Took my new car in to repair a scratch and dealt with both Luke and Josh. They both had great customer service And gave me options. My car looks amazing amd to top it off, they detailed inside and out. 10/10 recommend!

I came out to my car one morning and found deep scratches on my car. I took my car to Superior Collision to get it fixed. Kenneth and his team did a phenomenal job fixing the scratches I couldn't even tell it ever happened. They took care of me soo quickly too. after few months the bumper they replaced starting to detached from the car and now they can t fix it because they did it right since the first time, wonder how right if is falling apart and you can see the paint work on that picture

Great body shop and professional people there. Luke is a great guy and takes care of his customer with respect and on time getting cars done. I have had 3 cars done here and he s always on top of it and gets it done on time with delivery. Thanks again Luke.

Levi was super helpful with suggestions for repairing the damage to our car after some thoughtless person dented it on a parking lot. He gave me an estimate of the cost & time it would take to repair. The cost was less & time for repair was within 25 minutes of estimate.The staff was very friendly. The waiting room was clean. With all of the amenities- TV, plenty of free coffee & other drinks. They even have free M&M dispensers - the wait time went by fast.Glad I chose Superior Collision & suggest you do as well.

100% DO NOT recommend taking your car here. After more than two months of waiting, finally got confirmation to pick the car up. Once arrived, the workers were not able to locate the keys, and the car was mysteriously gone. After 30 minutes of waiting, and 20 phone calls later, they said they found the car but still needed to perform finishing touches on it, so they said it would be a few more hours. They ended up delivering the car, and upon receipt, I noticed their was a blatant error message popping up, that none of the mechanics or employees cared to fix, let alone mention.Very unprofessional business practices, and will be taking my car elsewhere in the future. Would never expect a decent body shop to lose a car, and the keys that go with it, then return the car with an error message on display.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Was totally satisfied with the experience. Luke was a pleasure to work with. He kindly scheduled my appointment on the day I was already in town for some other MB warranty work. Worst customer service, waited over 2 months for my car. Had to buy a battery after it was done because they let my car sit for so long that it went dead. Every time I got into contact with them, it was only due to my initiative. Even when the car was complete - I didn t hear from them and instead had to give them a call. I had 5 or 6 different estimated end dates and on the week it was officially supposed to be done - they broke a part that Monday and so I had to wait 3 more days to get it back. Only giving points because my car looks good - but the lack of service is NOT worth it and I tell EVERYONE I know not to go to Superior.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

These guy 100 percent take care of you! Not only did they fix my car and made it look brand spankin new, they also took off 100 bucks for me cause they kept my car in the shop for an extra day which is great because it made me feel like they were really trying to get it right and not just try to hurry up and get the job done. Excellent customer service! And calling just "Customer service is an understatement cause these good people treat you like an actual human being. well done my friends.. Well done,

As an older woman, we are easily dismissed in the auto service industry. Not so at Superior Collision! Luke was attentive, kind, and respectful. He called me to give updates, or include me in any decisions. I had never been in a wreck before, but Luke handled the whole thing with the insurance company, making the call to them and then helping me to know what to expect. When I got my Cadillac back, I was thrilled! It was like the whole thing had never happened. Thank you all so much for your help, your expertise, and excellent customer service.

Completely frustrated! They have had my Mercedes for almost 2 months working on what seemed like minimal repairs and I finally get it back and have had my car less than 2 hours and they forgot to put bolts on the plate under my car and it is now dragging, I am stranded on the side of the road and they will not get somebody out here with a wrecker to toe me back to complete the job right that I paid 9100$ for! They were recommended by Mercedes and I would expect superior service! This is unacceptable and a complete mess!

Took my Infiniti q70 car sat there over a week when I finally got the call that my vehicle was ready by Luke everything was good until I inspected the car, front bumper was loose, back bumper was supposed to be replaced and had damage still to it wasn t painted properly and when I went inside and showed Luke he acted like he couldn t do anything for me. I went to this body shop specifically because of the great reviews but was highly disappointed by the work done to my vehicle biggest mistake.

Extremely professional service here when getting a quote on some front end damage. Was in and out in no time and the quote was competitive for the repair. I would have no issue recommending this shop for someone to get work done.

Our Cadillac was at their property for bumper repair. The car should have been completed in a few days. But because they never get jobs done in time, our vehicle was parked outside on their property and was crushed by a tree. They lied to us saying they didn't have insurance to cover it but would pay our deductible. But when it came to paying, they left us hanging. I would think twice about doing business here.

Did an amazing job cant even tell a deer ran into me anymore! The only thing is the paint from the replaced bumper on the edge of the panel looks like its gonna peel off eventually can already see it coming off but you have to look at it to see it.

Will never return to this place to get anything done on any of my cars!! I recently had overspray get all over my car, I took my car here to get an estimate on getting the overspray off and replacing all of the plastic trim or even a new paint job to make the car look new. There was only one guy that i could find when i walked in the doors (i do not know his name) he asked what he could help me with so i told him what i was there for. He asked me to come back next week when my car was dry because it had been raining and he could get me an estimate. I wasted about 30-40min in traffic to get there and my car wasnt even wet so you could see the overspray perfectly. I asked again since my car wasn't wet if he could take a look real quick. He acted like he was upset that i made him get off of his phone and his chair to come take a look, then after he did he said he could only do time and materials for the price of the job. I told him i needed a written estimate because the paint company is going to write me a check for the job to get the overspray off and he just got an attitude and said "we dont do estimates for overspray jobs, time and materials is all i can do." And walked inside. If you dont do estimates on overspray jobs then why the hell would you tell me to come back next week for an estimate?!?! Very disrespectful and terrible customer service if you make them have to get up and actually work. Will be letting everyone i know to stay clear from this place and I will never be returning again. The paint company was willing to pay $2,000 for the damages and i had quiet a bit of money to just get a new paint job but i will be taking my business some place else for this job and all others to follow!

Tiny detailed i wish they would have noticed. The tow company pulled my car out by the rims and I had brought that up with collision repair, they said they would look and it and never did.

tried to force us to fix a totalled car or pay huge storage fee while we waited for State Farm to decide. SF said what they were doing was totally against their policies. Still angry at the way we were treated.
