I was very impressed by having my Sequoia detailed there and we also had another car done there however I have since moved to another state and when coming home to visit I decided to schedule again for my car to be done and schedule before I left New York. Only to find out once I got here that I was nowhere on the books because the main office does not communicate with the detailing office when appointments are made online. And now having to rush as I'm leaving for home tomorrow to get into another detailing company to get my car done today before heading backService: Auto detailing

Purchased a gift certificate a month ago. Have been trying to schedule a time to use it since then and no one will answer the phone. Messages are not returned. Attempt to make contact on Facebook was also ignored. I want a return call or a refund.

I will not use them again, the outside of my car was not clean. My rims were still dirty. We took our fingers and were able to wipe the dirt off and they told us they thought it was oxidation. My husband asked them if they wiped them off and he was told they sprayed them. Do you not normally take a sponge or something to them? Oh yes. I cannot believe how awesome the car looked! It had sat indoors with moisture and was completely wrecked. Came out of SKD looking like it just drove off the lot. We're didn't even want to put the dog in it for weeks because it never looked so good. The prices are great. Better than any detail prices I've ever paid. Also they do great headlight restoration. I love detailing my own vehicles but what is the point since I could never do such a great job myself? Also have a return business discount.

Was told they would wash, wax and buff my camper for a very decent price. When I was called about 3 weeks later to pick it up, I was amazed to find that my camper had only been "wiped" down. In fact, the front cap had not been touched. It was probably fortunate for the manager that he was not there. I just paid the bill and left...

Very friendly people just not very good with time management. I dropped our truck off at 10am first was told it would be done at 1 then called and they said 3 then when I got there at 4 it still wasnt done. When I got there at 4:45 they just got it finished. I didnt complain because I feel like I got what I paid for and they were very nice people but I do suggest not to schedule a detail on a day you're in a hurry.

I've had my car detailed with them three times and every time it's when I come back from a vacation where I've been gone for a couple weeks and every time I get my car back it's so clean they do an awesome job

The detail done on our truck was excellent. They 'touched' everything when they were cleaning it. I noticed they even opened the lid for the gas and cleaned inside there. Never seen that before.
