We took 2 of our vehicles here back in December. They charged us for rotating the tires and an alignment when we actually bought Firestone brand tires from Hibdon Tires just a few months previously along with a lifetime alignment. Firestone bought Hibdon's and is supposed to honor our purchases. I know this for a fact because my son works for Firestone in OK. He was able to help them (and me) understand the policy, and I was able to get a full refund. A 23-year-old shouldn't have to tell a manager in another state how to do his job. It just felt shady.I've sat on this for a few weeks now and wasn't going to say anything, but yesterday OUR TIRE POPPED OFF!!!! No one else has touched it since these guys back in December. The lug nuts and studs were completely gone! Thankfully I was able to keep control of the van and slowed safely to a stop, but my 82yo mother had to wait in her wheelchair on the side of the highway for a couple of hours, and now she has lost her transportation!!! I have no way to prove that no one else has touched the tires, but this Firestone in Rogers was the last place we took it for any kind of service. Very bad and shady business!

I don't even want to give 1 star but they will not let me post unless I do, so there, you weaseled 1 star out of an extremely unhappy customer, when YOU DO NOT deserve any. There are no stars to offer because your staff at this location are incompetent!!! We've used to use Firestone for many years. We recently turned our vehicle in for an issue with the AC in the car, which after taking it to another garage for diagnosis (which apparently is far more thorough than Firestones) and all we had was a short in a plug. YOUR people just scared us and about forced us to go the FORD car lot telling us that the issue was within the ac system and that only they could not detect the problem.... Your people are extremely lazy and not as thorough as one would have hoped. I think some cleaning house needs to happen or training for your incompetent and lazy staff who just apparently don't want to do their jobs but get paid anyways... We will not be going back and we will not be recommending your services to anyone we know ever.

The most disturbing experience I have ever had. They put parts on my car that were not needed to fix the problem I took the car in for. A few weeks prior Plaza Tires had put new tires on my car that I didn't need. I came to Firestone because Plaza failed me by having poor diagnostic skills. Then Firestone basically did the same thing putting parts ( that I've found out they charged more then double the going rate) on my car that did not fix the problem. I also have a new scraping sound I didn t have before. When I became angry for being ripped off they hung up on me. I went down there they threatened to call the police to get me out of their shop. In the end I have every right to be angry they stole from me. They are not victims for me being angry. Im the victim here. Im going to take them to court to get my money back. BEWARE DO NOT USE PLAZA OR FIRESTONE!

Came in to get my car serviced and the manager asked who had the maid car. My car was new and it was its first service so I was concerned what what wrong with my car. He started talking about floors and keeping them clean, I had to stop him and ask if there was anything wrong with my new car, he said no everything is great and went back to talking about the floors and customer service area. He hired me to clean for them biweekly. They have been taking care of me every since, and I have been keeping the store clean. Great bunch of people, never try to get me to purchase things I don't need and always make sure I'm taken care of.

Nissan and the Firestone I normally use were unable to help me. This store got me in .. had a matching tire and changed it in less than an hour! Thank you guys!!!

Had a nail in our tire and needed a quick repair since we were heading out of town. Firestone got us in immediately and repaired the tire quickly. Thanks Firestone, you saved the day.

Thank you for fixing my car. I appreciate what you did for my 2017 Dodge Charger R/T that Midas screwed up. You got the block heater out, and you got the ESIM Chip to make the Check Engine Light go off. Thank you!!!

I urge everyone reading this comment to stay away from this place! These people will SCAM you out of thousands of dollars!!! One manager Joseph calls and says one thing, while the other manager Robert calls hours later with additional problems. Tried to scam me on over 2000.00 dollars. I had also requested a tire rotation and I was told that my tires were rotated, when it was clearly evident that they weren t. These people are NOT trustworthy of anyone s business. If I can rate less than 1 star I definitely would.Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

Amazing service the only thing I didn't care for was they should mention the app and that there are coupons available. I had to ask about the coupon for an oil change.

This is simply a customer service review. I did not use them after a free inspection. Although the gentlemen I spoke with when I first called for an appointment was nice I was overall displeased with the service here. I wasn t greeted when I came in to drop off my car or when I came and picked it up after an inspection. When I called midday to see when it would be ready I just was told no we don t know when in a rude tone and silence. That s it. There wasn t any notation apparently put on my appointment request so I had to explain all over again when I first arrived what I needed. When I came back to pick up my car 3 guys were on the phone inside and nobody cared to put anyone on hold or just say I ll be with you in a moment. Lastly, after all that I got my car checked out by another shop and turns out my car didn t need everything this place told me so I would have paid more if I didn t check elsewhere which makes me feel they take advantage of people. Please fix your customer service. I won t be coming back.

Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. Scheduled an appointment for 10 am and it took 2 hours to do an oil change. And then they put the price at $118, absolutely ridiculous. They told me they would give me the quote for the amount so I just waited then they didn't tell me the price until they were done. Everyone is cheaper than here.Service: Oil change

Sent my daughter here today to have brakes done. She chose this location because she had purchased tires there previously. If you value honesty, integrity and trustworthiness, you will want to avoid this particular Firestone. She got a quote for over $1,000 for front brake pads a little high I thought, so I asked them why it was so high and was told it needed calipers, new brake lines, rotors etc they also recommended wiper blades (which had been replaced last month). I informed her, that I would be asking for a second opinion. When my daughter returned to pick up the truck, the young lady was extremely rude to her. Ok maybe I d offended her. We ended up taking her truck that day to Pro Tire in Springdale my daughter told them what Firestone told her and left them to it. We got a call on 30 minutes telling us that the truck did not need calipers or brake lines and that whoever told us that flat out lied. Pro Tire charged us $400 for the job.. $600 less than Firestone. It is so unfortunate that they tried to take advantage of a single girl. That $600 they were trying to get cost them a lifetime customer.

Wife went to try and get her oil changed at this location and an associate tried to tell her she needed new tires. Tires were just replaced 6 months ago and have plenty of tred left. Nice try firestone, very bad business practices.

RUN away & Save your $$$. I do not recommend this shop at all. They are money hungry & provide false narratives for profit gain. My vehicle was towed to this location for a diagnosis (engine light was on). The shop has my vehicle for a full day & a half prior to calling me & saying the issue was due to a coolant leak. I gave the Okay to fix that issue & 4 hours later I receive a call saying the issue is BIGGER than what was previously communicated (still tied to the engine). Why that wasn t properly diagnosed before their first call to me is where my issue lies. Be THROUGH for your paying customers. It s a big cash grab & now I m spending additional funds to find out the true issue with my vehicle. DO BETTERService: Auto engine diagnostic

A life saver. They went beyond the call of duty. This Rogers Firestone store replaced my tire right when I walked in the store. It took them 18 minutes to get me done. Fayetteville Firestone wouldn t even attempt to replace the tire & said, it would be a week to put a tire on the rim. Unbelievable!

After charging me the highest price for a simple oil change against my knowledge. Quoted me a ridiculous price for auto work, i decided to take it somewhere else. Firestone did NOT tighten my oil cap back up after changing my oil. It was leaking everywhere and I m sure would have destroyed my vehicle if i hadn t paid someone to check over their work!!!!Service: Oil change

I loved Firestone until they charged me over $90 for an oil change today. I've never paid nearly that much before, and they said 'it's always been that price'The last time I was at the Firestone in Springdale, they told me 2 of my tires had nail punctures and needed replacement since it was in the side wall and could not be patched. I did not do it.Today at Rogers, they told me all 4 needed replacement due to thread being low. I am also not doing it, but only because I'm petty and they didnt find those same 'nails' that should still be there from the last time.

Very rude. I came in for an oil change and see if I can get the spark plugs changed, I was talking to the person behind the desk, and some mechanic came into the conversation and said no to changing spark plugs and that the oil change will take until the end of the day. Very condescending man. Couldn t even bother to look me in the eyes when he was talking like so.

I was very pleased with the walk in service I received. I picked up a screw in my tire picking my kids up from school and stopped in here immediately. Everyone was very helpful and prompt. They were able to patch the tire and rotate them without a wait. Their timing estimate was spot on and I knew all costs before they started work.Most importantly, each and every person we dealt with - inside the store and coming in from the shop - was very friendly and accommodating to my 5 and 3 year old. They had conversations, showed them things around the store, and always had smiles and laughs for them. Really made it easy and I appreciate it very much.

We have several vehicles and have purchased a lot of tires from Firestone, some at this location. I called and made an appointment to get a faulty tire sensor changed out only to be told when I got there it would be at least 2 hours before they could get it in. When making the appointment, I specifically said I would be waiting there but when I got there he said it was a drop off and I would be there a long time. Couldn t do that so I left. I looked across the street when pulling out and saw Discount Tire. Wheeled in there, they met me in the parking lot, got me right in, changed my sensor and had me back on the road in 30 min. Plus got a quote for new tires on another vehicle.

Pretty disappointed in my last visit.Went to get an alignment (have a lifetime alignment) and they wouldn't do it because they said "something is seriously wrong in the front end" so they couldn't do it. They advised me to find a different shop that could figure it out. They couldn't even tell me what was wrong because they couldn't figure it out? Why are you working in a mechanic shop if you can't diagnose and fix a vehicle.

Scheduled appointment a week ago and dropped my car just for wheel alinement, waited in-store for 3 hours. Not sure the point of appointments and front desk was too rude on answering.
