Cycle Gear is great! The staff is friendly, consistent, and eager to help! I would love to see a better selection of ADV tires, but their stock of everything else is pretty amazing. I love having them close by so that I can go grab those last-minute or mid-job items.

This is the best retail experience I ve ever had. I came in looking for gloves and found a great selection to choose from, but ended up looking at a ton of other stuff just because it s fun in here. I was offered my multiple people to let me sit on their bikes after telling them I m looking to upgrade soon which is just so nice, above and beyond. Can t wait to go back.

Victoria was great, Matt was great. I traveled 2 hours to get here and was worth the trip. I just wish there was one in Springfield mo. But the store was awesome and employees were very helpful.

So much better than utilizing an online order option. An employee by the name of Kaid took the time to explain features and details, while also comparing brands to ensure I would end up with exact what I needed. Plans to return to this store for future purchases !

Very informative and helpful. Made sure I got exactly what I needed. I didn't feel pressured into anything or made to think I had to buy the most expensive gear to ride. Great experience all around.

Had a set of tires mounted up for my bike. Service was excellent and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Will certainly be going back for more gear or tires in the future.

I went in to try on helmets and the employee who greeted and assisted me was very helpful and pleasant. She took the extra time to get the sound system set up for me which she didn't have to do. I was very pleased.

Great experience!This store is extremely clean, well stocked with quality merchandise, and the staff is friendly & very knowledgeable. Doesn't matter what kind of motorcycle you ride, they have something for everyone. Just picked up the new Sedici Strada 3 and love it! Highly recommend!

I went in to buy a helmet for my 65cm head (!) and they had a 5XL that fit (nothing ever fits) and was on a big sale. I also scored a very inexpensive drip charger which will be a steal if it works (time will tell). So, the short trip over there was a great success.

Cycle Gear is a great store. They carry a lot of inventory of very reputable names in the industry, their prices are very competitive (especially when you can get post-Thanksgiving deals), and the staff has a lot of knowledge. Every time I have gone in everyone is very helpful and fun to talk to. I can tell they really do like motorcycles and they enjoyed talking about rides and gear.

The store I visited has a vast variety of products and just about everything you would want for your motorcycle riding needs. Also great prices and nice knowledgeable staff. We will be back, even though it is an hour and half from our house

Was in from out of state, had picked up a nail, Cycle gear staff gave me quality service in the last half hour of their Sunday shift. Even though the tire guy had clocked out he stayed and helped me get back on the road. They even loaned me a jack to change the tire on the parking lot. Highly recommend.

Sweet location! Very clean, organized and well stocked. The staff are extraordinarily welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Every visit almost feels like a good family reunion. The management goes above and beyond and the staff do everything in their power to help you out. I don t think I ve seen a single customer in this location without a smile on their face while shopping.
