Went in and got a free diagnostic test by Rico Martinez. Very nice and friendly staff. Only took a couple of minutes too. I ll definitely be going back

David is generous enough to help put in my battery and do more in the cold weather outside. I don't think there's much people like him to do with he did. Thank you so much to him again.

I didn't buy here, but had a friend break down right next to them. They had to get a battery and alternator and I drove them to get and repair their vehicle. The store was clean and had a great variety of tools, parts and accessories. Ended up buying a couple air fresheners for my car that I hadn't found before and smelled great. Service was average, but that's not a bad thing. If you need parts near by check them out. Convenient location and good availability.

Waited way too long for one of three employees to ask a question as to where fuses were. The signs are not too helpful in the aisles, so I was going to ask. I'll go elsewhere next time.

Don't bother, go down the road to Oriellys they don't even know how to switch out batteries...thats ok your competitors got the 500 dollars I spent today cause your lazy incompetent employees have no sense

The guy that helped me buy a new engine air filter confirmed I had the correct filter after I paid for it he offered to install it for me. I believe his name was Steve. And that was super cool of him not a big job but above and beyond the minimum effort Thank you. ( oh he refused a tip)

My Nissan Juke headlight were out. I bought the bulbs but it as so difficult to replace them myself. These guys went the extra mile and worked getting those bulbs replaced in a very tight spot and a cold morning. Thank you so much!!!

The family and I had Traveled out of town to visit family and weather was other than favorable. I called 30 minutes before they closed on New Year s Eve and had the exact blades I needed waiting for me. Good customer service and overall clean store.

Exchanged my Battery, no questions asked. Had I not bought the Battery a lil over a year ago, I'd been a happy camper. The quality of their products seems to be falling, while the prices seem to be rising... Not too sure if that's the direction I'd want my business to head in. Given their District Manager's attitude about everything 'business', the quality of their products seem to reflect the upper management's "no f's given" approach.

I do NOT recommend getting your battery changed here! I stopped in after my battery died to get a new one and long story short: The person replacing my battery did it wrong and cost me an extra $200 to take it to a dealership and have the problem diagnosed and repaired. I'm only giving an extra star because this person did try to help us figure out what was wrong and was very nice but ultimately just did not know how to properly change my battery.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! I came in looking for a Ignition coil and they quickly got my part and even loaned me a wrench cell I could put it in right there in the parking lot. Very nice and convenient. Will be returning

If you know what your are looking for there is no problem. The facility is usually pretty clean and the selection is fine.You will occasionally find an employee who is knowledgeable.

They didnt have the piece we needed which wasnt their fault but it seemed as if they had no clue how to even find out what it was we needed in the first place after telling us to bring the part in to help us find it.

They sold me the wrong part even though I came in with the VIN number and all the information about my vehicle got home did all the repair found out that it was the wrong piece had to put it all back together again to bring it back the next day just to get issues on a return because the box had greasy fingerprints on it! Not even 24 hours later, yes they did end up giving me my refund but at a hassle not very intelligible I wouldn't ask them to diagnose a problem on my vehicle with a 10-ft pole if you don't know exactly what you're looking for don't go in asking for technical / specialty / knowledgeable automotive help.

Auto Zone on the corner of 8th and Walnut Ave is so awesome. They have fantastic customer serviceIf you have a engine light on in your vehicle, just go in and let them know and they will take their diagnostic machine, hook it up to your vehicle and print you out a problem sheet for free.
