Quick friendly service. Didn't make an appointment but walked in for an oil change. The gentleman at the front told me they were booked up for the day but he could squeeze me in. Had my car in the bay within 15 min, and had my car back after about half an hour. Very reliable. Definitely recommend them.

I have had nothing but good experiences and service with this company, both the Springdale and Rogers stores. Kind, COURTEOUS, polite and respectful. I KNOW I can trust these people with my car and with fair pricing, and I can t think of too many other people where TRUST is as important as it is with your mechanic! GOOD PEOPLE HERE!

These guys are something like a phenomenon, an auto mechanic that doesn t try to sell you something. Very professional and trustworthy. Nick was amazing, had a genuine want to help me. No surprise charges, and even helped with some discounts. I ve found the mechanic I will be going back to.

The staff are so sweet & personable. My engine light came on & they got my car right in, ordered the part & fixed it quickly. They were up front & honest with me. I would definitely recommend this auto repair shop to anyone.

On my most recent visit, I had to visit HCS due to something puncturing my tire. Unfortunately I had to purchase a new tire due to the puncture being the sidewall but Zaine went above and beyond to find me a matching tire at the best price. I take all my vehicles to HCS for service and will continue to do so, I always receive the best customer service!

I wasn't impressed. Took my sons car there about an electrical problem. I'm not sure if it was diagnosed correctly, as the fuse box was not the problem. The diagnostic charge was cheaper than others, but having it diagnosed and the issue replaced and the electrical system is still not working properly as the battery is now not draining and the car starts right up each time. Well I think it was a waste of time and money.

Stopped in for an oil change. They did that, checked and topped off all fluids, and discovered that the engine air filter was clogged. I asked them to replace it, which they did.Overall friendly service, quick turnaround, and reasonable pricing. I recommend them for your service needs.

Zach and the boys did a smash bang job on my daughters Mazda. In and out in one day and the price was great. They performed the service for a quarter of the price other shops charge.I m not sure if everyone knows yet, but HSC in Rogers is a full service shop! All the other shops kept say they were oil and lube only, they were wrong again. Drop in and get it fixed! HSC!

I've had two vehicles repaired by HCS now and both times the solution to my vehicle's problem was the cheapest possible outcome. This shows the level of integrity of their technicians and leadership. "We don t see you as just another customer, we see you as a friend and a customer for life" is a quote on their website. I can say they've live up to this motto and they've certainly earned my future business.

I brought my van here this week and they were great! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Upfront about everything and didn t try to overcharge me. Highly recommend!

Would not recommend this place!!! $125 diagnosis fee. $270 to change sparks plugs when they cost $40 from O'Reilly's and only takes maximum of 30 minutes to change. $335 to change mass air flow sensor (only takes 5 minutes to change) can get new one on Amazon for $40. This place is just money hungry and wants to rob you.

Shop did not correctly flush braking system. Braking system was replaced 2 years ago and am doing a flush right before driving cross country.Fluid was still brown and dirty and smelt burnt after the flush . Shop insists they did it correctly despite me getting several second and third opinions from other shops Who confirmed otherwise.For the uninitiated, brake fluid should be nearly clear with a tint of yellow.As a plus side the installed my tires correctly and we re communicative, so I hope your experience isn t tainted like mine was. All I can say is be weary and do your research.Despite whatever happened they did say they sent a check in the mail for a refund for the brake flush, so professionalism was shown on that front.-bsServices: Tires, Auto brake repair, Vehicle safety inspection

Great mechanic shop. They have awesome deals for oil changes every so often and have integrity. Of course they try to upsell, but they haven t tried to tell me something needed fixed that didn t. Very nice staff aswell upfront about prices before anything is done.Clean wait room with entertainment (magazines and a t.v) and a play table for kids.Prices were reasonable compared to other companies in Rogers.Definitely recommend

Transparent, fast, and nice people. The process was very transparent with price and needed repairs, from the initial phone call to schedule a diagnostic to the actual diagnostic and repairs. My AC was out and it was inspected on a Thursday, and my car was ready for pick up with a working AC and fresh oil change Friday afternoon. I appreciated the text alerts for the inspections and pricing so you know what you re getting into.Staff was respectful and nice! Just wish I knew about this place sooner!

Staff was really friendly and patient when I had the wrong tire size for my vehicle, they provided all costs upfront and even recommended tires they would personally use; I will be coming back!
