Awesome is the only way to describe them. Im smelling burning antifreeze and thinking heater core. I drop it off and get better news the water pump. But, it s probably gonna take a day or two . I m scrambling to get rides lined up, but a few hours later they call and say it s fixed!!!! Yes, I hope I don t have any more problems, but if I do, I ll be using them again.

I brought my 87 Trans Am GTA to Jeff for a brake fluid change, however, when the car was brought into a bay, fuel was noticeably leaking onto the engine. Had I not been at the shop things might have turned out much differently. Jeff and his team took care of my car and kept me informed as progress was made. I usually do my own work, because I don't trust most mechanics with my vehicles, but I believe I can trust Jeff and his team.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Jeff Young and his team at Auto Maintenance Inc. I had brought my Jeep to a dealership who told me I needed $5,800 worth of work. Jeff Young and team did it for $1,300. He even put my Jeep up on the rack and showed me all the things that were not even broken the dealership had told me I needed to fix. His honesty about what really needs to be done and the fair prices for that work are so refreshing. I've used him several times now for a few different vehicles and always have had a wonderful experience. If you are looking for quality work done with honesty and integrity, this is your place. Very good place! They had my Tahoe up and running great in only one afternoon!! Jeff is a very nice guy and the service support was awesome!! They were upfront about the price too. Highly recommend! This is the most honest, hardworking auto maintenance shop I ve ever been to. They were honest and told me what I needed to keep my car on the road and what I could do without. Jeff, the owner and mechanic who worked on my car, kept me up to date with charges and dates on when I would have my car back, which made an experience that would have usually made me so upset actually pleasant. I cannot recommend this shop enough.

There are some industries that you just expect poor service. If you fly often enough it is just matter of time before every airline lets you down. They are all equally bad. I feel like car maintenance if also one of those industries. That is why when you do find a mechanic that will shoot you straight and is fair it is almost shocking. I couldn't possibly be happier with every encounter that I have had with Jeff @ Auto Maintenance. I wouldn't think of taking my vehicles anywhere else. It is just that simple.

I'm a first time customer, who stopped at another shop to fill my radiator before spotting their blue building from Walnut. I knew I was in pretty immediate need of repair, but I didn't feel comfortable with a national chain. When I pulled in to AUTO MAINTENANCE, INC., I was met by the owner and given prompt, friendly attention, even though every bay was full. While waiting for an evaluation of my car, another customer asked how I knew Jeff (the 2nd generation owner), I said that it was my first time there. He went on and on about the honesty, integrity, and history that he had with this business, including the advice Jeff had given him on one occasion that the repairs exceeded the value of the car and that if it were his, he "wouldn't put another dime into it.". I knew that my gut feeling was right on. Jeff knows his stuff and uses his expertise for the benefit of his customers, not at their expense. My car was completed and waiting for me as promised, with no surprises. No wonder the shop has been n in business over 30 years.

Persnickety, snobbish, rude, and unprofessional. Dropped off my 1994 Subaru for service. Four days later I got message on phone that they had been trying to reach me, and to call them. I had no voice mails from them. When I called they said the car was "too old to work on". The issue was a straightforward simple transmission fluid leak and it needed a tune up.So, this outfit touts being a premier auto service provided since 1976. But, they won't work on a 1994? When I picked up my vehicle, Jeff told me that the car simply looked in rough condition, not worth working on. Well folks, it does look rough, but it only has 110,000 miles on it and runs great when tuned.I took it to Advanced Auto in Rogers. Jesus, took the car no problem and stated that some auto repair shops didn't like to work on older cars because it took longer to fix, as there isn't a sophisticated computer system to tell you what to do. I guess Auto Maint Inc has lost their ability to service older vehicles, as time isn't in question when I pay labor rates. Doesn't make sense, thus my opening comments.Auto Maint owner has an attitude, make sure your vehicle is spotless and has a good paint job, or you may get snubbed to, like this veteran did.Go see Jesus at Advanced Auto, he'll take care of you!!

While I grudgingly searched for a first car for my little cousin I was able to bring multiple cars in for purchase checks. They took the time to drive the cars, ran diagnostics, and let me know if/what repairs would be needed. I ended up buying something they approved so will definitely be bringing my business to these guys in the future. Thanks to Jeff and his crew, I didn't end up with a lemon :) #happyfemale

Had to be towed at night to the shop, left a note and keys in the drop box. Jeff's team were great, I expected to be told this many things need to be fixed, however not the case, it turned out to be a faulty battery terminal only, they fixed it. I asked for brake maintenance too, they had the vehicle ready to go that following night, there honest to the work that needs to be done,

Excellent job! Jeff and his people were able to get my car right in and let me know what was going on in every step of the process. They were friendly, knowledgable and very reasonably prices. Will definetly be using them again and am letting family and friends know they are "stand up guys"!

I have had all of my vehicles that are out of "factory warranty" taken care of by Jeff and his people for the last fifteen years There are many other auto maintence shops...but why switch when I already have the best?

I have had Jeff's Team at Auto Maintenance fix hubs, alternator, water pumps, hoses, belts, etc. He does good work, saved significantly from the auto dealers, no issues after!

Honest and quick!! My check engine light came on... I was worried...to say the least. They ran a diagnostic test and explained what the problem was. Thank you for your honesty. I now have a trusted place for my vehicle maintenance.

This shop is wildly expensive (2x the going rate for a brake repair) and didn't test drive my vehicle afterwards, it actually had to be towed back. Fixed it on the second try but my brake rotors have been permanently warped. Make sure you get a second opinion.

my vehicle has been in there for almost 2 weeks still hasn't got it running then ask when I'm gonna get paid to be honest you get paid when my car is running cus my insurance company isn't paying you for not getting it running.
