I was very happy with the service at this Rogers Arkansas location. I was given a great choice of tired, and after picking my tires they had my truck inside and getting my tires put on. I will be going back for more tires from this store.Great service and great sales staff.

Called at 8:50 a.m. Monday morning and was transferred to a recording to leave a message. 3 stars not so much for Tire Tracks but the idea of leaving a message and assuming I'll be called back immediately when they are done servicing other customers. There has to be another way. This is almost autoparts store level as it requires me to drive over and walk in to avoid phone tag or a phone maze. Not everyone can sit and wait for a phone call return.I guess I'll ask question in google.

I called first to check on pricing and timing of a tire patch. (A screw lodged in 1 )I arrived shortly after and had a very short wait and a reasonable price.The only thing I'd add is that my tire was over inflated for the current weather, what my Jeep recommends, and compared to the other 3 tires. It wasn't a big deal though. We deflated it a smidge when I got back home.Overall, I am very satisfied 24hrs later.

This location is my favorite tire tracks to patronize. They are always get us in and out quickly and pricing for their product and services are fair. I always feel like I have gotten a good value at Tire Tracks in Rogers, AR.

Hands down one of the best tire shops around. I had a flat tire on my work van and the got me in and out. I was going to walk back to my van that was 1/2 mile away and they were kind enough to have one of the employees take me in their personal vehicle. I want to say a huge thank you to both the shop and employee who went out of their way to take care of their customers.

Super helpful, personable staff. They mounted & balanced new tires for me, put on new wheels and did an alignment, replaced a couple lug studs I broke. Definitely happy with their work and will go back for future services!

Had a flat that could not be fixed. 3 different tire guys tried and only could sell me a new tire. Two of them had used one that looked bad. My other tires are only about half way through their life and didn t want a new tire on one wheel. Tire tracks had a used tire that matched the others in life and they wanted only 45.00 instead of 125 for a bad looking non matched tire. In and out in 7 minutes. Awesome place!!

I had to get my car towed there overnight. I called the next morning and they were friendly and professional. They had my tire changed and my car ready for pick up within 45 min. I would definitely use them again.

Very nice staff and until today I ve always had a positive experience here. After bringing my car in with a flat that was not fixable, I purchased 4 new tires. During installation, two lug nuts were broken. Then they quoted me $233 to fix the lug nuts! Doesn t seem right or safe

Came in on a late Friday afternoon with a leaking tire. I was in a hurry and had a trailer. They let me drop my trailer and get in line. An hour later I was on my way. Thanks for the quick service.

I love this shop. A friend suggested them years ago and I haven t been anywhere since then. I refer my friends because they are kind, knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. They don t try to sell me things I don t need. They answer all of my questions with kindness and patience no matter how busy they are. I always feel like I m the only customer in the room when I m talking to them.Excellent team with excellent customer service!!

I had a tire leak (unfixable) for a tire size a few larger name centers did not have used tires in stock. On arrival I was quickly checked in, proceeded to have an easy wait and was out the door in under 30 min with a good tire to last me till the next time I have to buy all 4. Highly recommend and will use this location for any tire repairs in the future.

Quick and stress free experience. Got two new tires and was done in about 30 minutes. You don't have to make an appointment or choose between 10,000 different tire brands. They don't ask a million questions or try to sell you extra stuff, they only ask for your name, phone number, and make/model. This is the only tire place I'll be coming back to!

I was very frustrated at the place I normally go to, to have my tires rotated because they couldn't get me in, so I decided to try Tire tracks. They literally had me out of there in 15 minutes. Finally, someone who comprehends that it doesn't take that long to rotate 4 tires. Thanks so much guys.

Was not happy at all with the services we received. I got 2 tires for my explorer. 10 mins after getting the tires installed I had a flat. Called the store and told them that my wife would be coming back up there to get it fixed. They were super rude to my wife and made her want to leave. We asked them about the tire and why it went flat. They said oh sorry the tire had a hole in it. I told them before I got the tires to let me look at them. I had the choice between 3 tires. I took the 2 best that had not had a flat done to the tires. I will not be back and will not speak about this store in a nice way when asked about it. My wife was treated awful after having to leave work because the tires they put on had a whole in it. If she would of had our 4 kids in the car and something would of happened I would be contacting a lawyer. That is not the way you treat a woman. Very disappointing

The guys were really friendly and helpful. I came in for two tires, but they pointed out issues in other tires that I wasn't aware of. They got me 4 tires for a great deal. Definitely appreciate the help.

My tires were put on in less than an hour, even though they were busy when I got there. They were nice and polite. Did a great job. They were cheaper than discount tire and tire plaza. We have used them for years

Fast service and trustworthy techs. I had a leak in 2 tires...Ford Dealership said they couldn't find the leak in 1 even though I was losing 10-15 psi a week. Then I had a bolt in my back tire so I took my truck to Firestone (because it's closest to me house) to have both tires patched. Firestone said neither tire was patchable and I had to buy 2 new tires. Tire Tracks patched up both tires in 15min and I was out $50. You just got a new lifelong customer.

Not a professional place! I got a wheel alignment and I got back on the road and my truck still drove itself to the right. I called back and they asked for another appintment after I gave it 3 months. I never am coming back. Firestone is the way to go. They have better equipment and workers. My truck feels alot safer after Firestone. Firestone also gave me a free alignment in 6 months.

I stoped by just to see if the had any decent used tires (4) for a truck I m selling. They had the new ones on in no time at all. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. And was Abel to grab a sandwich and get back to work on time. They were focused , prideful and professional. The young man who worked on my ticket carried himself like he loved his job.

I was visiting my daughter and grandkids and had just got to Rogers when my tire went flat. This happened right before I got to Tire Tracks. I pulled in and they got me right in and fixed my flat and I was on my way again. Very nice and professional.

I previously used a tire store for many years. Bought 10+ brand new sets of tires from them. They slowly become complacent and not caring at all about their customers or service rendered. I would come in to have my new tire patch ( with the road hazard I purchased, at 730 am) it would take them 2 hours to patch the tire. I would buy a set of new tires and come in, literally being their first customer and it was take 4 hours for them to put on 4 new tires. It was ridiculous.With that being said, I was recommended this place from someone who used them. I needed two used tires ( 2 of which were pretty much brand new, good price) my two fronts still had just under 3/4 life. I asked them to switch front to back and put the others on front. It took them 20 mins to get everything said and done. Fantastic job. If I could suggest something they could improve on. Put my spare tire back where it was. They just threw it in the back of my van

I called and asked if I could get in for an alignment in the next hour or two.The reply was there shouldn't be a problem.I went and they serviced the car with little hesitation.Very happy with the service, the value, and the professionalism that was given.Easy to find.Easy access from road.Handicap accessible.Well lightedSafe environment.Clean Restrooms.Clean environment.Friendly service.Fast service.Attention to detail.
