Their parts specialists have wasted many trips for me and my money. Never get correct parts and spend days with our vehicles down waiting for them to correct or try to correct their mistakes all for them to just get it wrong again. The female woman who works inventory and stocking is the only person knowledgeable and worthy to work there.

best parts store around great parts guys etup know what you need or they can find what your looking for with a short turn around. Always had military discounts and willing to help you find what you need to get the job done.

Came in for windshield wipers, on a cold and rainy night . Scott took my initial call to confirm they had the wipers, then was there ready to put them on after I purchased them. Thank you so much Scott for the EXCELLENT customer service and going the extra mile!!

Always very helpful staff, but did not carry what I was looking for. Even though the website said it was in stock at that store. Needed Valvoline 80-90 gear oil, wasn't a tough request.

Best Orielly s in the area! The customer service is always superb at this location. I always get treated well at this particular Orielly s and they always go above and beyond! This time, I came in late needing a battery and the manager (Brett I believe was his name) really helped me out in more ways than one. I ve always had a pleasant experience at this location. Top notch! This location needs recognition!

These guys are always great!! My favorites for sure. Great advise and tips. Even gave me some good referrals for honest reasonable mechanics. When your a single woman, that's important y'all!!

This place was awesome! I went in needing something for my car, I grabbed the only thing I saw that I thought might work. The guy behind the counter was wonderful and found me a product that would work that costed a lot less. I also found some awesome new floor mats that sell for more than I paid. I will say they do not have anything with the Subaru logo, but still great experience. Highly recommend.

Always helpful and friendly. They usually have the part I am looking for but, if not, it they will have it for me within a day. Prices are competitive. Weekly sales and loyalty certs perks are best in the business. Will also change wipers, check batteries and run minor diagnostics for you in their parking lot.

My battery died right as the season changed, they tested my battery for free (part of their policy) and know my family well. Got a new battery and traded in the old one. They're very kind and helpful if you want to see what they're doing and how it's done on your vehicle.

Have gone to this location numerous times. This most recent time was just for a battery, had the dead one in hand and they went looking for it's match. I was glad to get the battery here because I cannot find that exact one at Walmart or Autozone, but they were super slow finding it in the back and that was NOT the first time I've experienced sloth like service... I'll return to O'Reilly bc the price is usually right... but they need to work a bit swifter

Want to give a big shout-out to Shane and Cesar at this location. Was there on Jan 18th with break light issue on my car and these guys went above and beyond to try to figure out the problem. They didn't mind standing out there in the cold checking every fuse in the car to make sure that wasn't the issue. Greatly appreciated the help and hope they get recognized for their outstanding professionalism and customer service.

Staff isn't very friendly. Prices are ok. Definitely the last place I look if advanced auto parts or AutoZone don't have the parts I need. I would shop there more often if it wasn't for the staff honestly. They act as if they were having to do favors for you when you ask for help. Usually the guy at the counter will point you to an isle and let you search for an hour before he comes out to help. I think 70% of the time I have bad experiences. There are a few people that are very helpful and friendly. The staff from the walnut location is usually more helpful. I drive 10 minutes out of my way to go to their store instead of the 8th st location.

I went in for tire sealant as my tire wasn't holding air. The tire is beyond repair but the staff was amazing. They put my spare on for me (in 28 degree weather) and helped me find a place to purchase a new tire. Fantastic customer service!

No one is waiting in line at this store. A sales person was at my side just after entering the store reads to help me out. He pointed me in the right direction from the get go. Thanks O'Reilly's for hiring the right people to really make my experience coming back for more!

Very affordable prices. Helpful and fast. Went in one night in a rush. Running low on oil. The guy not only helped me get the right oil but also put it I for me. He was very professional and fast.

I went in just to buy a new headlight for my car, but Junior not only helped me find it - he went outside in the freezing rain and installed it for me. Such great customer service. Thanks again!

Went in to look for paint. The men were very rude and acted as if put out by my boyfriend and I asking about a paint color. They were very short and refused to look up paint codes and helped the next man behind me as I was still speaking to the man, completely brushing me off. I noticed the two workers, both Hispanic men were only nice to Hispanic customers. Will never go back! They'll never get my business again!

Needed a cluster panel for a 2004 GMC Sierra. Received it 7 days later over the 4th of July . Took less than 5 minutes to install. Worked perfectly! Educated and informative staff ensured it was pre-programmed to match my VIN, Thanks guys! $200
