Highly recommend. Extremely honest and trustworthy. Jim even brought my car to me at work one day after he was at the lake with his family on a Sunday. Good people and they have many times refused to work I thought I needed, because it was still ok. They would have taken advantage of me many times, we're they not good people.

Jim and his team are amazing! My car loves randomly messing up and they work miracles keeping that stubborn thing on the road. It's a very welcoming atmosphere and everything is explained at length during during the quoting process, and they're always ready to answer questions!

Terrible honestly. We got our SUVs tires put on. Super cheap. Super friendly. So when we needed our brakes done, they were the first shop we called. It was extensive because how bad it had gotten-so they had to replace damn near the whole breaking system. The car drove ok for a couple days until we started to notice shaking in the front end when you press of the brake and feeling as though the brakes are stuck when you try to give it gas after being stopped at a stop sign or red light. We took it back before we had to go on a 17 hour road trip to ensure it was safe. They looked at it and said it s because we need new ball bearing and struts badly. Which they didn t mention previously. But again. We were grateful and they were so kind. Got them replaced and ran around for us 10/10 experience. They said that we were good to go for our vacation and the car was safe to drive. While on the road while we were HOURS away the exact. Same. Issues. Started to happen. Shaking of the front end. Brakes acting as though they were catching. We safely made it back home and took it to them the week we got back. They said they forgot do both brake lines at the same time and said it was most likely a collapsed brake line. We agreed and they replaced it. Now, two days later, it is doing it again. Same symptoms. Same issue. Still unresolved. Still unsafe to drive 3 visits later. $1700+ later. And the issue is not fixed. We will not be going back. There is NO way we recommend this place. They are kind but kindness does not ensure my children s safety when put in a car they overlooked and deemed safe when that is not the case. They did however fix a multitude of other issues that needed it but not the root cause.I would be VERY cautious if you do end up using them. We for sure will not be going back. I feel like a Karen writing a bad review. But I put my babies in this car. I would hate for someone else to spend money they didn t have, put THEIR babies in a car, trust their judgment, and end up getting hurt.Hope this insight helps ensure you know all your options and what your working with

They were amazing. The manager Jim even took me out to my van to show me the issues before any work was done, made suggestions for another issue he found during the inspection. and even took me to my place of employment so I could pick up a company car for work.

Very dissatisfied with there service, I lost my stick on wheel weights under normal conditions,they would not rebalance my tire without charging me, I paid close to 1800.00 dollars for them,Was told by Manager Jim Thayer recheck bal on rotation in NWA,no where,went to another tire dealer,he was wrong, I would not recommend this tire shop,

Great guys! They went above and beyond, even drove me back to my shop and picked me up when my truck was done! Super helpful and did a great job. Only shop I will use from now on. Did tires, new upper a-arms and an alignment! Thanks so much!

Eric helped us with our broken down Uhaul and had a positive and awesome attitude the entire time! He felt bad when our issue wasn t fixable on the road and tried to better the situation anyway he could even though it was out of everyones control. Eric is a shining example of customer service and a great employee that should be held in the highest of regard.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I had a bad tire that was held together by threads. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped. We did have to order the new tire, which came in the next day. I was updated on when the tire came in and when my car was finished for pick up! Reasonable prices on top of very friendly service! Definitely will be back with all my tire needs!

I have used this shop for a couple of years now, with several of our vehicles ranging from newer to older cars. There have been numerous instances where the owner could have charged me for expensive repairs and he found alternatives for me. In one case he remembered a recall from the manufacturer, called two dealers (one who said it wasn't covered, the other who said it was) and had me take it to them to cover it under the recall. It would have otherwise been a $2k repair at his shop. While a tire place isn't the first place you'd think of for a full service mechanic, this place is a full service shop - up to an including the potential replacement of an engine. Another time I mentioned I needed to get tires soon and instead of selling me new ones, which he would have happily done too, he offered me the option of some used ones that had been taken off a vehicle doing a lift and larger tires. To this day I still run those tires. It is said that a reputable, honest mechanic/shop is worth it's weight in gold. I completely agree with that and this shop's reputation should be etched in gold for that reason. Kudos to Jim and his mechanic(s)!

Jim is awesome! I called searching for a rim. This was my 5th call to tire wheel places. Jim took care of me. He had the rim shipped quickly and got me back on the road. His customer service was top notch. Definitely recommend them!!

Every time I have needed their help they have been amazing and flexible! I can't complain about their customer service, it's phenomenal! Jim is the best! Best tire place in NWA that I have ever bought tires from!

Truck running fine until I got oil change here. Now I m back with check engine light on and they re too busy to check it out. Told them that the light goes off if I turn truck off. Kept telling me to give them the key. Not sure what s going on but it seems shady

Is there a negative star rating? Dishonesty is common place at this shop!Be very careful with this business. The owner has questionable billing practices to say the least. Double billing happened on my credit card for something paid for in cash. Refusal to make this right was just a slap in the face and the equivalent to theft in my opinion. I do not recommend this shop for any mechanical, tire, brake or U-Haul service or you risk paying double.

Went in with a good attitude and greeted the owner, was looking for a new mechanic and it all seemed good at the beginning up until they overcharged me and tried to keep my spare tire. Customer service is not their priority and the place had ants on the floor.

They do good work and have fair prices. I have six trailers for my business so I always seem to have a flat on one of them. I take them all here

Disappointed with the service I received here. Two times already I had them fix my car and both times I was ripped off. They over charge you for your parts and break things as they are fixing the part you came in for. I don t recommend anyone coming to them to get your vehicle fixed.

The owner of this shop acted nice as can be, and tried to help me out. Come to find out, he over charged me on the tires, and broke the u-bolts on the rear end. I paid for the new u-bolts and come to find out he charged me and put on the completely wrong ones which caused my rear end to slide around for 3 days until I got a REAL tire shop to fix everything. Garbage tire shop if you ask me!

Scheduled a uhaul pickup at this location on a Sunday. Their Truck Share process was supposed to give access to a keybox when we pick up the truck. Reservation was set as hand pickup only at the counter, and this location is not open on Sundays. Sat for an hour on uhaul customer service before cancelling my reservation and going elsewhere.

Very bad workmanship. Be careful getting anything done here that may fail and cause an accident. They disconnect my 5thwheel and if I would have towed, it would have been a catastrophic failure. The kind of failure that causes death to me and anyone following me

Hey I had a flat and they fixed it for me. Next time you get tires, make sure you spend the extra 20 something dollars a tire for road hazard warranty. Anyway this place is great.

Refused to do alignment on my vehicle, because I fixed my ball joints on my own to save money. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

My tire wasn't holding air so I went in to see if they could find a hole... they ended up pulling a nail out of my tire and patching it for me... The day after leaving I noticed a knocking sound coming from the tire they pulled the nail out of. I had my brother in law look at it and see if he could figure it out.... All but 1 of my lug nuts were loose and the knocking noise was my tire wobbling.
