Ordered the tires we needed quickly. It always takes longer to get in and out than they say it will. They say 1 hour..add 30 minutes to another hour on to that. Would have given 5 stars if not for that and the price. Use to be cheaper than others in town. Now the cost is the same as every other tire shop.

Everyone here is always so helpful and make sure you're taken care of. The prices are good as well. I won't hesitate to come back the next time I need work done.

These guys are worth the wait, I have brought 2 vehicles to them for an alignment and they got them both spot on. One was a brand new 6 month old truck and a front wheel drive car, after taking my truck to toyota for tire rotation they messed up my alignment so I took it to Worley tire in harrison and bam FIXED. I was lucky and got in same day I was so thankful.

I looked at the reviews before I went here, mostly to see the turn around on the time. I saw bad reviews but that wasn't my experience. I loved the place. I got in and out fast - and they had a tire in stock for my spreader conveyor. Overall 100% good experience. Easy peasy.

Buyers beware.... THIEVES!!! Do not prepay for ordered items. They'll never give them to you and keep your money. It's been a year carl, brad. Should've made it right when I gave you the opportunity

Worley Tire has excellent employees that know what they are doing. Today, 6/2/2023, they sold me three new tires, utilized my spare, mounted, balanced and installed the 4 tires. I watched them. They did it right. I am happy to pay people that know more than I do and work hard and carefully to do a good job.

I paid almost $400 to have the brakes fixed on my truck nine months later I find out they never fixed them they just ripped me off. At least when I confronted them about this they paid the bill for the other mechanic I had fix my brakes. My brakes went out when my eight-year-old daughter was in my truck.

Always super busy, so you'll have a good wait. Have never had a problem besides the wait. Go in for a lot of flat repairs, if I need a new tire, they've always had one, new or used.

Driving through from Texas and had a blowout. Everything closes early, but Worley s Tire helped us out. Within minutes they fixed our tire and have the nicest people. First time in Arkansas, but if everyone is as helpful and nice as the people at Worley s we will be back!!! Thank you Worley s for saving the day, we can now make it to our niece s graduation! Blessings!

The only reason for the 2 stars is they successfully mounted and balanced my tires. Dealing with them on the phone, I was met with nothing but attitude and I always treat others respectfully. I showed up for my appointment to get an alignment, and the guy who does them was sick and went home earlier in the day. Completely understandable! I would have appreciated a phone call before I drove 45 minutes to town to get this service though. The man who was rude to me on the phone was at the service desk to the right (if you're standing and looking at the desks from inside). Don't get me wrong, they got half the job done, but customer service is a huge part of business and I didn't see any today.

Use to be excellentNot so much nowThey kept my tire hub cap and while they did get me a replacement, seeing how they sell for $$$ online, I suspect it was never actually lost.They still do good service, just keep an eye out an make sure they don't 'misplace' something and can't find it the next morning.

They weren't busy got right in. Needed tire fixed took about twenty minutes reasonable price about twenty bucks. Friendly and courteous.

Worley's Tire in Harrison AR. is the only place you should have install your tires! The are the best in show! I live in southern Missouri and will not hesitate to make the trip. I had 3 local tire shops completely fail to install my Bridgestone Potenza 305/30/20's. None of the shops, big or small has the know how, integrity or getter done attitude. And at a price point that will make your smile go ear to ear! So, what are you waiting for? Get your butt to Worley's! STAT!

By far, hands down, the worst customer service I've ever experienced. After waiting for an hour and a half to get a tire put on my rim I just got my rim back and left. the quoted price was $205.00 almost twice that of anywhere else that I've checked. Never felt so ignored by rude people I was trying to pay money to in my entire life.

Great business! Honest and reliable. We had a blow out on our vacation and my husband called them and they were able to help us out the next day and then we had a flat tire the next day on our truck and they fixed it very quickly. Been B

Discovered a screw in my tire this morning. Called worleys and they got me in and out in less than 20 mins. Fast, professional, and I wasn't disappointed in the price either. Most definitely will be back! Thank you!(Picture is of my tire before they fixed it!)

It was a very busy Monday, but the team was able to get me in quickly and take care of me. They gave me a good price, and I always feel that they are honest and fair. I never feel like a clueless girl in this shop- they always treat me with respect and common courtesy.

Excellent tire sales and shop. Helpful staff and lots of employees to get right to work on your repairs or new installs. They have anextensive choice of tires or can get anything you may want, usually overnight. I think they will probably match or beat most prices out there.

Had a blown trailer tire, called and told them i'd be a few minutes after closing if they could wait that i wanted all new tires put on trailer, they waited, i backed trailer to door 5 minutes after closing time. They put 4 new tires on and put my best old tire on my spare, so they changed 5 tires. From the time i parked my truck, til i was leaving was 7 minutes, yes 7 MINUTES, that's not a typo, that's great service!

The techs that worked on my car did a great job and was very friendly. The tires were reasonably priced, actually the cheapest in town. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the girls at the front counter acted as though it was an inconvenience to help anyone who came in the door.

While traveling our car started vibrant like we lost a weight on one of the wheels. We called them and we're told to come straight in. In less then 20 mins, they balanced all 4 tire and we were back on the road. Thank you!
