We brought the family to Missouri for spring break and we had a few issues with our Titan before we left Oklahoma. It would start fine and then it wouldn't off and on. Everyone said the battery was fine but we tried to get it in with our Nissan dealership before we left just to see and they didn't have time for us. Well, this brings me to 3 days later and it wouldn't start this morning and we were now in Missouri. I called Wood Motor Nissan and they gave me the number to Nissan roadside assistance but the truck ended up starting after about 45 minutes later. My husband drove it to Wood Motor and they got it right in, figured out it was the battery and I have to tell you they were the nicest people my husband said he had ever met with at a dealership.So why such a long review, well our own dealership was rude and didn't even offer a suggestion. Wood Motor told my husband exactly what and how Nissan does things with the battery and even opened up and showed him a few other things, plus it was covered under warranty. Thank you Wood Motor Nissan for getting us back on the road and letting us give the kids a great spring break! We appreciate you so very much!!

We bought our car from Richard at Nissan! It was the best car buying experience we have had and very quick! He did everything he could on the phone while we were working to make it easier for us! He has called to check on us and the vehicle which we absolutely love! Definitely recommend and will buy from here every time!!!

My wife and I were on a fact finding mission to purchase a new vehicle, as ours was totaled on 11-26. As we were looking, Richard approached us and started asking our questions. As we took a test drive, the questions continued. The biggest question we had was about the safety features on the Nissan Rouge. As the questions continued, the conversation continued inside. eventually the conversation got around to purchase price and additional discounts available. Richard was honest and up front with everything we asked of him. Richard was not like any typical car salesman I've experienced in the past. He would not disappear for minutes on end and told us who he was going to talk to and what they were discussing. If had to do it again, I would go back and talk to Richard at Wood Nissan, in Harrison, AR.

Sales team had always been awesome! My issue is I have been trying to get my gap refund for going on 6 months now! I keep getting told that it has to come from corporate office. My car was totaled in march and I cancelled my gap in April. Horrible customer service in my opinion!

We had been looking for a crossover SUV and on an early Saturday morning my wife spotted an interesting one on the Wood Motor Co website. We headed that way and shortly after arrival we were met by salesman Caleb Croft; he was polite, professional, and patient with us "old folks." We felt we were treated with honesty and courtesy by the employees. Kenny, the finance guy, was efficient and knowledgeable in the paperwork. It was a good experience and we're pleased with our purchase.

Svc for Oct. 24; Zac detailed our work; fast service; no hassle, he again went over the work order, and we found no issues and were quite pleased with this svc date and all previous dates of svc since our 2020 Rogue was new off their lot. Zac is the man!

Dylan was quick to respond to my initial online inquiry and very helpful. He sent me a video walk around of the vehicle.We negotiated a great price and I completed the online pre-approval before arriving.Once on site I took the vehicle for a quick test drive and the actual paperwork process was done in about 30 minutes.Everyone we dealt with was super friendly and helpful and I'd definitely buy another vehicle from them!

I purchased a 2022 Nissan Rogue in September and was initially told I was required to purchase the Wood care extended warranty. I was told that I could take my car to their Pineville, MO location which was a lot closer to where I live than Harrison. I ultimately was not willing to add an extended warranty on a brand new car. On 12/23 at 5000 miles, my check engine light came on with a notification about emissions control. I contacted the Pineville, MO service department and was told they couldn t properly diagnose the issue because they are not a Nissan location. So glad I wasn t forced into buying their service plan, as I would have to drive to Harrison after the factory warranty expires. I m already ready to trade this car in. I was able to get it into a local Nissan dealer and was told I need a new fuel pump.

Bought my 2nd car from Woods. Within 24 hours it had some issues and instead of fixing it they were able to work a great deal on a New Car. The Gift received in the mail was really a great added touch.

Other than my salesman, the service I ve received from Wood Motor Nissan in Lees Summit, MO has been some of the worst. Didn t send me copies of my paperwork(purchased 7:30 and a month later still nothing), forgot to send check for taxes and didn t send all the paperwork needed to get my new vehicle tagged. Can t get a return phone call to even get the paperwork. They should be embarrassed of the service they are providing.

Would motor Nissan gave me the car that I was looking for and a good deal regarding leasing. They have a variety of options you can choose from and the sales associate Caleb did a wonderful job to get me to drive off with a new Nissan and a great package.
