Mike is a certified Mercedes mechanic who does the job right and can get you in quick. I live in Fort Smith and I am willing to drive to Rogers for his services. Mike is another great Mercedes resource in the Northwest Arkansas. Fort Smith area. Give him a try and tell him Jason from Fort smith recommended you.

The first call I made to Benz Haus made me decide to give it a try without hesitation, and I'm glad I took the step. Mike was wonderful and very professional. Honesty was one of the first things I noticed with all that he explained. It is always refreshing to find a mechanic I can fully trust to always do the right thing. Mike is a Certified Mercedes Benz mechanic and it shows. We needed to have our 17 year old Mercedes repaired before selling it and Mike was pragmatic and proactive without involving unnecessary repairs and upcharges. He turned around a fairly involved repair in less than 72 hours and we told him to take his time!Seriously, Benz Haus is the only place that I'd trust to repair my Mercedes. Mike will shoot you straight and do good work, which isn't really that difficult but is so hard to find! Our only regret is that is only does Mercedes repairs! Found Mike and the Benz Haus last year...he replaced my radio knob on center consol..1st job I had him do....did great work and it was reasonable. Especially compared to the dealer. Since then Mike has done all my work on my C350..from brakes to transmission services , including all my A and B checks....have 110k on this auto and trust the Benz Haus with all my work....timely , reliable and cost friendly...no pressure to do any maintenance other than what I want to get done. Mike takes the time to explain and to answer any question I have. Glad I found the Benz Haus....give him a go....believe you'll be glad you did..Thanks Mike..
