I haven't been here in a while so I thought I would try them again. I'm so glad that they never disappoint. I ordered the Lad Na and it was delicious. The service and cleanliness were also top notch. If you're already on that side of town, you can't go wrong in stopping by.

Fast friendly and efficient. No issues, no wait for a spot, overall a pleasant experience and I will be going there again. The usual upcharging and trying to sell you parts and services you don't necessarily need was expected and happened. But I was ready for it so I'm not bothered that they are just doing their job. Thank you!

These people keep changing oil drain plug with nothing wrong with then and ther are the wrong ones. Must have idiots working for the that have no clue on different drain pans and oil drain plugs. Honda has 2 different drain plugs and I keep have to replace oil pans due to wrong drain plug stripping treads. Just dumb. I had to leave 1 star or it would of been negative

I have been using Valvoline shops in Rogers for 2 years and I have come to trust their advice and recommendations every time. They are quick, thorough and professional. I highly recommend them.

Overall good experience, would be 5 star if a replacement light was done, but forgotten. Staff is very friendly & helpful...shout out to JESSE for a job well done with a professional work ethic.

Most expensive oil change I ve ever paid for. They replaced my bulb over my license plate and didn t even put the plastic cover on right where they took it off to get to the light bulb and left the old bulb in my trunk instead of throwing it away. They were messing with it for over 10 minutes to try and put it back together and that s how they left it in the photos. I went back the next morning and one of the techs said it came apart again? They actually broke 2 of the tabs and had to order replacements so once again, I have to go back for them to try and fix it. The one checking my fluids told me he couldn t add windshield fluid because my tank has a leak and won t hold it. That s funny because my tank is brand new and I ve been using my windshield fluid with no issues. I wouldn t even give them 1 star. They didn t even offer anything for my inconvenience that they caused.Service: Oil change

Bad experience, messed up my hub caps, over sell over charge for my VW. Now a co-worker had the same treatment from them on his Audi. Neither of us will visit this location again, until Management clears house.

My car was in the port at 2:20, and I was told my oil change and tire rotation would last approximately 30 minutes, but I left the car port at 3:39. During this time no one came to update me on my car or anything happening, so I had to reschedule my 4pm appointment in Springdale. I won t be visiting this location unless my entire afternoon is free.

I've used this place several times and I will say it's always been a great experience. They've even turned me away when I technically wasn't really due for a service! Who does that? A group that cares about making sure you're not wasting your time on frivolous repairs, that's who. In and out quickly and everything was explained thoroughly. Will definitely return!

Went on lunch break hoping to get in and out and they did not disappoint. There were already 2 cars in the bays, and I was directed to pull into the third one. They instantly greeted me and we got started. Both employees that interacted with me were professional and courteous.There were additional services offered at the end, but I didn't feel like they were pushed on me, just explained and we moved on. Entire time spent from start to finish was maybe 15 min. It was awesome. The base price was slightly more than other places, but I felt the additional cost was well worth the confidence that they did a good job and the quickness in which they got me in and out.Will recommend Jackson, Gavin, and his staff. Thanks guys.

This people charged $200 to replace the fuel filter in f 350,even when supplied fuel filter that cost $150 to them,that means they charged $200 for 30 min labor which is insane after talking to manager and asked him to explain how is that possible?his reply was I put the job in computer and it gives me the amount ,so either pay or I ll tow your truck so if you don t like to pay $400 for an hour please stay away from this place!!

Charged for services I specifically did not ask for. Was told multiple times that if I cared about my car I would get all the extra services. People were very rude. I ve been coming here for years. After this experience, I won t be returning.Additionally, I asked for a conventional oil change and that is not what I received.Service: Oil change

I'm not sure of the names of the two gentlemen who worked on my truck on 4/26/21 but they did an outstanding job. Not only did I request an oil change but I asked to look at my indoor cabin air filter as well. With a little YouTube help we were able to figure out how to get one of the pieces of trim off to by the glove compartment to reach the filter. As for the video, we watched it together and I assumed he wasn't offended because I didn't know how to help him and I'm sure he didn't want to break anything on my truck. He took his time and was very careful not to damage anything. With that being said, I told him since it took this long to get to the filter, change it anyway. Once we got to the filter it actually looked almost brand new and he suggested that a new filter wouldn't be needed at this time. After all that work, he was looking out for my pocket book. Two thumbs up! Also, the gentlemen under the hood did the same thing with the engine air filter. He showed it to me and suggested that the filter is still in good shape and a new filter wouldn't be needed at this time. I know this is long but it's not very often you get folks that work for a business out to make money saving the customer money! Job well done fellas! By the way, service was quick, fast, and friendly and they also reset my oil life percentage reading and provided a new sticker for the window. Let me first state that please don t waste your time here and go to another location. Valvoline is usually the go to place for our oil changes but this has been the worst one we have been too.We were greeted by Eddie and Edwin (there was a third person here but we didn t grab his name.) They seemed annoyed that we came in, they proceeded to make fun of my boyfriends name, repeating back every other name but Stephen. They raised there voices with us, very rude and dismissive. They also made fun of the fact that I was in the car.Eddie was on his cellphone. We could hear Eddie call down to the person below, the person wouldn t answer, so he would begin to play on his phone. There was also times were the person below would say something, and even though there was a person up top, they also wouldn t answer.This experience at the establishment was very unpleasant, and I would never spend my money there again.We went around 930AM on July 14th 2022.

Gotta love spending your lunch break waiting for service(over 30min ) only to be told that your oil change will be over 150.00 .. then you wait longer to be told that they don't have the filter but, here's a coupon for 10.00 off...smh I won't be back

Great customer service every time I'm there! This is the only place I take my car anymore and recommend them to anyone that asks for a place to take their vehicle. Quick, but thorough service. They explain not just what is needed, but why it is needed. I was just in and found out about something that I never would've known needed to be done to keep up with my car.

Fast, super friendly service. You even get to pull in & just chill in your car while they take care of everything you need. The oil i need for my car is often not stocked at other places, but this place had it on hand as well as my uncommon air filter. Highly recommend this place. Took about 20 minutes for my car, & easily passed it with a few Youtube videos.

Some employees do not need to working there. Manager was having hard time with one guy. Could not get an answer in regards to what I needed. They popped my hood in action to service but because they didn't have enough of my oil type I left. They never secured my hood. Thank God safety latch was on. Discover it after I had driven several miles. My hood did not fly up. I won't go back.

I came in yesterday for the first time at this location. I was helped right away with a ridiculously friendly staff. I didn t get my guy s name, but he was awesome. Informative, fast and friendly. I usually do it my self but Came through to do a quick oil change before a trip due to time constraints. Oil change went fine no problems, now it's time to do it again and they put the oil filter on so tight it won't come off. Even the nuclear option of hammer a screwdriver through it for leverage to break it free didn't work, bent the screwdriver and didn't even budge. GET YOUR PEOPLE SOME TRAINING, OIL FILTERS DONT NEED TO BE TORQUED TO 500 ft lbs. Hand tight people, hand tight. Beyond frustrating!!Service: Oil change
