Service guy was nice but man it took forever to balance and rotate my 2023 gmc Denali 3500 hd dually. Whats worse when they backed it out they had put the chrome wheels in the inside and the back sides outward. I was embarrassed for them. Not only did it take over 45 min but they had no clue what they were doing. I was en rout to Tulsa and apparently the balance is off as well as they truck/tires have never shook before and it definitely had a balance shake at certain speeds. It s shameful how bad the work was because like I said service writer was polite and professional.

They guys at tire plaza were great!! Greeted me as I walked in and took care of me right a way. They pulled my jeep in and had the oil changed in no time!! They gave the jeep an inspection and suggested what other things might need to be done. I had them take care of it. Real nice guys and very professional!! I will be back, next time for tires!! I am a rural Mail carrier and my rig needs to be running 100% and they listened!!Thank you!!

Great and fast service the only place around that could get the oil filter needed other than the dealership. Had the vehicle pulled in within 5 minutes and oil change done within 40 minutes includes the time for filter to be delivered. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Harrison area

They were all professional! Came in to have my tires replaced and but also they checked my front end alignment and brakes, which I was not aware those services were provided. They fixed all my issues quick fast and friendly! Awesome folks!

Showed up 10 minutes till they close so yes I understand they were about to close all I needed was two tires to put on!! I had the tires that's all they had to do was put them on and the guy told me straight up absolutely not, it's perfectly fine plenty of other great tire shops in town they were just all closed at 5:00 and well I drive for FedEx ground and wasn't able to get back before 5:00 all I can really say is just horrible customer service super disappointed!!!!!

Plaza Tire is a great place to take my vehicles. They are fast and efficent. The workers have always been kind to me and explain everything well. The manager, I think his name is Jared seems very professional and very nice. He seems to be doing a great job. In these times it is hard to find good help. I will be back!

I m absolutely amazed at the excellent quality service I received at Plaza Tire in Harrison Arkansas. I recently purchased a set of 4 tires from them about 6 months ago. I was having an issue with one of the tires the past few days. They took exceptional care of me and solved all my issues. Very courteous and polite. Couldn t ask for better treatment.

The staff was very friendly and helpful but the tires I ordered were about $40.00 higher in price then they were on their webpage where I ordered them. With the extensive use of the internet for shopping that is so common today they should be sure that their "web prices" match their "real world" prices.

Messed up all 4 of my wheels. $1,200 each wheel you think they would have more respect. I suspect the tech was upset with my car as there are clear scratches on the wheels and fender flares. Their "wheel guy" wont answer their phone. Literally cant trust this town with automotive work. Lack of training or employees just arent paid enough, lack of attention to detail. Shouldn't have come back after every lugnut on my camry was loose.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with the plaza tire service in Harrison. These guys were polite, professional, and were even willing to show people what work needed to be done on their car and didn t require us to just take their word for it. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a tire or oil change.

Update!Woke up to a low tire (same tire) this morning. On the way to the airport. Great customer service! Was visiting relatives in Harrison and got a flat tire from one of the mountain roads. These guys fixed my flat for free (first time customer discount)! They were quick, efficient, professional and friendly. If I had had time, I would have had some other maintenance work done. Wish they were located in Louisiana!

I came in with what i expected to be one problem and it turned out to be a cheeper problem. Some places would have fixed what I said was the problem and let me come back when the actual problem failed. They are a good group of folks and I would recommend their services to everyone.

I had a great experience with Plaza Tire Service. I had my front rotors replaced. They did the job in a timely manner. I went shopping across the street and when I was done shopping, my car was ready. The employees are very nice & professional. I will definitely be returning when I need any service for my car. Thank you!!!

I only give reviews, when someone exceeds expectations, or I feel I need to warn folks. We full time RV, pulling a 35' Fifth Wheel. I pulled in with my 1 Ton Ford needing the tires rotated. We have visited a lot of maintenance facilities for a myriad of things. Mostly scheduled maintenance. They have 8 bays, take appointments, but also accept walk ins. Rotated the tires, did a 24 point inspection which I got to review by text, and I was out in 40 minutes. To top it off, the adjusted the tire pressure correctly, as the rear tires are 20lbs PSI greater than the fronts. Professional staff, I would return....and they checked the alignment

Let me start by saying i dont usually leave reviews but it was very refreshing to see a facility where people still showed work ethic everyone was doing their job and doing it well and very friendly if you live in the harrison Arkansas area I highly recommend this facility for all your tire and oil change needs I live in northern Missouri so I was just passing through

Team did a great job & took care of us very well. We were traveling with young children & experience a damaged tire from road debris. They got us right in, replaced our tire & we were on our way in no time. Thank you Plaza Tire Harrison, AR!

When I bought new tires I was informed if I had a flat I would have to pay to get it fixed or I would have to pay for a warranty. Company policy needs to be changed, flats should be fixed for free without having to pay for a warranty policy.

Everything was great except for the kid that took my car into the shop to change my tires spinning out and then backs over my old tires that I was saving for my spare not sure if I will be returning to the Harrison AR location every one else was fantastic though

The manager and staff were very professional and gave amazing customer service. They took the time to explain what work was needed and the recommended maintenance to keep my vehicle in good repair. The work was done in a very timely manner and we were very impressed with the total bill after such excellent service. They treated us like family and we will recommend them to our family and friends.
