Fantastic Experience! We traded in our Town and Country for a Pennicle Hybrid. We feel like we had great communication and service. We had some questions after the sale and they continued to be helpful! We will definitely be back for future purchases.

I ve had many oil changes, but Ramsey Motor I was very impressed by all the staff. Super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them. I really APPRECIATE the tech who changed the clocks to correct time. I just got my car and haven t had time yet to figure out how to. . Sending a big thanks to all the service department employees!!

The nice folks at the Jeep Dealership in Harrison, Arkansas took real good care of me. My wife and I traveled around camping with our Jeep Gladiator pulling our small camper and have used the services of several different service departments and these people are some of the best! Ramsey Motors was great to work with! I had a car accident and they help me get in a used car asap. The car that we bought ended up not working out for us. They did everything they could to help us and more. They let us have loaner the whole time while my car was getting worked on. In the ended we decided we wanted a different vehicle. They helped us so so much and got us into a New 2024 Jeep Compass Sport 4x4. We absolutely love it and thank them for all the help they did to get us into it. They treated us like family and listened to every concern! We love Ramsey Motors!

Had a technician on his way back to Kansas City that had a breakdown. Ramsey Motors got him back up and on the road quickly and for a very fair price. Given the situation we were in, we could have been put in a bind, but they went the extra mile. Thank you for your quick turnaround and work. The customer service from Rena was exceptional.

Well, our used Subaru Forester has been a good car up until this point. The transmission has had an issue and we had to trailer it back to the dealer for the lifetime warranty. So,we shallsee how the warranty does. We will leave an update after we find out more!Update 4-9-2024. Spoke with Crystal in the service department with Ramsay motors. Today was the scheduled appointment for our vehicle. We transported to them last Thursday. They were able to get to the vehicle before the scheduled time of 1pm. Unfortunately, we were correct the transmission needed replacing.The transmission they were able to get has ten thousand miles on it, and will still be covered. Which I understand and were ok with especially since will be covered with the warranty. The time frame we are looking at I was pretty impressed with. The transmission itself is a week or more from delivery. So, I imagine some point during the week of fifteenth possibly. Then with scheduling of other customers looking at getting started around the 23ish. I have used warranties with other companies that took multiple months to even begin work and still cost us out of pocket. So, at this point from point of failure to point of fixed right at 30 days approximately. Which I'm very happy with.Will update further when I know further, but at this point would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!

Second time coming there for my oil change customer service is always amazing and they get me in and out in a decent time. Not to mention when I showed up today I had stuff all over my car from the storm last night and they washed my car off. I will forever come to y all for business.

Tried to make an appointment with their service dept on two different occasions, one in September and another on1/2/24 . On each occasion I was told that they would call me back with an appointment. I never received a call back in September, and haven t gotten one yet today either ( 4 hours later) I have taken my business to the dealership in Ozark ,mo. It seems that I can get scheduled for an appointment when I call. Beware of Ramsay s service department!!! Thank you for your reply, I understand you have a good reputation, I just wonder how much business you have lost with your service department attitude and attention to detail?

Alex Rose work harder than the guys at Wood Or Clay Maxey to try to find us something that checked out boxes and would work with our payment ceiling. If you are looking for a car ask for him. He made it all transparent for us on what we could or couldn t do in our situation. We might not have got exactly what we wanted but he did his best to get us what we liked

We had a wonderful.experience with ramsey motor. And their salesman that handled our visit was wonderful. He answered all questions and east any doubts that I had. The only complaint I have is that anytime I have bought from a company they always filled up my gas tank. I was suprised I had to buy gas right off.

My Salesman Andrew Todd was very respectful, helpful! He was very knowledgeable about The Jeep Wranglers as well as the Gladiators we discussed and test drove. He is young and a new salesman but, he did an excellent job! Made my purchase a smooth transaction, we may be looking to by a Dodge Ram in the near future.. we will be going to see him again! We are recommending friends and family to go see him if they may be looking for a new vehicle. He has called and checked on me recently and I have called him to ask questions about floor mats and steps for my new Jeep . Excellent customer service skills, which is hard to find a lot these days! Overall Ramseys dealership was top notch !!!! Picture of my sweet new ride!

Had my vehicle serviced there. They were prompt and got me in on schedule. I had my dog and was able to keep her with me in the waiting room. Excellent service and staff.

Would not recommend them for service period. Went in for a check engine light diagnostic and was told I needed a cam and lifters. Scheduled service and was told she would get the parts ordered. Didn t even make it home from the Diagnostic appointment before a strong burning smell so I had to pull over and sure enough an intake gasket is hanging out and oil pouring out. Poured out enough the oil was low so they better hope no additional damage was done to the engine. The tech didn t put it back together properly. So I had to call another mechanic to come redo there screw up just to get my vehicle home. Fast forward I went ahead and contacted them, agreed for service with the understanding a different tech would be doing this job. Dropped my car off at 8:00 am on a Thursday. I was told most likely drop off one day pick up the next day. Asked them to clean up there oil mess and offered to show the pictures and videos of the gasket hanging out and oil leak. The lady declined and just noted for them to clean up the oil. I called Friday at 2:30 for an update only to be told the cam and some lifters just came around lunch time today so it would be at-least Tuesday next week before my car is finished. They Never once called to update me they didn t have the parts like they were suppose to order when I scheduled service. Poorly organized and clearly don t know what they are doing. Also, have requested for the manager to return my call for the second time. Never got a call back the first time.

Alex did everything he could to make sure we had the best experience. He knew we were working with multiple other dealers to find exactly what we wanted. A couple weeks passed and he called with the exact car we wanted, with a great warranty and some other perks for using Ramsey. Highly recommend using Alex for all your auto needs! P.S.this isn t my first purchase with him.

These guys are THIEVES!!! I bout a 2018 Jeep Renegade in August of 2019. They produced a clean car report and we closed the deal....Fast forward to today and I find out the jeep did indeed have a front end collision with structural damage. Ramsey Motors LIED to me and did not disclose this. I only found out when I ran my own car fax in preparation to sell the vehicle.DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE...They will screw over anybody including locals.Trash service and Trash People... No wonder they are USED CAR SALESMEN

Never again will I buy a car from here. I've had nothing but issues out of it and it is now gonna cost me as much to fix it as I owe on it. I'm very disappointed in this. If you buy a new one, great you will be fine but used, you will get a lemon
