I have used this place for multiple things. From glass replacement to body damage. They are always very friendly and professional. There work is high quality and I have been amaz3d at there work every time. They always leave your vehicle cleaner then you left it which gives a quality touch for me. They are usually busy so may take a little bit to get vehicle in based on what you are having done. But no more then any other place I know. I would highly recommend you give them a try.

Great job fixing my truck had branch fall out of tree and put a big dent in my roof and a dent In the side of my truck bed along with some hail damage . They made my truck look new again . Not only did they fix it up they also found a fuse that was draining my battery down overnight and fixed that problem while they had it . Thank you guys highly recommend them

My beautiful 4-Runner looks like it did the day I picked it up from the dealership! Absolutely phenomenal work and attention to detail!!! I wouldn t trust ANYBODY else with my baby!!!

Do not trust anyone else with your vehicle other than these guys. Cannot say enough good things about these group of guys they made sure my car was taken care of the right way and were very informative on the insurance process. Their work on my vehicle was incredible, thanks to Jeremy and Co.

They did an outstanding job with the replacement/repair to my front fender - the fit is great, paint match and blend is flawless, and the pinstriping looks fantastic. They were easy to get a hold of and very friendly and easy to work with.Would definitely recommend and will use again if I ever need any body work done.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These guys are so professional, flexible and patient. They were happy to work me in quickly and get me back on the road as soon as possible. I continued to ask questions about the process before, during and after the service to the point that I myself would have been annoyed. I have used this body shop for many years Fortunately not often. The job has always been very professional. Timely. My car is always pristine. They pamper my vehicle above and beyond most standards. I was not able to pick it up before closing today so they delivered it to my work. Customer satisfaction is a priority for them I believe! Two of my cars got substantial hail damage. I called Prairie Creek Auto Body, they gave me an estimate of their timeline and sure enough, Friday the weekend before the date, I got a call reminding me to bring the car in Monday. They said it would take 5 days to repair all the damage. Friday came with another phone call saying the car was ready. I was unable to get to Prairie Creek Auto Body before they were going to close, but they said come on in we will wait. When I picked up the car, I was surprised not only by the great repair job, but they also cleaned up the car. It looked great! I dropped off the second car and got the same fantastic treatment. This company is great at managing the process. They took all the pain out of getting my cars repaired. Thank you! I recommend Prairie Creek Auto Body, they earned my 5 star rating

Fantastic job!!! This is the 2nd time they have done work on my car and they just do a wonderful job! My Mazda looks like new, you would never guess that it had any work done! They have great communication and they go above and beyond every time!! We are so happy with the results!

This shop did a fantastic job on my car after a deer strike. They quoted me on a two week repair but had my car back to me one week later. I was also able to tell that they cleaned the inside of the car along with the engine bay. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and will treat your vehicle as if it were theirs. These folks do their jobs very well.

It s very hard these days to find businesses that go above and beyond. Prairie Creek Auto Body was very professional and handled all communication with the insurance company, while putting my interest above theirs. After picking up my vehicle, not only was the work well done, they also cleaned the inside and returned the vehicle to me nicer than it was going in. Very appreciative for the work they did and highly recommend using them for any car repairs/issues/damages.Services: Painting, Electrical

Wonderful professional staff, extremely helpful and courteous. They fixed my rear bumper and right rear fender and made my 2002 GMC Denali look brand new again. I was rear-ended recently and just got my car back today. It looks good as new, and much cleaner than it was when it was brought to the shop! They also kept me updated while it was in the shop and were very polite/professional. I ll definitely be taking my car here from now on.

LOVE. LOVE. LOVE. So I didn't get a call for about a week or so with any kind of details, which was the only bad thing I have to say about them. I was kind of hoping to hear how things were going and never heard a word. But other than that they were truly amazing. Super kind wonderful staff. Great at explaining and whatever I needed. Really happy I went here. Is busy, but worth it. I waited a while just to get in and I'm glad I did. Definitely recommend if you are able!!

They are amazing! Even cleaned my car to a sparkle! Dropped off my car Wednesday night and got it back the next day hours before closing! Windshield replacement done easy!

Was in a minor accident and from the moment I left it, car made an awful grinding noise when pressing the brakes and occasionally just while driving (not pressing brakes). While in to get estimate done, I let them know about it. Was told there was no way such a minor accident could cause anything and that it was "completely coincidental" that the noise started the very minute the accident occured. Asked them to check the brakes and was treated like an idiot and told it was fine and i wasn't in any danger and just need to get my brake pads replaced probably (which we just had done >1 year ago).Took to another shop who actually took the time to check it and found the problem and that it WAS related to the wreck , therefore covered by insurance.Oh and my brake pads were fine! My advice to this place is to actually check out problems instead of acting like the customer doesn't know what they're talking about.
