Jim was very kind and honest. They were upfront on the cost and had a next day appt.They explained everything I needed to know about my vehicle and pointed out some odd things as it was a used car. I also appreciated not being talked down to on my services as I have been at other shops in the area.They even did a small drain cleaning in the sunroof for me without charge.Very helpful, knowledgeable, honest. Will be taking my Mini back for sure.Service: Oil change

Loved the service they provided. Had my car towed up, so i did not get to speak to them in person. Shane did a very good job of describing the issue, offering options for repair, and keeping me updated on the progress. I had a pre-purchase inspection on a used car. They were very thorough and charged only $99, a bargain considering others are charging $175 - $265. The $99 investment saved me over $5000 of maintenance that would have been required if I had purchased the used vehicle.

Great service and fast. Dropped my 2020 BMW off for service. Had it done in less than an hour. My new BMW service place!!!

Love this place, I highly recommend it yeah it's costly but you pay for what you want to drive. Take your cars here they do an excellent job and the customer service is great.

We had our car towed to their shop not knowing what was wrong. They diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs. I was especially impressed at their honesty when it was found that an expensive part was not needed and they told me without a charge. I highly recommend them and will continue to take my X5 to them for periodic maintenance.

This guy is no cheaper than Dealership and just a much a crook. If you have parts already he wants you to buy new ones so he can up charge you for them. You can get that treatment at a professional dealership for same price and they warranty the work Far better alternatives in NWA than this place, trying represent a small community shop but really just about billing you out of all your money. Took my X3 there for a brake flush and they were everything I could ask for. Professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They took time to tell me details about my car that I was not aware of. This information will help me keep my car in top condition and save me money over time. I was very pleased with the service, will return, and heartily recommend them.

The guys that run this place are awesome. They are extremely helpful and polite. They are also much more affordable than the dealership and perform with the same quality. 11 out of 10 would recommend.
