Under Arkansas state law, all cars made after the 1974 model year must have a catalytic converter approved by the EPA.Please don't buy from this company. They are straight piping cars as well as ripping people off!850.00 down on my first car in nearly ten years, I'm in remission from a brain tumor which sadly made my early to late twenties extremely difficult. The suv I purchased didn't act up while test driving, but on the way home every bit of every fluid leaked out! I had my three year old with me and we barley made it to the mechanic in Huntsville. He filled everything and at the time, I wasn't aware of the leaks. I thought maybe they drained the car to refill it but forgot. Next day, slight jerking, day three, it was undriveable and I was left stranded with my babies until my dad could come from Oklahoma to get us. Full coverage was 250.00 so I was absolutely broke. I called them numerous times and was hung up on, told they'd call back and never did. When I finally spoke to someone she said even though I took out the coverage for motor, transmission and ect, it didn't cover fluids. I told her it's the transmission and the suv wouldn't even move, she became iritated and started yelling at me demanding the location for a tow. I didn't hesitate to give it to her but they refused to exchange to vehicle for something safer, or refund me, and basically they would fix it at my cost and on thier time and that it could take up to a month to fix. She wouldn't even defer the first payment! This was probably the most heartbreaking experience I've ever had dealing with a company. The sales women even knew about my situation with my health and still chose to lie in order to sell a car. They take advantage of people and how they treated a 80+ year old man while I was there signing papers should have made me run! heartless. Take your money to car mart, or if you are able, buy online. I'll be contacting BBB.

The ladies that work there are great. If you are serious about buying a vehicle, they will make sure you drive one home. I've bought 3 trucks and I would buy another.

My family has done business with SK&D for years and honestly I wouldn t go anyplace else. The staff there is so friendly and have always worked with me every step of the way. I ve been to other used car lots and have only been screwed over. SK&D has my business for life!!! Great job, Tawny and Steve!

I gladly give SKD 5 stars. We bought a truck recently and, being that it is 20 years old, it had a few issues. They had literally just gotten the truck in that day and had not had time to do the inspection, but once they they did the inspection a couple days later they were more than willing to fix the issues. Donny is always very kind and helpful, as well as the ladies in the office and all the guys in the shop. I highly recommend buying from SKD.

From the first time I stopped by to inquire about a vehicle Donny was honest, fair, professional and courteous. Miss Tawney (spelling) has been very helpful and polite. We are so pleased with our Little Highlander and the way we have been treated, the car is low mileage well maintained and affordable! Highly recommend going and seeing them if you are in the market for a dependable and affordable vehiclw

Very disappointed! I had a flat n had to pull in their lot...NO ONE OFFERED to help! Luckily my niece came n helped me get the tire off n take it to HARRISON TIRE AND BATTERY where Dustin fixed it n then drove to SK&D to put it back on!!

I would not recommend buying from here. My uncle has had his car for a month in a half and has only been able to drive it for a week. It keeps blowing sparkplug.

I purchased my car from them a year ago! They allowed me to make payments on my down payment and held the car that I wanted! The Ladies in the office are awesome! And the gentleman salesman is always helpful and honest! I give them 5 stars!!!

I was in a heck of a bind and needed another family vehicle FAST. After checking a few other buy here pay here lots, I went to SKD and they got me into a good vehicle for a reasonable down payment and easy monthly payments. On top of that, the vehicle I chose had a few issues, and they ve gone above and beyond to keep me safe, and driving. If you re in a pinch and can t go the traditional route, I d recommend SKD. I can t say enough good things about both the car lot, and the guys in the shop. I won t go anywhere else. Thanks everybody!!!!!

Well I was not very satisfied with a 02 doge truck I bought from them. I was told that the engine had just been put in the truck and they could be confident that I would not have to worry about having any problems on the engine anyway. He started out wanting to finance me the people for $8, 000. that was just too much for me. We settled on me paying him $4,000 in cash for it. The truck had about 135,000 miles on it as I left a lot in lot but before I had a chance to hit 136,500 it's on a ride to the bottom of the engine leaving me stranded on the side of the road costing me 300 something dollars for a tow bill. Then to top it all off I found an active GPS tracking device that was installed and hooked to my OBD2 sensor and my vehicle that had an active AT&t SIM card in it at the moment with both red light and blue light flashing which they were at the tracking me at that moment. I called and asked him to be willing to give me $1,000 back but I paid $4,000 for it and they still refused to do anything to help me at all I highly recommend nobody going buy a vehicle from sk&d and if they do decide to for your own good don't buy one from Donnie whatever you do.

I bought an 05 hyandai sonata from them. I appreciated the payment options. My experience of buying was before they raised their monthly prices. The car still runs but has had to have a hell of a lot of repairs through out the years. The check engine light came on after I drove it off the lot the very first time. 'bad gas' reading, and then the troubles started from there. Major body repairs, rather than major internal/engine repairs. ... although it did have some minor issues under the hood. So, undercarriage was about to come apart. Yikes. The main axle/wheel bar stuff etc. And others I can't name off the top of my head. It's been 4 years of having this car. I would rate 5 out of 5, because of their customer service and business services. I got the cheapest car off the lot so that played heavily on what I got. Junk that runs but it runs! it's not broken down, in the junk yard, 4 years later, in this review update. It's running still for now. ....With lots of repairs later, it's pretty decent, but on its last leg for sure.I would recommend their services, because they make it soooo easy to get Into a vehicle right away!!

Two of my cousins bought cars here. I suggest to everyone who buys here to have a lawyer on standby who knows about the lemon law. One of them paid 8000 for a vehicle with over 200000 miles that had the cadylitic converter knocked out, and a blown head gasket. She broke down out of state and this company basically said screw you unless you get the car to us we can't and won't do anything. They then threatened to repo the other cousins car if she pushed the subject.

Not a good experience....car was a dud, cost a lot of money because, of course, they covered themselves....but we are out the deposit, payments and car, as it died with huge expensive issues. They were going to fix it, but took weeks, and they could not get the part.....stranded without a vehicle the whole time.

The place is nasty dirty and everything on the lot has dents. They did treat my friend decently and repaired his vehicle, purchased through the lot, at no charge as it was covered by warranty.

Bought an 04 Pacifica AWD from them, motor wasn't properly mounted (only 1 mount and 1 half screwed in bolt holding it in) motor would jump out of the compartment about 6 inches. Took on water from a leak somewhere, needed lots of work done, check engine light came on and we refuse to put any more cash into this lemon!! This place is the worst, don't buy your cars from here and don't have them serviced here either!!!

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE!! They are cheap cars way over priced because you don't have credit, breaks down all the time, not under warranty and still have a payment, RUTHLESS

Prices are way to high as is the down payment on 20 year old cars with 200.000 plus miles and the excuse why played into this inflation

These people are shady and and don't know the laws they knock out the Cadillac converter in my vehicle I got from them and I didn't know at the time that you can't knock out a Cadillac converter I am honestly naive when it comes to cars and I am paying 320 a month for a car I can't drive it is sitting in my driveway and they won't do anything about and they told me I need to keeps paying with I thank its not right what they are doing I would not even recommend them to my worst enemy

They will tow your car if you do not pay within like a week past due.But they will work with you.
