Matt Peterson was our sales representative and he was absolutely phenomenal. From start to finish, he made the whole process extremely easy. He explained everything in great detail and made sure we had no questions regarding anything. Definitely will be doing continued business with him. Thank you Matt and Wood Powersports for our new unit!

I have purchased a New Honda XR150. After 223 total miles since new, the clutch went out, totally failure. After pushing the motorcycle over a mile, with the engine running and in first gear to assist my pushing, the headlight stopped working and after I took a rest, the starter would not work.Woods Powersports would not warranty the motorcycle stating that the clutch is a normal wear item as per my Honda Warranty Agreement. The clutch was adjusted incorrectly. They wouldn't even warranty the starter and headlight failure. I would not do business with this company, they are not on your side and they are not your friends. 223 miles is not normal wear.I was going to have my motorcycle fixed there and while I was there, buy the complete saddlebag and tank bag set plus a new helmet and chest protector while I was there. After listening to the Owner, the General Manager and Service Manager all telling me that they would not warranty the motorcycle and treat me like I was a crybaby, I went to the Yamaha shop and bought a new Bell full coverage helmet and chest protector. This proves a fact. If your motorcycle was assembled incorrectly, Honda will not honor the warranty even when there was a complete failure at only 223 miles.I'm a disabled vet and senior citizen. I sure didn't need to have the stress and lies that these people at Woods Powersports gave me. The Honda warranty is not worth the paper that it is written on. Do not do business with this company or Honda in general.

This is the third machine we have bought from Wood (4 if you count my wife's car that we got at Wood Chevy). We stopped in on a Saturday to look at a Can-Am Commander 700. Todd was very helpful and let us drive the Commander 700, Commander 1000, and a Polaris General 1000. Even though it wasn't what we came in to look at, we loved the Polaris General, and decided to purchase it instead. They gave us a good value on the Ranger we traded in. There was a communication issue with the finance company (no fault of Wood Powersports, AT ALL) and Todd and John stayed an hour and a half after closing time to get it resolved and get us our side by side! It was just an unfortunate situation for all of us, but we all had some great conversation while we waited. They were very accommodating. Todd is a wonderful sales person. He was very helpful and not pushy. He was more than happy to let us test drive every machine that we liked to make sure we were able to decide which one was right for us. John in Finance went over and above to resolve the communication issue with the finance company and make sure we got our side by side that day. As always, great service. We will be back!

So I bought a used bike , and the extended warranty less then a month ago. On my 3rd ride the chain completely came off bike while I was on hwy. I took to Honda to diagnosed, the ignition lock switch is also intermittently locking up and failing , which makes it hard to get key out sometimes or start bike. All was good until, I called service in Fayetteville and was told they don t work on Hondas anyway and would be best to take it to Honda . After getting my diag , WOOD is now trying to get me to tow bike myself to their company to look at bike and asked me to talk with Honda mechanic so they would have a better idea on what to do to fix bike, or why it malfunctioned in the first place , it was due to a weak chain , and the mechanics internally were not lubed properly, the ignition/ lock switch is a mechanical failure.. anyway I paid 1400 extra for the extended warranty. And I ve been very kind through this whole process : but going on week 3 of my bike just sitting and it s very frustrating. I understand the issues when buying a used piece of equipment , but for a faulty weak chain , and the ignition being messed up , it s not safe and could have caused a really bad day/ issue for me or anyone on hwy. My rep also stated he noticed the he ignition was tough and also stated they never had bike over 45. I just wanted my bike fixed and to think only 3 rides in and chain completely came off, scary very scary times on hwy in 4 lanes of traffic.. And now no help at all. Seems like I paid 1400 for a warranty that isn t going to help. Wood said they couldn t find in system I called riders advantage and they pulled it right up and stated my warranty goes into effect when I leave the lot. Which also to add to it all , wasn t supposed to have to pay sales tax as we paid 1000 down , but since they added the pointless 1400 warranty it made us pay for sales tax as well, which wasn t a big deal but after spending the money on insurance , helmets, riding gear, driving an extra hour to meet them for deposit they forgot and then them still just barely responding or trying to make it right is irritating. Was hoping for a better outcome from this company as it was our first purchase from them. Just sad and bike less now and out a few thousand dollarsZ!! I understand issues come up, but without mentioning any names here I am very very disappointed and discouraged from ever sending anyone this way.

Hey for real I moved up here from a big city and I have been to lots of dealerships but Todd is definitely a standout! I have also been to other dealerships in area like Russellville and sunrise out in Searcy and both of them have managed to drive me away. I bought a couple of ATVs from Todd around Christmas time and couldn't wait to get back to buy some more stuff he's a pleasure to deal with as is everybody at the dealership to include the crayon eating Finance manager! Haha. I look forward to doing more business in the future I just have to pay some of these toys down! I will see you guys after Costa Rica there's a couple more things I need to get. Do me a favor and call Honda about that TRX450R, it need to make a comeback!!"

Bought a used Honda Pioneer 1000 from Kevin and couldn t be happier. From reading some of the old reviews, it seems like Wood Motor has cleaned things up and turned around this business. Once they get these COVID supply chain issues resolved they ll be able to sell a lot more vehicles.

My husband bought a bike there and totally regrets it. He has owned bikes for 50 years. When he had repair issue they denied the problem. Now he goes to the Fayetteville location.

Matt Peterson is the guy to go to if interested in a UTV, ATV etc. He sells what you want to buy, not what he can make the most money. Honesty like that goes a long way with me. Very friendly business, would recommend highly.

They were really nice. They helped my uncle with stage 4 cancer get his bike and made the transaction really simple. They were busy but they were upfront about their availability and that we would have to wait a few times. That was totally fine. They were up front about it and made everything easyThey even loaded the bike up for us.

Don't bother asking this business for a trade in price! I have a 2019 Honda Pioneer 1000 that looks brand new. I would guess it would retail for 16 to 17 Grand. They insulted me by offering 9 grand on a trade.

Ian was super helpful from the moment I called to verify they had the bikes in stock, until I had my motorcycle loaded in my pickup. There were 2 bikes I was looking at and Ian (and the rest of the staff) accommodated me so I could see them side by side. I was satisfied with the whole buying process.

My son and I are on a road trip out of Texas. We were at a very remote hiking location and my son had a flat tire. We were able to have the bike towed back to Harrison. I called Gage Powersports to see if we could get another tire mounted. We pulled the wheel off, so all that was needed was to dismount the old tire and mount a new one which we would purchase there. When they found that it was a Yamaha, they refused to do the job! Their tire machine would not know the difference between a honda wheel and a Yamaha wheel! They said they would not do work on any bike OR PART that is not honda. These people DO NOT have bikers at heart. They had absolutely no concern that we were stranded and needed help. Called the Yamaha shop this morning, and they came to our motel and picked up the wheel and installed a new tire and delivered it back to us! That is a REAL motorcycle shop. Even the tow truck driver said that Gage did us a favor by declining to help us! You can figure that one out for yourself!! NEVER GAGE POWERSPORTS!

One star honestly doesnt even begin to cover this dealership went In with a bike title in hand ready to trade it in the offer they gave me was an absolute slap in the face and the way they tell you how they decide the value is so off and out dated it s not funny this place needs to get with times and actually appreciate customization on a motorcycle and be willing to give value towards that not just off of a stock bike. Would not waist your time unless you want to get screwed and offered so low of a trade amount it s not funny.

I recently purchased two new ATVs from WP in Harrison. From start to finish it was a easy and quick process. They have even stored them at their place until the holidays when I can pick them up. Matt was very responsive when contacting him directly. Overall great customer service from start to finish. I'll definitely be back at some point when its time to upgrade.

They have a good selection. The staff are all great to deal with. Very friendly and informative. Only bad thing I can say is the list prices online are not sale prices. They add destination, freight and assembly at time of sale.
