Overall this location has what I needed, the customer service is pretty good and they actually had the spark plugs cheaper than I expected or even could find online... The plugs I was looking for were for my lawn mower and weed eater for $2.99 and their competition was $5.89.. overall this place gets a thumbs up

Called today for the first time in almost a year and with in the 3 minutes they reminded me why. The horrible attitude like you owe them for working there. If they don t like their job why not leave? Really makes people not want to shop there. Even if they have decent prices. I rather pay extra and not have to deal with a company like this.

Shout out to Miguel who was super polite, helpful and also assisted in identifying a squeak and spraying lubricant on the air bag brackets on the underside of my truck, as well as the bushings. Top notch customer service! Thank you, Miguel!!

Ordered 4 spark plugs was suppose to be shipped in a day or two 5 days later nobody knows where there at or a timeline on when there suppose to get there manager was disrespectful when getting my refund other employee was nice forget the name but will not be going back here again

Will make you wait on hold for hours and then pretend they figured out your problem just to sell you the wrong item. Can't buy anything they suggest without having to return it. Don't recommend

I stopped in because a friend told me I had a tail light out. I was hoping that someone in the shop could look out the window and help me determine which light was out, but Francisco went way above and beyond the call of duty. He not only found what I needed, but very courteously and helpfully installed it for me. I will definitely be going back to advance auto parts anytime I need help with my vehicle. Thank you so much!

Visited this store on a Sunday morning to get a new battery for my car. I was in and out with a new battery installed in less than 20 minutes. Pedro was very helpful!

Ochoa is a fine young man. He looked up my parts got them all right. He and the manager helped carry him out for me which was such a blessing because I was in a bad car wreck and needed help. Such nice fine folks there you have to go and see them. Thank you very much Mr Marion wright God bless you all

Hector saved my life and the life of my car!!! I came in and he was quick to help. He got the oil my car needed and was extremely helpful and informative. He also made sure that it was running correctly and safe before I got back on the road. I will forever be grateful and found my new car issues spot. Extremely great service with a smile. from people that know what they're talkin about and always wanting to save you money. The pay rewards are excellent and always looking for that coupon that will help you.Hector Jose and Francisco are very very helpful they're very competitive and most of the time cheaper than anybody advanced Auto parts will always have my business.

Top notch service from Hector.My husband and I needed 2 different batteries tested. We have specific battery needs for the solar panel on our short bus. Hector tested the batteries, gave us valuable information on our recharge setup, and helped us select an ideal replacement battery for our dead one.Hector was personable, effortlessly patient, and asked follow-up questions to help us trouble shoot.Thanks again! If we didn't live out of state, we would be back for him.

I did my very first online order at this store, I always shop in person but they had an online discount. I was very pleased with the transaction. It was very easy to order and then to pick up. They had my stuff ready in less than an hour. I will definitely try online ordering again.

Went in looking for a key decoding device one of the employees was trying so hard to be helpful trying to YouTube it for us well the Manger came out was so hateful he needs fired and let the employee that actually cares be Manger

Helpful and courteous service and decent inventory of parts. They lend out some tools without charge, requiring only a refundable deposit. I've used 3/8 drive needle torque wrench.

This goes back to my last purchase at the store in Roger's ar. My daughter went in to the store with a lug nut so the guys could match it up. She came back with some lugs but they didnt fit. The store did not give her a receipt. They just put the lugs in a baggy.The reason I did not go in because I had knee surgery. About two weeks had passed and my wife tried to return the lugs and they wouldn't take them back. They said they needed a receipt but they didnt give one. I couldnt go in because of my surgery so I couldnt tell the guy at the counter to take the lugs and match them up with the ones they have, take that number to the register and offer a refund. But those guys weren't smart enough to figure that out. I will not buy from here only if I get some kind of discount for shopping online. Disappointed with the customer service.

Should think about hiring people that don t answer the phone in Spanish only then ask you if you speak Spanish? Luckily I do but really I thought I had dialed the wrong number by the way she answered the the phone.

I like the knowledge the associates have but the waiting is ridiculous. They need to have more than two people running the show on Sundays. These guys work at an auto parts store, if you need mechanical advice go see a mechanic. I

Went in for anti freeze and was trying to get blue anti for a Honda Civic and the guy kept insisting to buy orange lol like aren t you suppose to know what to do? Like for everyone out there watch what you buy from there isn t the first time they tell me the wrong thing to buy
