There is a reason they are booked out a few months. These guys were suggested to me by a coworker after I got hit and ran. The shop was nothing but professional, accommodating, and they have done excellent work. They worked with my insurance. Benjamin and Jon were wonderful to speak to as I was being updated on the progress of my car.I will try to add photos later, but for now I'll show what they were able to fix and make it look like new now.

Absolutely the best body shop around The Legend Ben Moore and his staff are the best around. When you deal with them you feel good driving away knowing they are there to help. Such a great place! Always helpful service is great and professional. Someone hit my car on the side and after I got my car back from old town I couldn t tell at all that it had been hit!! It was great love this place! Don t love spending the money to fix but totally worth it to bring it here!

They saved my car after being rear-ended. After being told by insurance my car was totaled, Old Town repaired it for less than the insurance company said it would cost. Their total came back less than their original estimate. My car looks like new.

My husband and I brought in my Tahoe to have the quarter panel and rear bumper repaired, and was immediately very pleased with how helpful all of the staff was during the entire process. We received our estimate very quickly, and found that Old Town was very competitive in pricing, and very honest, not trying to sell us anything we didn't need. Ben maintained contact with us throughout the whole process, and I had my car back very quickly. They provide the option to drop overnight, which made my life easier, and their facility is very clean and secure. My car looks absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend!

I guess the headlight that was supposed to be put on my car in November still hasn t came. Wasn t that part included in my insurance claim? So I have one headlight that s normal and one headlight that doesn t even fit correctly. You can tell they are two different lights. You were supposed to put the correct headlight back on my car You know the part that the insurance company paid for that isn t on my car. Maybe it s still on back order since July? Either way thanks for making my car look goofy and the work isn t even good. Cheap and flimsy. There s still a piece of metal sticking up from where my car was hit (it s right by my headlight) that you didn t even fix. I didn t pick this shop. I never would have but I guess when insurance companies force you to use a company this is what you get.Highly appreciate it, guys. I ll contact Hanover about that part because if you aren t going to put it on my car then you overcharged the insurance company for a part that I never got.Service: Body & Trim

It s never a good moment when you find yourself needing an auto body shop. But, Ben and his crew at Old Town Auto Body make that less than fortunate moment easy and stress free. We stopped by without an appointment and quickly got an estimate emailed to us within a few hours. They dealt directly with our insurance company taking care of everything and scheduling our vehicle to get repaired quickly. During the time they had our vehicle we were updated with the process and timeline and the final results were top notch. It s as if the truck that slid down the hill never slid. Perfection! I took my Honda in for a bumper repair as the right front had been squashed when it met a big rock! Chaston gave me a quick estimate and when I picked it up I couldn't even tell there had been a massive dent in it.Cost charged was the exact estimate, no surprises. So impressed with the quality of their workmanship, and professional yet super friendly manner. HIGHLY recommend this business!

I bought a vehicle that was new to me and it has some scratch damage from the previous owner. I stopped by Old Town Auto Sales (Auto body) and asked what could be done. After explaining my options, they made me an appointment to bring it in. The next day, they fixed the damage to the point where I could no longer see it at all. They were quick, excellent with their customer service, and extremely fair with their pricing. I would not hesitate to recommend the professionals at this shop and will definitely return to them in the future if I need work done. They went well above and beyond my expectations. Thank you!

There s good body shops, there s great body shops, then there s the best Old Town is by far the best. Their quality is impeccable. They stay on schedule as promised, and their customer service is 2nd to none.Don t waste your time anywhere else and go to Old Town!!

Ben and his crew are amazing at what they do. Just finished my 2018 F-150 that was smoked by a deer which caused extensive front end damage and now it looks better then new. Very courteous, professional and just all around helpful through the entire process. I recommend them to everybody looking for body/paint repair!

Old Town (Ben) was great to work with. My car was damaged while be transported and the roof had extensive damage. Ben and his staff made the process extremely easy. My car looks great. They even touched up a few scratches without any additional cost. Pick up/drop of was easy. I would use them again if I ever need body repair for any of my autos. Thank you!

Professional and unbeatable customer service. Ben and his crew took the worry and hassle of collision repair right out of my hands. The estimate process with Old Town was tailored to my convenience. They scheduled my truck in and started repairs immediately. Even after they encountered an unforeseen issue during the repair work, which required a supplemental estimate, my vehicle was completed on time. Everything is back to normal now. Thank you Old Town!

Went to see Ben at Old Town Auto Body for some body and paint work. This was after stopping at Daves Auto Body who seemed to be not interested in smaller jobs. Ben took the time to accommodate my needs and gave me a fair estimate on my project. A hard working guy that appreciates all of his customers.

If you live in NWA and have an accident go see Ben and his guys. They are the best in the area. I got my wife's truck fixed and was expecting to be without it for quite awhile but not at Old Town. It was in and out. I wouldn't take my stuff anywhere else

I've found that most car guys over charge young women do to their na�vet�, but this place was honest, helpful, and didn't try to make money off of me! Got me fixed up in no time, very happy with the service :-)

I went to get work done on my rear bumper from an accident I had, they told me it was going to be 3 to 4 days it was actually 11 days they charged the paying insurance company for things that didn't even need to get done worst of all that my bumper still look slanted from one side and they couldn't fix it, and said that's the best they can do, and apologized and that they really appreciate my business.
