As I sat waiting for my truck to get an oil change, an an older gentleman came up in a motorized chairs. He had a receipt and his old lawn mower battery to return for his core. He had to get a ride in to return it. He was 10 days past the 90 day window so could not get the $10 he paid for the core fee back. The service manager told the gentleman I know you re getting all riled up but I can t do anything. It s the computer . I manage a retail store and can tell you, as a manager I have the power to override a lot larger amount then $10. At the very least, he could ve spoken to him a lot nicer.

The staff here was great, worked very efficiently to get my vehicle serviced and back on the road in a very reasonable amount of time!!!! Clay and the crew are doin fantastic...

Said they did radiator flushes made arrangements to drop my car off. When I went to get it they unfortunately weren t able to do squat. Barely got home she was running so hot. Just a bunch of misunderstandings on both parts. Bc two different auto techs told me they had it and quoted me two different prices. So a bunch of confusion

Just wanted to let everyone know that this tire and lube will not honor their agreement to rotate and balance tires that were purchased there with lifetime mount balance and rotation purchased. They just told me that my tires were too worn. I have attached a photo of one of the offending tires.

Did a good job on installing 4 new tires on my vehicle. Was easy to set up an appointment time, make sure they had the tires in stock and were attentive on making sure everything went smoothly.

My steering wheel was vibrating real bad so whipped into the tire lube Danny said it sounded like I needed to have tires balanced so Charlie hooked me up with a ticket. Just a few minutes later Christian said I had a knot on one of my tires. They had it replaced and all tires balanced and was on my way in 30 minutes. These guys do a great just job. Staff is friendly and prices are reasonable. However they could use some extra help. Took 2 hours to change out a battery in a truck. Not their fault... walmart needs more people instead of replacing people with self checkout.

Had the headlight restoration done on my wife's car and couldn't believe how great they turned out. They look brand new. They were yellow and 11 years old. It takes time but worth it. I will return for other services. Great job guys.

Never answered the phone when I first tried them. They finally answered today. I requested a oil change that clearly stated on the counter 44 something dollars. I asked if I should pay first they said no.. But when I came to pay it was a bout 10 dollars more then I thought I would pay. Then I told them that I didn't have enough money to cover the amount because I didn't have enough with me at the time the total was over 57 dollars and something. When I ordered the oil change I even pointed at it. Then they wouldn't even let me leave to go get the money I had at my home. I even offered to leave my driver's license as collateral. They said no. Luckly there was someone that paid the remainder amount for me. They didn't even check the wiper fluid nor the wipers. Customer service was pretty good until the manager got involved and then it went down hill. The manager didn't even try to help. And the poor old manager had to have other people help him because he didn't know what he was doing. While I was standing there a woman was in line and when they worked on her car they stripped the lugnut to her back tire and they tried to play it off as a cosmetic issue rather then a stripped bolt which was clearly stripped. They were so good before, what ever happened to them. I will be taking my business else where.

Altho they are extremely busy and it's first come first serve. It was worth the wait for an oil change. Prices are good! Customer service was great. I did wait for 2 hours though

Called ahead, told me if I come now they could have me in and out in 30 min. I got there in less than 10 min. Only car there and still took over 2 hours. Very, very slow.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Was there two days in a row for two different issues. Repairs were fine. Service was great one day and completely lacking day two. The girl was new, but didn t know what she was doing and would not get someone to help her. Frustrating experience

I came in with a flat tire I wanted patched and put back on. Talked to a man at the desk that was very short with me and told me the wait would be a couple hours. So, I left and planed on coming back in closer to the estimate. 40 minutes later I called them back because I received a text from them. They canceled out my ticket and told me I couldn t put in another one without being there. Going somewhere else now.

I called WalMart in Harrison to ask about a transponder key. They told me that they sold transponder keys. I asked them if I had to bring my key in and they said yes. I called the WalMart at Flippin and asked them if they sold transponder keys. They replied that they did. They then asked me what kind of car I had and they looked it up to determine if they had a key. They told me that did have a key. I GUESS THE CAR CENTER IN HARRISON IS JUST TOO LAZY OR DO NOT CARE ABOUT THIER CUSTOMERS TO TAKE TIME TO LOOK THIS INFORMATION UP. SHAME ON YOU.

They were busy had 3 cars in front of me. I asked them to do a high mileage oil change and a fuel injection clean forgot the injection clean and I had to wait another hour for them to get my truck back in Bay so i Sat there for over 3 1/2hours on Job that should of taken 1 hour but they did take off The Price of the injection clean off my Bill

I purchased a set of 4 tires from Walmart and had them placed on a properly aligned vehicle I came back in for a tire repair and rotation and they told me my tires were worn uneven they had to come out and spend 30 minutes on each tire measuring them just to show me that they were only off by less than 1/32 of an inch. Bottom line is do not buy tires from them they will not honor the warranties.

4 hour wait time just to get started on a vehicle. I understand being short staffed. But still 4 hours? The employees in the bay were yelling at each other.

I ordered tire on Fri,they had it that Monday morning on my car.i have also had oil changed here.i have used others due to convince but always come back here.

had a tire under warranty replaced. manager was very helpful but counter clerk seems to have a major issue, as if we were inconveniencing her by being there. due to her attitude 3 instead of 4 stars.

Good prices on tires. Middle of the day, didn't have to wait. Fair service, agent didn't really explain bill or what it includes.

Tires are cheaper yes but that replaces the fast service and care. Also the the fees added to something that should be included is just silly.

Very very slow! Takes 2+ hours to get a basic oil change. The price is the only reason I go.
