Don't let the exterior make you drive by this place, the shop is under construction. Inside, Hailey at the front desk, is very sweet and ready to help. Had the privilege of meeting Shawn, the owner, who accessed my vehicle. He was knowledgeable, and extremely fair. Not the type to take advantage. Was by far the best experience I've had at a mechanics shop. Will certainly be back with any future needs. Thank you Bearded Mechanic!

Came in for an oil change and mentioned a possible issue with my ball joints. That isn't included in their complimentary inspection, however Hayley and Sean were eager to take a look and let me know what they found. No pressure on anything, they were very knowledgeable and helped me to understand. Highly recommend!

Terrible experience with these folks. I felt taken advantage of after spending a good deal of money and ending up with more problems than the car had before taking it in. Learn from my mistake, do your research and look for a more reputable company that you can trust.

These Folks here, They are unique and that's a good thing. Very good at communicating. Friendly, informative and quick to act! I'm sorry to leave this review, but I dropped my truck off on a Monday and Friday still no progress, I was using insurance and all I needed done was the power steering pump, They were pushing to get everything done, They told me I can pick up my truck at any time because I needed it, I asked him to just fix the power steering pump without the insurance all the parts were there, They said it would be a $1000, I said I can't do that, I found another place that would do it for 280 and would be done in the same day, Really nice people, But I think I was Getting taking Advantage of, I hate even leaving this review, But I'm sorry that was really wrong.I talked to my insurance after all of this and he told me There was a claim but he told me that it is my truck I can fix whatever I want to be fixed, They didn't even have to run the diagnostic because all I needed fixed was the power steering pump,150 Dollars For the diagnostic, Everywhere else it's 50 to $60 to do a full diagnostic, So I'm sorry right there tells you, Forgive me for leaving this reviewService: General repairs & maintenance

Another place messed up my car. I contacted bearded mobile mechanic and he came out the next morning and looked at my car. He fixed everything in less than an hour and had me back on the road. He even came to me since my car wasn't drivable. Really professional and quick service. Definitely recommend!
