rate that all the other insurance companies pay. So I can't refer anyone with AllState insurance...because AllState refuses local labor rates...you will hve to pay more than a standard deductable if you have AllState...you will nhave to pay the labor rate difference out of pocket. This is not Advance Collision Solutions fault at all. In this case you would have to sue AllState because they refuse to uase reputable repair shops.Service: Body & Trim

I have had SEVERAL experiences at AdvancedCollision,..and EVERY time..has been outstanding!.Their ALL Professionals at ALL that they do! They immediately find the exactproblem..and get you back on the road as fast as they possibly can... I've NEVER found more honest people ANY where that I've ever had to take my car to before! Their SO trustworthy,something rare in today's time..and with only one visityou'll find a great companythat you can take your business to again and again.. in total confidence.

Definately recommend this shop.Great people. Very helpful. Kept in contact with me to let me know what was going on if there were any changes in completion dates or delays getting parts instead of leaving me wondering. They also returned the vehicle to me cleaner inside than it has been since I bought it.

Dropped off my RV for a repair estimate in October. Dwayne said he would be able to do it in December so we left it with him so he could work on it as he had time. Called in January to see the status of the estimate now he says he won t have time until February. Truth is he had zero intentions of doing it and wasn t man enough to say it. I will never give him my business or refer him again.Service: Body & Trim

This is my family's body shop! I had a '99 TownCar worked on and my son had a '91 BMW worked on in the past year. In both cases these professionals handled the messy aspects of the insurance, provided sound estimates that they held to, and got everything fixed beautifully in VERY timely fashion. They were just great to work with-no complaints! I'm no longer looking for a good body shop in the Russellville area because I have found a keeper.

Advanced Collision Solutions handled my insurance claim with excellent professionalism, the repair work and paint was done quickly and is of a high quality, and the people are great. Dwane Ahrens gave my wife and I a quote. Our car with less than 3000 miles on it had been backed into and, Dwane Ahrens told us that the paint and, scratch on the headlight could be removed and made to look like new, along with the front bumper. We were told 3 days to repair, a day and a half later we received a call it was ready, which made me skeptical. So we go to pick it up, headlight was noticeable, bubbles in the paint, while we there he told my wife that was the best they could do, when I asked to see him, he did not come out, someone from the shop did, he noticed it as well, so we were asked to leave it. Next day he calls my wife and, tells her 550.50 plus labor to replace headlight because, that was the best they could with the headlight. Money out of our pocket because of a bad quote! I asked Dwane Ahrens before we agreed on the quote twice if he could guarantee me headlight would look like new, he said yes.I could have taken our brand new car to Vocational school and, received better results. I will post pictures on Facebook and, ask everyone to share it. I would not recommend anyone to take their car to this halfway repair shop, not professional at all.
