My truck felt a lot safer after I got an alignment here. They also found out my tires were 10 years old which was impressive. I had to walk in the shop to get there attention at the front desk which I didn't wanna do but oh well. I also got a free alignment in another 6 month from here. Professional employees and equipment.

We were traveling through Arkansas from Missouri back home to Oklahoma. We notice we were having a flat, we went to this place for help. We were refused help. Reason being they said they had a few oil changes and didn't have time. So we had no choice to take the flat tire off and try to make it home on a donut. What made me mad was while we were in their parking lot taking the flat tire off they took in 3 more vehicles! Now we change our own oil and we know how long it takes so I think they had plenty of time to fix our tire. Thanks for nothing Firestone in Roger's Ark. You have to I guess give 1 star but if it was up to me they would get O!

We were traveling through town on a Sunday when our car started acting up and shaking. They fit us in despite a fully booked schedule and only having one tech available on a Sunday Afternoon. They fully checked the entire vehicle, listened to our concerns and fixed our car. (We suspected it to be a sparkplug issue and which was confirmed by the tech). We were able to have the car fixed before close. Very thankful and happy for the service and courtesy we received.

We scheduled an appt for noon for a 1 hour inspection and it wasn't done until 4:15! They could have told us they had an employee out so it would take longer when we showed up to drop the car off but did not bother.

Booked a 7:30am appointment through the Firestone website. Greeted with an empty building and when someone did get there they just said we open at 8. They don t honor the hours and appointments available through their own company s website. You re better off finding another shop.

I had taken my car to the Hyundai dealership on three seperate occassions because of a noise underneath the front end of my vehicle. All three times they told me they couldnt find the issue and that my car was good to drive. The mechanics, even though they were shortstaffed) at Firestone found the issues and fixed my vehicle. The Manager (Jason) and the lady (I didnt get her name) at the front counter were very helpful in resolving my issues. Thank you.

They Suck.Recommend going somewhere else. If they intercept this I'll post it on Facebook. I copied it.Addadem. I worked as a team Member at a Firestone station in California. I found O.E.M. parts for 1/5 prices I was quoted. A 70% mark up for parts alone!!

Absolute worst! Had my oil changed and air filter replaced. My car broke down so put it in the shop. They did an inspection and found my air filter was incorrectly installed and smashed. (Not why my car broke down) then when I called Firestone the guy told me there was nothing they could do about it, because I voided the warranty since someone else opened it.

I never leave reviews but my boyfriend scheduled a routine oil change and tire rotation appointment with this location at 7AM. That appointment WAS confirmed. We waited for 10 minutes or so before I called a Firestone appointment specialist. She contacted a sister store and said they are operating under reduced hours and don t open until 8AM. A man arrived around 7:45 and was so unbelievably rude. I think his name was Derek. He asked why we were standing outside. My boyfriend dropped his keys in the early bird lock box and accidentally locked something he needed in his vehicle. We waited nearly an hour so he could get his keys back. The man then argued with us about operating hours and tried to belittle us. Between the two of us we have five degrees, two of which are STEM so I didn t appreciate his condescending attitude. They won t change the hours on the website, we ve never been open at 7. I have four technicians, we don t even offer full services. What did you have scheduled? Any reasonable person could see that the store opens at 7AM and schedule an appointment. Took the keys and left.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! We had the pleasure of meeting and working with Damon and Talon today, both are incredibly friendly, fair and most importantly, HONEST individuals. We are from out of state, had two vehicles, one truck that we thought needed brakes, and an SUV with a tire that had a nail. Received a free brake inspection on the truck and was told nothing was wrong with the brakes and matter of fact they had half their life left! What a pleasant surprise, saved us a lot of money! The tire with the nail wasn't so lucky, as the nail hole was in a location on the sidewall that couldn't be repaired, but I received a very fair price, and the tire was replaced and we were back on our way! Highly recommend this location, are very grateful to have found an honest repair shop like this! Highly recommend!**if my review was helpful to you, please give it a thank you!**

The lady on the phone was very kind and informative, customer service was very nice and she helped me understand my issue. The pricing is average and the appointment scheduling was easy. I will see how it is tomorrow.

First time visiting this Firestone store. I did find that everybody was extremely professional. I always get defensive when I'm in a spot and this was one of those. My son has an older car and he's been having a lot of difficulty

came in for my 9 am appointment, took 3 hours to get my wheels aligned. receptionist told me it would take 1 hour at most. just ridiculous will not be coming back to this location. horrible service and very disorganized. other people arriving two hours later than me had their stuff finished before my car was even placed on the tracks.

They fixed what Midas on Walton Blvd took $1,500.00 and 3 attempts in 3 hours. They saved an engine. Thank you very much Firestone.

Don't schedule anything with these jokers. They didn't do what was scheduled at the scheduled time and said they would do it the next morning. Next morning they said I scheduled something else and they had customers in front of me and didn't have time to do what I scheduled. Not only did they not do what was asked, they were rude about it and treated me like I didn't understand what I was asking. I've been working on cars for years and know exactly what I asked for and why. This location needs new management.

Need to change hours on website or with Google. Says they open at 7, so got up early to be there when they open, only to find the hours on the door say 8. Very frustrating.

Worse Firestone store, I set up an appointment for alignment and the person who did it, set this up for battery test, so the alignment is life time, so they are not making money,So basically he wants me to go 5 days later around 2 o'clock and can do that, NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

THIEVES LITERALLY! Left my Jeep here to get tires rotated while I ran other errands. They completely turned both my center console and glove box inside out. Obviously looking for anything to steal. They stole some cash I had in the center console. Will never return. Avoid at all cost!

*DO NOT COME BEFORE 8 AM**LISTED HOURS ARE WRONG*Worst experience I have ever had at a repair shop. Hours are wrong on website, online appointment manager, google, etc.Basically told by the manager that I myself was at fault for showing up for my 7 AM confirmed appointment when they don t open until 8. Unbelievably unprofessional manager and an awful way to run a business.Shame on the manager, STAY AWAY.

Brought in my car, Japan import but the exact same as the US version.Had the Toyota service manual download. Exactly the same spec!!!They refused alignment,These guys should be able to READ ...!! Trained monkey that can't think for themselves. AVOID ! Go somewhere else!!

Very good service. ASM, Kevin, was very communicative through entire process even after squeezing me in. The team here was great in getting my brakes pads replaced and oil changed with very reasonable prices. No complaints as better turnaround and quality than some local dealerships or shops.Also, someone mentioned in a review about not having A/C in their waiting area. Working when I was there without issues.

My wife just returned home from an oil change, and a "complimentary lifetime tire rotation" on the tires she purchased here. Even though a rotation does not involve changing the amount of air in the tire, she now has a "underinflated tire" dash light. While there she also got a full synthetic oil change with five quarts and filter. Good thing she had a coupon for $15 off, so it only cost $117 dollars! Well, that's all I have time to write since I need to get outside and check the tire pressure. I would not be surprised to find a new oil leak too.Service: Oil change

Came in with car issues, left with car issues and a lightweight wallet. Advisor was trying to upsell me everything short of a new car. Took my car down the road to a local place, Credence, and they did a phenomenal job.

First off who needs A/C in a waiting room when it's 100 degrees out? Clearly not these folks. Brought in a car with 3 specific complaints. Only 1 was addressed. A whole host of other problems were noted, all unrelated to stated complaints. No description of the actual failures were given. No estimate to do repairs. No time to discuss anything with the service advisor because there is only one and the phones were ringing off the hook. Luckily the service advisor, who looks like he needed the methadone clinic btw, mumbled enough about the car I was able to figure out the issue on my own.

This place has the rudest guys ever that work here. Me and my wife just moved to Rogers, and were extremely disappointed in the customer service this place offers. Id suggest they take a customer service course and learn how to not be so arrogant and rude.

Extremely unsatisfied with the level of professionalism at this establishment. They duped me because I am a female and like many in the car industries they feel they can take advantage of us females due to our gender and lack of knowledge on cars and car parts. My husband sent me to get an oil change and a few other things done on his car, he made the appointment online. When I arrive the man working the counter lists off the services I was getting, I agreed and acknowledged that s what my husband had signed up to do online. According to my husband in the past they ll let him know the amount of the services before they begin which they did not do with me, and it came out to be more than double the amount that he has gone and gotten in the past for the same services.Like many in today s world right now we are also facing the struggles of the inflation of the economy and it frustrates me and saddens me that they took more money out of my pocket than they normally would have had it been my husband that took the car to this firestoneI personally don t plan to come back and I ll be on the hunt for a car place is more honest and caring for their customers, I ll be looking for a company that actually prides themselves on serving, honesty, and helping versus making a dollar and taking advantage of individuals that don t know any better.
