I got an estimate from another mechanic four over three thousand dollars. I took it in to Mike's and he told me that most of the work that the other shop.Quoted me for did not need to be done and I wound up with a $500 repair bill. I trust them completel.

Mike is extremely intelligent when it comes to diagnosis of a problem. I have officially made him the top mechanic in my book for my truck. 2006 Ford F350 with the 6.0. Mike is top notch.

Very friendly staff. They genuinely care about the customer. They charge fair rates and do everything they can to get your vehicle back to you as quickly as possible and under budget.

The best group of people to do business with. I couldn't recommend them enough. I had a front main seal leak on my Tacoma and drove over an hour to their shop. They knew I was from out of town and did their best to get me in and out on the same day. I was blown away. The best in Rogers and NWA. Was in NWA for a funeral and my truck started having issues, Mike's was recommended.I called and they worked me in the next day and corrected the issue.I would definitely consider Mike's Auto Works as your go to auto repair shop.

Great place to get your older model vehicle tuned up and running. Great communication and glad that I discovered Mike's Auto Works. My son lives in Manhattan KS and works at a camp in Rodgers. He was stranded at camp, which is about 35 minutes from civilization, with his vehicle not able to go a few feet without dying on him. My son had the vehicle towed to into town, not to Mike's, and was told the following day they could not work on it. My son and his friends were able to get the vehicle across the street to another shop and they said they couldn't work on a Volvo??????? I called Mike's and spoke with Codie who said they could work on it. My son once again was able to get it limped over to Mike's Shop. They diagnosed the problem, bad battery, and repaired it at a fair price.As a parent with a kid away from home, there is always that concern of being fleeced when something goes wrong and you are not there to help.We have our go to auto repair shop in Rogers (Mike's Auto Works) if he ever breaks down again. I highly recommend Mike's Auto Works. They were fair and professional through the entire process and put me at ease.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

I dropped my car off here to have it checked out due to a strange noise on the front left. Within two hours, they had figured out the problem, corrected it, and called me to come pick up my vehicle. They were professional, very helpful, and did not try to push any services or parts that I did not need. Great service! I will 100% go back for any auto work I need and recommend them to friends and family.

Trust!!! When I think of mechanics I remember the times I was taken advantage of! Same with lawyers. Mike breaks that stereotype. I absolutely trust Mike s opinion, his ability, his character. He is my mechanic. The amazing thing, he is also a leader...he has been building a team that share his values and competency.Mikes Auto Works has my Trust!!!

Had the hummer in there twice they have taken care of me beyond what I expected got it back in a timely manner couldn't be more happier with there work keep it up highly recommended to anyone needing good affordable work done!
