These guys always go above and beyond! I was able to walk in and get brake inspection while I waited with in the hour and they corrected my problem with no charge! They recommend tires since mine registered below the recommended levels and found me a great deal and with in the hour had me all set.These guys even gave me a ride home while I waited for the tires so I wouldn t be late to work. Quality, great value, fair business practice, and fast service with a can do attitude! These guys don t try to charge you needlessly and it will bring me back because they had chances to suggest tires before but my tires still had life. A total recommend and not just for tires!

So glad for their service, I hadn t realized my tires were bald and they were able to price a new set and had several affordable options. I had thought to get an alignment for my vehicle while getting it balanced but they checked it and said it didn t need the alignment rather than trying to charge me for an unnecessary service. Very friendly and we re able to get me in same day with very little wait time. Will definitely be returning for future services

I took my truck to get a alignment done with I have the lifetime and the guy told me they can t do it cuz all my ball joints where bad which that s a lie cuz I bought a new set of lower and upper cantrol arms and it came with everything new and he still has the balls to tell me the bolts where all loses and laughed in my face saying that my tools where probably weak and didn t work , and this is the way u guys want people to come back u guys ,now there s tire damage on both my front wheels just cuz ur employees rather be talking and on there phone then try and fix the problem ,never coming back

I have an older expedition that had the front end alignment damaged from a deer collision. The front tires had work the inside treads bare. I had also had a negative experience at another place for the last oi change and had been tried to up sell. At Plaza I was able to get the service needed, front tires, alignment, high mileage oil, and fluid service at a fair price and service complete in the same day. Scottie was a great service rep and there was no up sell. I highly recommend Plaza.

I came in to have my oil changed.Scotty waited on and was very responsive to any questions that I had. And Very polite he told me it would be about 45 minutes and he was right on time. Excellent serviceThe price was less than I usually payI will come back again.

Scottie and the staff were great to work with. I usually avoid tire and lube places because they try to oversell you on services. Here they were straight to the point and honest.

First time getting tires at Plaza Tire Service in Rogers. Was not disappointed. Friendly staff. Clean waiting area. Got tires put on in a good amount of time. I had called earlier in the week to make sure they had the tires I wanted and to let them know when I would be by. No issues what so ever.

Needed to change my headlights out and the auto parts stores wouldn t install. Didn t want to pay the dealership high prices so I took a chance on Plaza Tire. I m so glad I did! They had BOTH headlights replaced within the hour and was very reasonably priced. Do yourself a favor and check them out the next time you need some light mechanic work.

I had an issue with my bumper being ripped off my car after backing out of a stall rebar was sticking out of the parking lot stop. I drove here with my bumper hanging off and they fixed my vehicle with the utmost professionalism and customer service. I live an hour away and It was near closing and no one said a thing about that!! They just made it happen. I appreciate the quality service.

Really quick. good quality tires. They have a board that tells you your current tire tread, and a breakdown of all main mechanical conditions. Highly recommend. Also very friendly

Wow. This place is truly awesome. Got my car right in. Very nice service center. Very clean, and very accommodating. I would recommend this place above and beyond any tire service center in Arkansas. I honestly can't brag enough on them. Wow. They are the best.

Walked in with no appointment and was assisted immediately and kindly. I was given many options and received great advice from Danny when deciding on new tires. Definitely recommend if you re looking for an easy experience!

Good experience competitive prices and friendly service. The only issue I have is unexplained charges upfront that are not realized until you pay the bill. Lost me as a future customer

My go to store for tire repair and rotation and balance maintenance needs. Truck gets started quickly and doesn't take too long. Explains cost well and I have solid expectation before beginning work. I recommend

Poor service. They put new tires on my car that I didn t need. They did this because they said my tires were the problem with my car. The tires were not the problem. I ended up with a new set of tires an expense I didn t have to endure yet. Craig the manager is a great manager. Its to bad he can t do everything if he could im sure it would be a top notch experience. Poor diagnostic skills is the problem here and at Firestone. I then took my car to Firestone they put 1300.00 parts on my car that still did not fix my problem. Im out around 2500.00 this month and still have my car problems.Im not supposed to be upset though. Im supposed to be okay with this. I dont think so BEWARE USE THESE TWO PLACES AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Was a walk in with no appointment, I was seen immediately for alignment, tire rotation and balance also found two online coupons I was able to stack to save some money. Will be doing all future business here.

I think I got a pretty fair shake. Wasn t expecting to spend what I did, but comparing the service I got to other tire shops, I think I came out better by going here. The men were very nice. I just can t sit that long any more.

Oil and filter change for our 17 Ford Escape. Good service and reasonable price. We had never been there and used 50% off coupon received in mail. Seemed very thorough ..will be back.

Honesty is key, and these guys nailed it! They found the issue quickly, and sent my daughter on her way. $0 charge. They could have taken advantage and turned it into a fee without her second guessing them, and without me ever knowing since I was on talking to them over the phone and not on site.We will be back

There is one Plaza Tire that I refuse to do business with because of the attitude of the management there, but this particular Plaza Tire is top notch! Excellent management which flows down to the other employees. Super clean store, fast and friendly service. I highly recommend.

My son took my truck for oil change. They gave me a detailed plus photos of what needs to be done/replaced when I have time n money. Did good changing oil n rotation of tires.One thing they need to do is to remove previous oil change stickers when replacing with new one.

They are kind and honest people. I almost went to a car dealer for an unrelated issue than what I came in for that I am having. Every Plaza Tire location has treated me well. I ll be back!
