Gerber Collision fixed my truck and I am beyond happy with my experience with them. The workmanship was Superior and it was done in a timely manner one week to the day I had my truck back. I definitely recommend this place.

Excellent work, excellent communication, extra touchups. Overall very good work. Look at the new car. That s exactly what mine looks like. Too cold to get out and take a photo.

Took advantage of the fact that it was an insurance claim. They overwrite the quote so that the insurance will just trash your car. Such a throw away world! The car was not trash and we walked away from Gerber fast. Mind you, when I made AN APPOINTMENT to see a manager, he wasn't there when I came in and wouldn't be back for an hour, had JUST left for lunch at 3pm! Wasted my time and I do not appreciate setting an appointment for a manager to be ignorant and rude. I would never ever ever recommend you just based on that fact. The 3 other times I called asking for a manager, they would never put one on the phone. They would stumble and try to answer the question, but never would allow you to talk to a manager. That's suspicious at best!

Fixed the car very well, except for the fact that they left a clipboard full of paper in our engine that set on fire and had smoke coming into our car. Won t use them again, as that could ve burned our car down. I was dissapointed when I got my vehicle back. I have unfortunatley had my vehicle put in the shop a couple of times. The first time, Gerber was great, kept me updated, and my car was clean when I got it back. I had been recommending others and sharing how great they took care of my car last time, this was the main reason why I chose this company again. THIS time however , my car was worse when it was brought in, someone had wrecked into me while I was on my way home with lunch so it caused a disaster of food and drink mess , my car had to be towed but Gerber and my Insurance company both assured me my car would be cleaned before giving it back to me, even kept my car an additional day for said detailing. Ive had my car back for a little over a week and im still cleaning up WHOLE food peices and sticky messes from drinks, MOLD grew in my backseat from the drink spillage and no one cleaning it, there were still smudges of where the food hit the windshield and all. If i would have known that my car would be left like that I would have had arrangements for a detail while it was in line to be put in the shop (apx 2 weeks before they could even estimate then had to wait for parts and repair) my car was in for almost 2 months with very little updates . I only gave 3 stars because all repairs were completed and I havent had any issues with that side of things. - Management has reached out and rectified this issue. This place is amazing and the staff is wonderful to deal with! They are very nice, quick, and professional. We had two vehicles to have hail damage repaired and they had them completed in no time at all. They even went the extra mile and detailed the interior of both vehicles. It's like having new vehicles again! Will definitely be using them again if the need arises and will be referring everyone to them in the future.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff that handle your repair. Kelsey, Karen, Dylan, and Zach treat you like a valued customer would want to be treated through the estimate write up, follow up calls, and delivery of the vehicle. Their quality of work is unmatched from the repair, premier paint shop, and finally precision detail job before you pick up, you can take your vehicle knowing it is as better than the day you bought it. Definitely would recommend this location!

First experience here at Northwest Arkansas Collision Center as well as having a claim and getting my car fixed ever. Overall great experience. Very friendly and assertive. Plus the work was finished very quickly on my car. I think they even vacuumed and washed my car, it looked really clean when I got it back. Hopefully I won't need to use this service again but if I do I will definitely come back here!

The service and care from the entire staff here was fantastic! I had deer-related incident that required a few days of repair and I was kept updated along the way. My car was even freshly detailed and smelled great when I got it back.I had State Farm insurance at the time, and NWA Collision Center was in their network to make things even easier. Would highly recommend, especially if you have the option directly through your insurance!

I absolutely love the service that I receive on the phone and in person. Always pleasant to speak with, very willing to work with and communicate with me. There was something wrong with the insurance check but they helped make phone calls so we could get the issue resolved right away and it was first thing the next day.Great work done on my vehicle and I will always recommend them to anyone who needs any work done. They give you a detailed list of everything they thought they would need to do and a list of everything they did. Complete transparency throughout the entire process.

I wish I could give more then 5 stars!!! They were more yen friendly and exceptional service. My car was cleaned inside and out and not only did they handle my claim with care but they also helped me move my car seat (which is no easy task with a toddler). I cannot say enough great things about this place. I will definitely be sending more customers this way if needed for any accident or repair needs!!! Thank you NWA Collision for the amazing service you provided.

This place is great! The people are friendly and they give Fast service. The waiting room is clean and tidy. They got me in right away and took care of my vehicle. They did a great job working with my insurance and explaining my options. I believe the lady at the front counter was named Karen such a sweet girl. I think this is a family owned and run business and they do a great job. I would recommend this place to any of my friends or family. Thank you all for such great service.

I had a great experience with them, I went in to get my car fixed after an accident and they kept me updated through text and had my car finished in a timely manner. They were very professional and explained what they did so if you have State Farm I would recommend to go directly through them for a fast and easy repair. They also did a light cleaning to my car and it was smelled great the day I picked it up!

I guess the goal is to not have to visit a collision repair center, but life happens. And I can't say enough great things about the exceptional service and friendliness I received here. The staff was professional and courteous, the communication was excellent, and my car looks beyond amazing! Thank you so much NWA Collision! You're the best! Highly recommend!

A big thank you to NWA Collision for taking care of my truck repairs. The truck was repaired on time as promised. They brought someone in to take care of a couple chips in my windshield for my convenience, took care of working with my insurance, and detailed the truck.This was my second visit and you can expect high quality repairs, clear communication, and no hassle.Highly recommend.

I was a little confused about how the process would work since insurance was covering my repairs. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the process. They had arranged a rental which was there for me when I dropped off my car. I was also able to leave the rental there with them when I picked up. Car was fully repaired in a timely fashion and clean when I picked it up! Very happy with the service!

Absolutely THE BEST customer service and repair work. Unfortunately I ve had several vehicles with body damage that needed repairs over the last 5 years. NWA collision center has offered excellent work every time. However, this last job they went above and beyond. Helping with insurance, rental car and accommodating my work schedule. I highly recommend both Farmington and Rogers location for any work needing done.

I am still speechless because of how amazing my service was here. I will never go to any other body shop if my vehicle gets damaged again. I treat my car like my baby, and so did NWA Collision haha! From the receptionist, to the techs, to the estimator, just everything, my entire experience was amazing. I just want to stop and thank this entire Collision Center because even those who only helped me for a little bit, STILL gave me the best customer service. Also i am a super busy person, i have two jobs and i go to school so i am all about time and i am always on the go, and the fact that even AFTER the work was done on my vehicle, i saw an issue with my car still, i went back and they were able to finish the job during my lunch! Literally in just a few minutes, i never had to wait! It was great! & the whole team is just amazing ! If you're looking at reviews to find out where to go, don't go anywhere else but here. If you want to be treated with great service and want to have your car well taken care of/looking good. This is the place to go. They even left me a sweet card and cleaned my vehicle for me after fixing it, and if you are always on the go like me, you KNOW your car is scary inside haha! One last thank you to the team at this location, i really do appreciate how much you guys went above and beyond for me and i noticed every small detail you guys did for me to make my service better. Hard to find places like that. Thank you from me and my car both haha!

Took my car in for an estimate and they did it on the spot. Set an appointment for repairs and offered a shuttle to take me back home. Completed in a timely manner, excellent communication and excellent work. Very thorough they made it a pleasing experience. Thanks to all.

We had 2 vehicles that needed repair. The staff at Northwest Arkansas Collision Center was extremely knowledgable, helpful, thorough, and kind. Karen at the front desk excelled at keeping us updated on the status of our vehicles and removed me from being the middle man with our insurance company, which was welcomed from my end! I will definitely use Northwest Arkansas Collision Center again and will gladly recommend them to anyone.

This body shop is one of the best I've been to. Disclaimer: I m not sure how to navigate to the Farmington location, so I want to clarify I went to that one, so I can t say anything either way about the Rogers location.The customer service is outstanding. Everyone there was familiar with my situation, the quotes, etc.- I didn't have to explain what was happening to 5 different people; their internal communication is obviously top notch. I was debating about whether to get a new bumper (I got hit), or just do cosmetic work. They happily gave me quotes for both. In the end, my budget dictated getting the cosmetic work done at a VERY reasonable price. I was very pleased with the outcome- my car looks new, like the accident didn't happen. They only took 3 hours to do the work by the time I finally brought it in, and the cost was lower than the original quote because they discovered they didn't need one of the pieces they'd originally included in the estimate. The staff is so friendly, personable, and just down to earth. I never felt like they were trying to get extra money from me, or "upsell" me in any way. I highly recommend NWA Collision!

I took my car there to get repaired after a hit and run. The service and is great and they will keep you updated on your vehicle and any new chances that can arise. The only thing is i had to wait a l�l longer than expected due to extended damage but overall I am Satisfied and the staff is very friendly.

This was the worst experience. After Almost two month of having My vehicle. I had to nag to get them to even begin work. Another two weeks and I finally was able to go to work and have a vehicle. Not only was it incredibly long. My truck is now messed up where they were suppose to have fixed it and I have to loose money waiting around for it to get fixed again! Thanks Arkansas Collision. You will never hear a good word out of my mouth again about them.

I had some repair work done over the Christmas holidays, so my car was unavailable to me longer than expected. An employee came in on a Saturday (when they aren't usually open) to be sure I could get my car prior to the long New Year's Day weekend. Very impressed with this place not only in their service, but their work and professionalism.

Someone came around a corner, through our yard, into the driveway and slammed my husband's truck into my SUV. It was devastating to lose both vehicles at the same time. This happened on a Sunday. The following Monday, I was able to bring both vehicles to Northwest Arkansas Collision Center and picked up both the rental cars from there. My husband's truck was totaled and my SUV had a lot of damage. I was impressed at how painless the process was using them. They even had my vehicle ready 6 days before it was scheduled and it looks great. Thank you so much Northwest Arkansas Collision Center! I'm not sure we would have gotten through it without you!
