They are super nice and very understanding. I had to have 3 tires replaced because they were showing wire. I didn t even know about the other two until they showed me how dangerous it was. I just knew it was driving funny so they checked for me and probably saved my life or at least my car from wrecking. I will absolutely be coming back and I would recommend them to anyone needing new tires or brakes!

I like to buy all of my tires here for my vehicles, and my other family members do as well. They have a friendly staff that is always helpful when I go in. Their prices for our truck and Jeep tires are comparable to others in the area, but I think it s their service that makes them stand out from the rest. Just simple things like free rotation every 6,000 miles for the life of my tires is something I like, need done, and enjoy having done at no cost. That saves me from having to do it myself, and they are always able to get my truck in and out very quickly.

I called yesterday and asked if they had my size tire and I got lucky that they had one left! The lady I talked to was very sweet and helpful to me on the phone and when I came in today I had to leave my tire and get my son something to eat and she was super kind and asked that I was back in about 45 minutes I said okay and when I got back I paid and left I kinda made her laugh a little bit because I went to push the door not open it but over all I ll definitely be coming back here! Absolutely the sweetest people

Look no further. A & D Tire helped me get two used tires at a good cost. The owners are super sweet and definitely know what they are doing! If you need a tire go see them, best in Russellville!

I had a great experience with A & D. They found a rim that was needed, had 2 tires replaced & they did all of the necessary repairs without me having to do anything! The staff is incredibly helpful & friendly. Will be my tire repair shop of choice for the foreseeable future.

I've had a great experience with this place. Great Prices and Super Friendly Staff. Will be going here for tires and brakes in the foreseeable future. James Young is very professional and will always make sure it's done right.

I have been dealing with James and Jesse Young at A& D tire since the day that they opened! I have purchased many tires and have had service work done on my vehicles. I ve always had an excellent price and excellent service. I would highly recommend.

Ive used this place for years. Very friendly, knowledgable, and thorough. I had a random issue with my front tire and they quickly assessed and found the actual issue. Highly recommend this local business!

I have bought several sets of tires from these people and by far are the best to deal with and very friendly staff. I have priced tires everywhere and they are the best price. Thanks A & D!!!!! See you soon I am going to have to get some tires on my Tundra.

Called because I have an odd size tire. Told the rude lady on the phone what I needed. She said she had a used tire in stock. I asked if I needed an appointment she said no just come one in. After waiting for my entire hour lunch break they finally get to my car and then tell me they can't mount it because the used tire she had wasn't the correct speed rating. When I went inside for a refund I was very snotily and passive aggressively was told to "Have a blessed day" instead of addressing the real problem. These people are the definition of incompetence. Very unprofessional. Stay away from this place. Zero stars.

Staff was extremely helpful! I bought a set of used tires. They were the only place in town to have used tires in my size and, even had a couple of sets to choose from. They let me look at all of them, see their prices, and choose which ones I wanted without any pressure. They were up front about additional charges at the beginning, so an informed decision could be made without any surprises. The service was fast and efficient. When I had an issue a few days later, which was no fault of theirs, they were again very helpful. I definitely recommend them to others and already have sent a friend there.

First they waited over 3 hours for us to get there. We we re coming back home from a business trip from Mississippi. We hit the sleet storm at Little Rock and then it wasn t long before the interstate was at at stand still. We excited off west of 430 and took back roads to Russellville. The folks at A&D waited on us when they could have closed ship and went home. Very professional and they mounted my tires aligning the valve stems with the yellow circles on the side walls!! Perfectly balanced and couldn t be happier!

I have never used anyone else but A and D Tire Center. Greatest Customer Service hands down. Going in tomorrow to purchase 5 New all weather tires and one for spare. I love their buy 4 get 5th at half price. I know I'm going to get a great Price any time I go in. Looking forward to seeing that hard working team again.

Very friendly and helpful, quality service, and although wait was a little bit, they have a air-conditioned waiting area. I would suggest wearing mask during covid-19 pandemic due to waiting area not exactly spacious and no other customers seemed to be practicing much social distancing. But I will definitely be a returning customer!

If 0 stars were an option that's what A&D tire would get from me. We needed a tire put on a rim and they basically told us they weren't interested in helping us unless we were buying a tire from them. The day before a holiday they were not busy at all and couldn't be bothered making a quick buck to help me get my sons vehicle back on the road so he could go to work. Not the way a respectable business should be ran. I will not be returning or referring them to anyone.. ever..

Great friendly owners and employees with tons of knowledge. Tires at a reasonable price with minimal wait. Only tire shop I've used in 3 yrs. This is truly a company who cares for there customers and not just making money.

THE. BEST. TIRE. SHOP! This tire shop has the nicest owners and employees. I ve been to multiple tire shops locally and this is the best one by far They let you know the price ahead of time, so no suprise charges! They have a great used tire reward system where you get your 5th tire 1/2 off!
