I do most of the repairs and maintenance of my vehicles, we have several different stores to choose from in this small town, but Advance Auto Parts has the best discounts and perks points. And of course, the friendliness of the people that works there. Highly recommend

Supposed to be open until 8 on Sunday...I pulled up in the parking lot by the front door, started walking to door, and watched one of the workers laughing while he locked the door and went to back of parts area...at 7:51 pm.

The staff here is incredible. Friendly and kind. Had an issue with my truck on a long road trip and not from the area the staff here made sure we had everything we needed and made sure were okay while were fixing it in the parking lot. Jeff and Mary thank you so much!

I Tell You Folks these boys here are good today somehow I got an open container of block sealant head gasket sealant and no boy give it to me this morning it didn't I guess we didn't notice it was open but I took it back with my ID they give me a credit card to use and I really appreciate it important cuz they did the right thing I'm no croaking and I'm glad they put that money on the card at least and let me shop there back at the store so whoever work today on the 4th of July them to you guys are all right I'll say that good business good service I like it thank you very much

Was stuck late with a flashing oil light, not sure how to fix it, I called ahead. They were really helpful had the correct oil and filled up for me. Shop was well stocked and staff knowledgeable. Really great store!

Good deals but service is slow as can be. Had a worker try to not fulfill a warranty part. Was told the part had been discontinued. That was a total lie. Ordered other parts off line and had already paid for them. The next day I went to get what I had bought and had to wait for them to pull together my order.

Hello folks I'm straight up kinda man so I'm gonna let you know you can't beat the crew at Advance Auto I got so tired of other places that give yearly bonuses on each sale & don't count the returns against the employees that at times past would sale the wrong parts just so you would come back to get the right part !! Henceforth sales bonuses for them would look great. But at Advance Auto you won't be treated like that they will dobble check everything to make sure you get what your needing & if for some reason that employee can't figure it out 1 or 2 of the team will help so the customer gets what they need. That's the truth & because of their customer relations & out of all the yrs I've shopped at Advance Auto I don't ever thank about going to the other parts store's in Russellville. I'm a happy Advance Auto customer so if I go out of state & need a part for my vehicles I'll find an Advance Auto so everything I get can be warranted at my local store. Thank you Earl.O

On 01-31-2022 I came in to the store to purchase a car battery. I had brought a core, and the counter person gave the price for the only replacement that they had in-store which was $189.99. I wasn t purchasing this battery for me or my family or a friend. I had stopped to help a young mother of 3 small children who was stranded on the highway with a dead battery and I was purchasing it for her out of my pocket and installing it right there on the highway. When I told the counter person this story she was able to generously discount the battery. She didn t have to, just like I didn t have to stop and help this young mother. I will be doing my business at Advanced from now on and I will point everyone I have occasion to do their auto/mechanical business with them as well. Thank you Advanced Auto Parts on South Arkansas Avenue in Russellville, Arkansas for this kind action you took!!

I really like the staff at the Russellville Advanced Auto. Always helpful and customer friendly. Their sale prices really rock, along with low every day prices on lots of items. I am a faithful customer because of their low prices and willingness to help their customers. Keep up the good work Advanced.

The associate named Lee is the rudest person. I won't be back ever. I will be calling corporate office too. And he told me he didn't care if I told everyone how rude he was.

These guys are pretty knowledgeable about what I needed. They even took the time to look up information for me and when they did not have what I needed they suggested somewhere else to go, even though it was a competitor. It is a bit warm in the building but I can handle that since they are so knowledgeable

I normally don't have much of a n expectation anymore dealing with parts stores. This day was te exception. Excellent service and both guys were so nice. 10/10, will visit again.
